Our motorhome broke down as we pulled into our campground site in Casey, Il. After calling two other closer road service companies with no call back, I called Affordable Towing a day later. They said we will call back in an hour to confirm, which they did. They arrived an hour later, diagnosed the problem (bad compressor clutch), and left with the part.It took a day or get a new compressor from the Ford dealer, which they then installed (on a Saturday).The thing that impressed me the most was that they treated us like we were broke down out on the road, not like we were living in an RV park with all the amenities, meaning they could have easily lowered us on the priority list, and didnt.I was expecting at one point to have to have our motorhome towed, find a hotel for us and our two dogs, and wait.... we didnt have to.Thanks Affordable Towing, for great service, and with a great attitude to boot !

We were stranded on the highway for hours. It was Mothers day and we called so many companies but only 1 towing company came through.Zach was our tow truck driver and he was so kind and compassionate. Funny, too. I loved that. It was raining and cold and he worked like a surgeon on a sunny day. He allowed all of us the opportunity to ride in his cab, two adults, a 64 13 year and a toddler. It was tight but it worked. Other companies said they could only allow for 2 passengers.We were towed to the local Wal Mart to get our tire repaired.We all were so appreciative of Zachs service. Its his job to tow but all the rest he threw in free of charge and that made a bad situation seem alot less painful and stressed.Thanks, Zach keep up the amazing job. HOLY COWS!!! I was passing thru on I-57, my radiator decided to crack. I called and within minutes they were on scene to help me out. We towed it to their shop. They got me a radiator and antifreeze. From breakdown time to back on the road was maybe two and a half hours. The guys at Affordable Towing know their stuff. Friendly fellas too. If I’m ever in need of help again they are gonna be my ONLY call.

We traveled nearly 4 hours into Illinois and on our return home, the alternator went out. Affordable towing quickly agreed to let us bring our car in last minute and fix us up. We were traveling when my alternator quit working and caused the whole car to go into chaos. It was a Sunday which meant no one else was open and they came to the rescue! They got a new alternator, repaired it quickly and found us a hotel to stay at while we waited. Very friendly, helpful, and professional!

I hit something on the interstate and blew out a tire. I called Affordable towing and Chad was there within 10 minutes. They were able to diagnose what caused my tensioner pulley to fail, get the parts to fix my car and get her running in 2 days with no notice!! All while not breaking the bank. Honest, and dependable!!

Great friendly and fast service. They arrived to tow my vehicle after only about 15 minutes, after I had been waiting over an hour for another tow company to arrive. They also worked on my vehicle and fixed it up very fast.
