Nice shop and friendly staff but fast talking and failure to listen to the customer wants gets them this one star review, due to the fact I wanted a specific feature on my pistol and I was sold a pistol without it. Overall the shop is not bad, I just wish my salesperson was just a little more consistent and attentive to what I wanted to get out of my purchase and shown me only pistols with the feature I desired!! Recommendations are appreciated but if it does cater to what the purchaser wanted, why bother bringing it out you know. Unfortunately this experience leaves an impression of “I made a quick sell” rather than “I took care of the customer ensuring their needs were met”.

Sig Sauer released a limited 500 special edition pistol. I checked with my local dealers. Many had no idea what I was talking about, others said they couldnt order it. Not only did Jeff know what I was talking about he had several on order. I was able to pick one up. Communication with him was pleasant and he was always quick to respond. His price was excellent. Consider yourself lucky if Mauldin Arms is your LGS.

Great place to find your favorite toys. This was the first time I have been to their store but it will not be my last. The staff was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Jeff is a great guy, super prices very friendly. I needed a holster for one of my guns he was out but let me use his personal holster until the new ones come in, just wish the new one could have all the knowledge that his does. You cant go wrong stop in and you will be greeted with a genuine smile and handshake. He wont try to sell you something you dont need, he will help guide you to get the right thing for your needs. Very knowledgeable and no matter how many people are in the store you will not be ignored you will leave knowing you just walked into the store you have been looking for and you will be back.

My sons and I had our best gun shopping experience here. We started here and then looked everywhere else in Greenville. We came back here for the best price and service. After seeing the prices and service elsewhere there was no question this was the best place to do business.

Mauldin Arms is hands down the very best gun store in all the SC Upstate area. I have been to many, many other stores and this is one place where the owner will not treat you like garbage. Contacted on multiple occasions through email and over the phone to email their FFL and they still haven’t sent them to my gunbroker seller. Will find another FFL. Very frustrated with their poor customer service.
