Miracle Ear is the last place you need to go.This is a huge investment, especially for senior citizens who are on fixed income and dont have a lot of cash to throw around . Pricing can be in the $6000 and up rangeFor that kind of money you should receive a quality product backed bya strong company philosophy to protect its elderly patients, honest franchise owners and a corporate customer service dept that will advocate for you should there be an issue with the franchise ownerThats what you think you are getting. However from our experience thats not even close. Its a facade!Will not get into all the details of what transpired with my 95 yr old neighbor only to say that after $7000 and 4 months now with his hearing aids bring repaired (they stopped working after 24 months ) the franchise owner has not responded to him or even to his corporate office of whats going on and when we can expect to see them againAll we have left at this point, after filing with State Consumer affairs division, is a lawsuit to recover a portion of our money . May be someone will see through all the deception and take thsi a step further on a much broader legal basis --seems to be a lot of complaints about how this company in general does businessThis company is not associated with the BBB for a reason.Too many other options to look at before going here.

I have been working with Sharon for 7 years. Sharon is extremely caring and takes the time to get to know me and what my specific needs are. Sharon has been able to provide excellent customer service and is always working with me to provide the most updated technology that fits my lifestyle. If I need a last minute appointment, Sharon is always flexible. Sharon knows my busy schedule has always been accommodatingto me when setting appointments. Very highly recommend Sharon and her team.

Was solicited via a mail coupon for a free hearing test and and $20. Walmart card. Test was very thorough and for me showed no loss of hearing. The Walmart incentive was not there but I was assured I would receive it mailed to me. Ten days later I drop in to see where it is and no one who knew was there that day. Called back and was told it had been mailed out some time ago but they will send out another one as it may be lost. Several days later I am writing this and still no $20. gift card. Maybe this one is lost in the mail also.

My father is 101 years old.. He purchased his hearing aid from Miracle Ear.. Sharon has been absolutely wonderful... She fine tunes his hearing aid within a couple of hours of us calling... Sharon Klein is a very kind individual and truly is concern about helping you to get you back on tract with ones hearing problems. She takes her time with you and even with this COVID19, her office had limited hours, she called to see if I had any problems or concerns with my hearing aides. Lisa the receptionist, she was so kind a patience with me as I had to put on a pair of gloves, which were giving me a little trouble getting them on. A very pleasant place with no reason to stop coming here.

I met with Sharon Klein, BC-HIS for the advertised free hearing check and it was exactly as promised! Sharon is thorough, professional and very knowledgeable about individual hearing and ear issues. While I personally was not in need of a hearing aid, I would highly recommend Sharon and her staff for those seeking a solution or a consultation! There was no high pressure sales, just a thorough testing and honest results. 5 Stars!

I went to a play and was sitting in the back row. I was very dubious about hearing the speaking as well as the music and singing. I play the piano so it was very important to me that I be able to hear what I was playing. I went for the top of the line which allows one to have the greatest hearing experience. I am very pleased with my hearing aid and the on going service that is provided. Don’t be fooled by cheap ones. If you want to get the sound you once had get the best for you.
