My laptop screen broke and they were not able to fix it because it was a motherboard issue. This would have been fine since I was using external monitors, but they still charged us $200 for essentially nothing in return.

I forgot the name of the young man who assisted me but he was EXTREMELY helpful in helping my last minute request to clear my computer of any extra viruses and bugs since I had a scammer log in to my pc ! I was totally unaware and he educated me of how they portray themselves. He also was able to expedite my service since I do not live in the state to the same day pick up instead of waiting for days.

Consummate professional. Extremely knowledgeable owner, with a larger and more varied and specialized parts list than even the local best buy. Pity my computer doesnt break more!

This guy is a joke. His daughter quotted me a free diagnostic. When I came back to see the results. The guy hadnt done anything he could physically show me to my computer and charged me $90 to get it back from him. They are all about the $$$ not the service. With CPUs being a huge part of our lives be careful who you trust with yours. Will never again bring one of my electronic devices to this guy. No confusion, you are the swindler!

Excellent experience. Owner listened to issue with my laptop, which is common problem with Lenovo. We discussed my budget and he offered to put my hard drive into a nicer laptop. All in 2 hours (I dropped off, picked up) The owner & store employee transferred all my files & added extra memory into a nicer Toshiba & it is faster. I am very happy with this 5 Star experience

I came in with a hard drive storage problem and the owner got down to the problem. Saved me a big headache I had with trying to find out where the data was actually being stored.

Owner did a GREAT job. My MacBook pro was not charging/ turning on. I first tried to schedule an appointment with Apple store which I was denied based on the serial # of my mac (they obviously want me to buy a new one and dont wan to repair my 2014 model).Next took it to a cell phone repair store that said they also did Mac computers. They could not complete the job after 10 days and never called with updates. The condition in which the other store returned it was worse than I had left it as they could not complete the job.Korhan (the owner) was very quick to identify the problems as soon as I handed it over (with no wait time). He was upfront with cost and charges that may be associated with the service. He called me back within 2 hours and said I have fixed the problem and their errors with no need for extra parts. He also cleaned up my hard drive (after asking my approval), ran some diagnostics, replaced a missing key from keyboard, made suggestions for maintaining my computer over long term and upgrades such as SSD hard drive to improve speed and reliability. He even had lolly pops for my kids. I will be using his services in future and recommend his services. Thank you for saving my computer, cleaning up the mistakes of the other business and saving me a trip to apple store/mall!

Brought in my computer in the morning and got it fixed mid-afternoon. I did some fiddling around with some system settings that I shouldnt have and made my Windows 10 computer un-bootable on my SSD.The guy gave me a fresh reinstall of Windows 10 and made sure to back up my personal files. Even made some adjustments to my BIOS and cache configs to make my computer faster than it was before! Then even gave me a call later in the day when I got back home and made sure that my computer was working fine. Very professional.

AVOID THIS PLACE.This guy would take advantage of anyone who doesnt know much about hardware.I had a desktop cooling fan making a loud noise, so i took it to show it to him since this was close to my house and he is advertising free diagnostics in front of his shop.It was an old desktop that wasnt used for 2-3 years, as most of us used our laptops. From the beginning, he starts saying he will charge atleast 75 dollars for labor if anything major was to be done. I asked him if i can upgrade the desktops ram or gpu etc.He took out my graphic card and put a another one in (takes a minute to replace a gpu), saying my old one is not working and new one is a 3gb one, an upgrade. I had to ask him for my old one as i was suspecting it was working fine.He asked for $400, saying he will upgrade and tune up my computer and to leave it with him. I refused as i had bought this desktop 5 years ago for $500 and would make sense to buy an new one for the same amount that would have newer gpu, cpu, more ram etc for the same price.He closed the system and asked for 60 dollars and told me nothing is returnable.I came home and checked and found out that he put a 256mb card( a used one - the price for new one is 25$ on amazon and it is a big downgrade from the one i already had in from 5 years ago) instead of 3gb that he claimed and my old card was working fine when i replaced it back in as it was 1gb (5 yrs old).He would quote you a random unreasonable prize, which would be proportional to the customers computer hardware related ignorance. I cant say if he just lied about the hardware he sold me or if he really didnt know if it was 3gb or 256mb, but both scenarios are equally as bad.So bottomline, this shop is not trustworthy. Avoid it especially if you want to get an expensive machine fixed or upgraded.EDIT: He called me back with a threat. He told me to delete the review or he will ask for more money, and if i dont pay him more, he will report me.Very unprofessional guy.Given these threats and tone of his voice, i wonder what he did back in his country before coming to USA.1. My desktops OPS was working fine before i took it to him, NOT working after he downgraded my gpu to a 256mb card.2. I requested him to re-install windows using my software, he refused saying take it home, do it yourself, google it after i told him i dont want to spend $400 on a 5 yr old machine since it would be more sensible to just buy a new better/new/upgraded machine for the same price.Later, when i looked inside, i found out he lied about the graphic card (a used 256mb card), and PC doesnt post to bios or operating system anymore.3. There is no free diagnostics at this shop - it is false advertising.He will lie to customers about something being wrong with the computer (in my case, it was my gpu), so he can charge 75 dollars for touching it even for a minute and sell you old used parts with big markup (and would even lie about the parts he puts in).

He will try to price gouge you because he is a local business.* EDIT* Owner called my phone back multiple times trying to convince me to remove my negative review. His rebuttal on giving me a quote for $10-15 is inaccurate. Dont trust this guy!

Had a PC that had an issue with the hard drive (I had already replaced it twice) and I was going to give up when I won a Solid State Drive in a contest. Of course I had no idea how to install it so I left it under my desk for a year. Then I called these folks on Saturday and while it was too late to go in then, he said he would be open Monday (Labor Day).Took in the machine and we decided the best move was to install my original windows 7 on the SSD and he would try to fix the old drive and make it the slave.He was done the same day and called me. When I got there, not only had he repaired the old hard drive, but now the machine dual boots (7 on the SSD and 8 on the SATA Drive) and I can still get to all my files.Smart solution, more than I expected, great price. Geek Squad can take a hike. This is my place now!
