I love going to this Staples. The employees for the most part are extremely knowledgeable, and upon talking to them hold advanced degrees in computer tech. I brought my computer in and it needed a butt load of work, they prompted me to send it in (still under warranty) before they touched it to save me time and money The copy center employees take pride in their work and always find a way to help me save money. Also, Ed is great and although he is hard on some employees he wants what is best for all involved.

My interaction with Ed the store manager has always been a great experience.

The store manager ED is rude and ignorant. His employees have no Idea how to work on computers and charge you double. For elderly people they try to tell you the PC wont work, just so you by something else there.Eds arrogant behavior is visible throughout the stores management. We will never by anything there, neither do our friends.
