Very helpful and friendly. Helped me out big time when I had a problem right before a big race. I drive past 2 dealers to get here
The guys here are incredibly knowledgeable and absolutely top notch when it comes to helping people myself for example I came in ignorant about my bike and rather scared and even a bit obnoxious yet Nick and his guys were able to calm me down and get me and my bike sorted out without issues. These guys are fantastic at what they do and I would not consider going to any other shop anywhere in the area before I go to 10 cycles.
Excellent, courteous, service from Jeff Haseley!!! Answered all questions and followed thru on all promises to submit repair request under warranty to Specialized Bikes. Got approval within 24 hours and ordered parts. Kept me updated on parts arrival and immediately setup a convenient time for me to have my bike repaired while I waited. Most efficient service I have ever received from a Specialized bike dealer. After completing repair he did a test ride and then had me ride the bike to make sure I was happy with everything. Thanks again Jeff
Went there 10/5/21, was the only Customer in the Store, took 5 minutes before I was acknowledged, the Salesguy yapping on the phone told me they were slammed?? I inquired on a bike retail was $6899, the OTD price was $8917, the tack on FEES are RIDICULOUS. Keep this up guys, when the surge of motorcycle sales stops, you wont get away with this anymore. Big disappointment, I will never step foot in there again. And by the way I have bought 2 brand new bikes within the past year. Not friendly at all.
My honest review of 10 Cycles:My experience started out by Inquiring for trade in for a new 22 450 SXF. As expected at a dealership, I was low balled on the value of my bike. Was told that because my bike had upgrades it decreased the value and was viewed as bike that was raced (bike was never raced). I sold my bike privately and made over twice as much as trade in value. I then purchased the 22 model from them with cash and before I picked up the bike I received a text with a picture of my new bike with an FMF pipe on it that they were trying to sell me. Maybe if their logic was true on trade in, they should have took off at least $500 dollars on the purchase value of my new bike?New KTM off road models are supposed to come standard with hour meters (its on KTMs website as factory equipment). I had to haggle with the sales staff to get one included and felt lucky to get it at no charge.Since the bike purchase, I purchased an FMF exhaust system from the dealer. It was shipped to the dealer and then shipped to me. It arrived damaged and was told by 10 Cycles to file a claim with UPS and received radio silence by the person who called me to tell me the news after I asked if there was anything else we could do. I then later received a call saying they had talked to FMF and they were going to warranty the damage. After reaching out to FMF, they denied the warranty and I am purchasing the replacement myself.I typically purchase after market parts from large online retailers such as Motosport, who have on several occasions taken back damaged products and exchanged with no issues what so ever. I like the idea of supporting our local dealers / shops, but have since changed my mind due to the lack of follow through, especially after purchasing a $12,000 bike from them. All in all, my experience with 10 Cycles hasnt been the best, and will likely try somewhere else when I purchase a new bike again in the future.
Great customer service!! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks Kevin and Bob for the great service 👍 😀 👏
Bought a brand new 2022 KTM 500 EXC-F from their shop. First ride the rear brake locks up on me because the shop didnt check over the components to make sure the bike was safe. Nearly got run over. They also sold me a complete POS pipe for the bike for $600. It performs no better than stock, is the same weight and is even quieter. When I asked to be refunded I got ignored. Absolutely horrible experience. Will never buy from 10cycles again! When you drop $15k you expect to be treated a little better. EDIT: They are working to resolve the pipe issue, thankfully.
Really a great group of people. From start to finish on buying a new bike the process was super simple. Shout out to Bob who took care of me. Although they were busy he managed to take care of me and promptly call me back on a pending sale. I also appreciated how smooth the process of picking the bike up at the shop was. He even took the time to help me load up the bike and make sure I had a safe trip home. Thanks guys....I LOVE the bike.
Brought my wheels in to swap tires. I usually do all my own work, but this time I had to have someone strip off my tires as the sidewalls on what I had installed were too heavy for levers without me wrecking the rim. The guys were great. Not all shops want to do this work. Especially, if its under a hundred dollars. Communication was good, expectations well managed. Recommended.
About as pleasant as a transaction could be working with Bob. Great guy, easy transaction no hassles. Check him out!!
Knowledgeable and helpful with questions. Still somehow felt ignored as the guy behind the desk never bothered to take his eyes off his computer screen while answering me. *shrug* Guess he is a really good multitasker.
They Rock !!!!!!! Custom Service is out of this world.!!!!! Bob, Kevin, parts Department, Management...is top of the line service. Baaap bap bap..... I’ll be back soon. And they know their Stuff.....
Awesome crew working here! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful! Would highly recommend.
Incredibly helpful - went out of his way to locate, pack up and get a quote for expediting a WP shock to me out on the west coast.
Excellent Customer Service! From start to finish 10 Cycles has a first class team. I will buy from these guys again. Thanks Bob N.
Ordered a helmet that ended up being on backorder. My apologies for forgetting the service guys name but he was extremely helpful and went as far as texting me pictures of other color options in my size. He ended up getting my helmet to me in under a week. Will buy from here again.
These guys are great!! I needed a tire changed for my scooter and nobody would touch it for under $50!! These guys did it for half the price AND did it while I waited and had me in and out in less than 30min!!! I can highly recommend them,AND THEY HAVE THE COOLEST BIKES IN TOWN!!
I made my first-ever motorcycle purchase from 10 Cycles (Husqvarna 501s). I worked with C.W. and it was a seamless process. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted for a roughly 6 months prior to coming in - and they kept the sales process streamlined. The paperwork was simple and they also had the motorcycle delivered to my residence (Im relatively local to the dealership).Furthermore, the parts department helped me pick out some accessories (steering damper) and had some of the service guys with MX experience make some recommendations. The 10 Cycles team was direct, fast, and professional. Its clear that they run a tight ship as a business and I look forward to continue being a customer.
I went in for a front tire change on my 2015 Yamaha R3, and despite not buying the bike from them I received pretty great service. The labor rate was very fair(I do not have a front stand so I patched the tire and rode it in), as was the price for the tire. A tech rode the bike for about 7 minutes after to verify everything was in order, and I was able to speak to him after to ask some questions. It was about an hour wait with no appointment on that particular day. Very polite and profesional, would recommend them for this kind of service regardless of the origin of the bike.
Brian the manager, was very helpful and did everything he possibly could for me in our deal. And so was Cody. Thanks guys.
10 Cycles made me feel right home from my very 1st step into the building. Brian, Bob and CW are great people to work with. I have been window shopping for a bike for about a month now and this was my last stop. They made sure I was able to get the bike I wanted. Hands down best customer service I have seen in a motor cycle shop in a long time. Thanks 10 Cycle.
I needed to repair the tires on my 1982 550 Yamaha. I called prior and was put on hold multiple times also letting them know that this an 82’ and is very old. They told me yes, no problem and gave me a quote for 75$. I loaded it up on the trailer and drove all the way there only to be denied service once I arrived. These guys are complete jerks and were laughing at the condition of the bike. Would not recommend this place.
Great group of folks. Freindly, knowledgeable and just plain nice. I wish I had found them earlier.
I saved hard so that I could buy a motorcycle. I saw that they had one well priced and purchased it cash, no finance in May and was able to ride it home. Ive spent thousands of dollars on a motorcycle that I can do nothing with because I still dont have a title. I was sent the wrong one initially so I sent it back once I realized the mistake. I call every other week to find out whats happening with my title and when someone does finally picks up to my calls, all I get is the same response; Itll be ready by next week. Im reporting them to the BBB and seeking legal counsel.
I called the parts department looking for some help with finding parts for my bike. Wish I remembered your name but she was very friendly and helpful. She did her best to help me out and went above and beyond what she had to proceeding to search various sites and asking many technician. Never ended up finding what I was looking for but its a pretty unknown bike. The service provided for me was exponential
Always a great experience, had full suspension rebuilt here. The parts department does a great job about keeping essentials in stock for your next ride.
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had buying a bike. Not only was the sales experience miserable but, they installed a battery in my bike that was highly damaged and looked like it had been dropped, needless to say the battery (in my brand new 2020 bike) went bad within 500 miles. I was told they would compensate me for a new battery and then heard nothing back and have not been compensated months later. They also agreed to not charge me a few of the insane fees that they charge for shipping and assembly and then slid it back into my final price anyways and made me fight tooth and nail to get back the money that they over charged me. I highly recommend finding another KTM dealer to use...
Best parts department to deal with by far
My third visit today was just as professional as the first. Service dept really knows their stuff and is very helpful and interested in getting things done correctly. These are extra mile people. Nice wall of KTM accessories. Ive sent two other guys here and both were very happy with their service. GM Brian is building a great dealership here. Bike: 1290 Superadventure S.
So Im not going to bad mouth them. Just could have been more professional and customer service friendly. Had my rear tire installed the wrong direction. Had to make two trips making about 120 miles total. Plus didnt offer me a seat inside while I waited for 3.5 hours to switch one tire around. Not happy with how I was treated and will not return. Will tell everyone I know not to come here.
Recently had tires installed on my bike here. Service even stayed after close to make sure I got my bike back the same day. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Definitely recommend taking your bike here.
This place is amazing! My dad bought a new bike from these people and was treated like family, so kind and generous! Nice place inside and out, clean and everyone we encountered was just as happy as we were and friendly. I definitely recommend them on your next purchase!!
Great inventory and service. I walked in and was able to demo the 790 S and R models. An hour later I was driving the R home. Took the bike back to add some power parts and they were kind enough to lend me a demo bike to ride back to work while they completed the add-ons. Very friendly staff and a great place to buy and service your KTM or Husky!
Great shop! Purchased my 2019 Super Duke GT from Don, great guy and very easy going. Eric, the mechanic prepping my bike, was very professional and inspired confidence that my bike was set up perfectly. Brian was accommodating and super helpful in getting all the paperwork coordinated with my out of state loan application through my credit union. I drove 8 hours to purchase the bike here because of Brians knowledge and willingness to communicate directly with my credit union to get this loan in order. Great group of guys and some really cool used bikes, too!
Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Noone pressured me to buy anything. They answered in depth technical questions without having to look at brochures and the location was setup almost like a personal museum. Wont buy from anyone else!
Great people very clean and considerate place, Bob was a great salesman. Ill be back!
Brought my 2012 Suzuki in to have Tires swapped, done in a couple of hours and for $75.Terry and his team were transparent and timely. I will definitely be back for service. Would highly recommend in the Charlotte area
Called cw at about noon, and told him I was looking to purchase, and if the price was right I’d be purchasing today. I was told give me 30 minutes and I’ll see what we can do. True to his word, 30 minutes later, I had a great price. Cw, and the GM (Brian) went the extra mile to put this deal together. I now have my go to dealer for all things Moto.
Rich and Terry were awesome. I contacted 10 Cycle and spoke with Terry. He was a pleasant transition from initially working with Rich who was also very helpful. I was running late from the time I had indicated to Terry I would be there. I thought Terry was going to turn me away since they were 20 minutes shy of closing. Instead he said dont worry, well take care of you. Patient, generous, answered all of my questions....a pleasant experience indeedLinda J.
First experience with a motorcycle service center and they were amazing, everyone is friendly and they got me in and out the same day
I visited this location with a friend a month or two ago and was very impressed by the employee who greeted us as we entered the store. He was very friendly and was happy to just talk shop whole we were there. In terms of pressure to buy, there was none. After he asked what we were looking for (just checking out a new store), he enthusiastically invited us to check out the bikes, and to sit on them as we would like.I would heartily recommend a visit; hopefully the quality of service extends to the purchasing process and service after the fact
I recently purchased a New KTM 790 adventure R which is an amazing machine, far exceeded my expectations !! My salesman Terry was outstanding he kept me up to date with everything and made the process stress free. I highly recommend this motorcycle dealer they have a well educated team of enthusiasts that take care of their clients !!
I bought two bikes for my sons and worked with Brian who was great! Very impressed with this dealership and how they handle the sell, questions, and training! Ill be back fro more!
Was chasing a specific bike and Brian was able to track it down and gave me a great deal. Really appreciated that level of customer service and had a great experience dealing with everyone in the shop, they clearly live and breathe bikes and it shows. Ill be back for sure. Thanks again guys
Awesome shop with outstanding service!! So glad to have an excellent bike shop in the area!!
Simply put, the most impressive off-road dealers I have ever been to but also came away impressed with just how organized and positive the whole place was operated from a small business perspective. Just a place that “gets it”.
Do not buy here! My contract was Forged!10 Cycles motorcycle dealership forged my signature 3 times on a contract to give me a higher rate than I agreed to. I contacted the lender about a change in my rate and they sent me the contract they received from the dealer. I notified the lender that the contract was forged, and they called the dealer who then called me and offered to give me the rate I agreed to, or unwind the deal. (my first and last name weren’t even spelled correctly any of the 3 times on the contract)More Details:On 8/23/2019 I purchased/financed a motorcycle from 10 Cycles motorcycle dealer in Matthews NC. A few weeks later I get my first bill from the lender and I noticed my monthly payment and rate were higher than on the contract I signed. I called the dealer and asked what’s going on. They told me the lender mixed up the rates and they had to give me a higher rate. I knew they couldn’t legally do that, so I then called the lender to see what was going on. The lender emailed me the contract they received which was clearly forged as the signature that’s supposed to be my name is spelled incorrectly, the date states 8/27/2019 instead of 8/23/2019 (when i purchased the vehicle), and the handwriting is of course not mine. I then notify the lender that my signature has been forged. Then they called the dealer who then called me and offered to unwind the motorcycle purchase. I chose to unwind the deal as I do not want any paperwork with this dealer. *Also Note Brian, the head accountant told me that he was allowed to sign my name for me because he had power of attorney. Power of Attorney does not allow someone to sign my name, it allows them to represent me by signing their own name. Also the power of attorney in this case is for any title work and not for the loan. The lender “Freedom Road Financial” confirmed that I did not sign a power of attorney for the loan and said a power of attorney is not usually signed for loans.I hope he doesn’t actually believe he’s allowed to do that. I wonder how many people he’s done this to. I would not trust this dealer for anything. If you ever bought/financed anything through this dealership you should look over all your paperwork, make sure you have signed copies of all your paperwork, and contact your lender and request a copy of any contracts they have for you, as the dealer may have sent them forged documents with a rate or term that you did not agree to. Good luck. Also note: They are very disorganized, they kept telling me they paid off my trade in, though they didn’t. And at the time we were undoing the deal they told me that again. They then said they’ll call me back to look through their paperwork. They called me and told me the paid off a different bike and though it was mine.I strongly advise you don’t go here, and if you insist on purchasing from here definitely don’t finance or trade in, and make sure you get copies of all the paper work.
I very rarely give bad reviews, but I inquired on a motorcycle I was interested in and received an email only. The email was a generic sales pitch asking for an appointment. I specifically asked for the price of the bike (because the website says contact us for price, and was not listed) and I have not heard anything back in over a week. I purchased elsewhere.
Talked with Reece in parts, he was very knowledgeable. Had what we needed when no one else did!
Nice and informative staff. So many great bikes to look at. Really great selection of styles, brands and price points.
Dealership is highly recommended. Great inventory of, mainly, KTM and Huskies. Very attentive staff, both sales and service. Will continue doing business here!
The staff was very welcoming with a nice showroom. They even showed me the back garage and all they had done to the building. Bike selection was oriented more towards KTM and Husqvarnas, which is pretty cool to see as most shops just offer the big Japanese companies.
Cool shop. There were high quality dirt bikes in there. The inside is presented well and looks great. Fun to visit.
Best motorcycle shop around, excellent service department staff is very knowledgeable would highly recommend!
These guys are awesome! I bought a barely used 2017 Ducati Monster 797 from them, though I am located thousands of miles away. CW was completely straight with me and was awesome in handling the deal via phone and text and in making sure everything was taken care of logistically. He even shipped some extra parts that came off the bike! April was great in handling the paperwork necessary to make the deal happen, even when there was one little hiccup (thanks to my bank). I couldnt be more pleased with these folks. It really says a lot when a dealer thousands of miles from your home gives great, trustworthy service -- even better than some of the local bike shops here in Utah! Id do business with these guys again in a heartbeat!!!
I quote: “One thing Hayden we are good at, is communication” then why is it I have to chased to get an answer? Last communication was October 4th with I quote “I will let you know in the morning” “I want to do this deal for you bud trust me”Radio silence..... such a shame.Called Motosport in Roanoke, within 45mins has placed a deposit.
Thank you so much to everyone there. Excellent service thanks Adam. Recommended to everyone
10 cycles is by far the best shop Ive been in. I would highly reccomend this ship to anyone looking for a new bike, gear, or sevice.
A whole new concept in a shop. Its like just hanging out with you buddies, no pressure.
By far the nicest KTM/Husqvarna dealer in the Carolinas. Very professional, clean, organized, well informed individuals who work here. Very customer service oriented. This dealership speaks quality when you walk through the doors. Will be back. Keep up the good work 10 cycles and brayton family. You guys are killing it!
There was very nice selection of everything, sales personnel seemed knowledgeable.
Great people, just met them, needed a tube in tire at 25 min before they closed- they did it with a smile. Keeper of a dealership!
Go see Brian, Rich, Terry, Brady, Bob, Adam, Erik, Chandos and April. This crew loves what they do and really enjoy helping people get out and ride.
Took motorcycle in for repairs and rode away with another motorcycle. Now I have 2.
Good service.
Best motorcycle shop ever!!!
Awesome store great folks
Top notch customer service.
