Tractor Supply, located in Mauldin, SC has a wide range of items to choose from. Items ranging from Tools to Horse Medication to Mens, Womens, & Childrens Clothing. So, its a Great store but, I think there Items are way over priced.

Always a friendly store! Wandered around looking at all the toys and got to what I was there for. By this time Id been asked twice if I needed help by some friendly smiling face. I refused and kept browsing. Checkout was fun with Connie. She is very helpful and full of charm. This is a great store and I highly recommend it.

Excellent customer service. I did not have to ask for any assistance. I walked down the main isle and looked up at the signs to see where to go and an associate asked me what I was needing. Walked me over to where the cat food is and gave her best options. I’m not sure what hat her name was but bravo!!!! And Lindsey the cashier is great! Very welcoming and great personality! Love this place hundred times better than other places in Mauldin. Tractor supply customer for life. Thank you guys.

Well this seems to be a common theme amongst Tractor Supply Inc. Stores, website says they have something in stock, you drive to the store and they do not. This is the 3rd time at different locations. Their solution to my problem is sorry. Wow, that helps a ton. This company is poorly ran to say the least.

I stopped by the TSC store in Mauldin, SC, at about 12:45 on Monday, 04/12/2021, for a 40-50 lb. bag of bird seed. There were about 5 bags left, I grabbed a bag, noticed the price (between $12+ and $17+ per bag...I just do not recall right now). The bird seed stacked next to the purple colored bag I chose (the seed I always buy here) was priced at $25+/bag.I got in the checkout line. People ahead of me were buying a chain saw blade. The cashier rang it up and they tried their credit card but the reader did not work. They also then discovered the price was actually about $30 less than charged. Off went customers and cashier to price check.I jumped to the next line and after 2 people were handled, the card reader in that cashier line stopped working. The saw blade people and cashier returned and went ahead of me in my line to use the card reader for the sale.I was about to jump back to the chain saw blade cashier and a guy scooted in ahead of me. He bought over $500 of goods, paid $400 in cash but when he tried to pay the balance with his credit card...yep...reader did not work.At that point the delays had allowed me 3 minutes to be at an appointment 10 minutes away. I put the bird seed back and left. Just as several supervisory types arrived to fix the card reader problem...re-booting was being discussed.At 3:15 I returned, grabbed a bag of the same seed, with no price indicated for that seed, and the stacked seed next to it with the same $25+ price.I got in the cashier line, a single line now, and the seed rang up at $27+, including tax. I told the cashier that 2.5 hours ago the seed was about $12-$17/bag, and she asked if I saw that price there now. I responded no, as there was no price posted for the seed I was getting, just the adjacent seed as noted above. Her response was that this was the now price. I explained the register problem delaying my previous attempt to purchase. She was not interested. As an aside, $27+ for 40-50 lbs. of bird seed is easily $10-$12 more than I can find it elsewhere.I returned the bag of seed. As I was placing it on the stack, another female employee asked if I was able to get the bag myself. I respond that I was returning it, and my explanation as to why. She did not care either. So I left.Customer service in this area for retail has really sunk to a severe and new low, since the feds are paying people more not to work, than to work. I was quite disappointed that TSC employees expressed neither regret, apology for their tech failures, nor offer to honor the price of 2.5 hrs. earlier on an item that upon return was now not even priced. I have never seen cashiers at this location who really acted like I was annoying them, and had no thought to the customer.I will not be caught again at any Tractor Supply Co. store.

Love this place... especially chick season! Made it out without any tho! Bout my coop from there this past fall and it is perfect for my three babies!

More than often they are out of chicken feed and if you buy baby chicks make sure you watch them because they like to mix them I bought 4 comets and 2 rudd rangers got home I had 5 rangers and 1 comet !!

Unfortunately, 9 times out of 10 when I go to this location they are out of stock on what I need. I feel that this cannot just be a coincidence, but rather a poorly managed store. Salespeople are not very helpful or apologetic that I wasted my time. I have even called before going to be sure that they had what I needed, assured that they did, and then get there and the person was wrong. I hate to give a bad review, but I’m hoping constructive criticism will help this store get it together.

I wish I could give them more stars simply based on the customer service Derrick provides but the fact that sassy Courtney both started my experience poorly and ended it that way, I simply cannot.Courtney talked down to me on the phone prior to arrival, said, what do y’all need” rather than offering a warm welcome, snatched a mans debit card out of his hand in an effort to “help” and then got snippy with me about the rewards program.In addition, they have been out of the product I’ve needed on multiple occasions. Great job Derrick; eat a corn cob Courtney!

Don’t call asking about their inventory because the manager Greg won’t help you.

Had a problem with missing parts with a bagger I bought for my lawnmower. Called talk to the manager Stephanie and brought it back in the next day and Greg took care of everything I needed. Awesome customer service!

Good selection of farm supplies! Rugged boots and clothing. Supplies for all your animals big and small! From hamsters to horses and everything between! Also have truck supplies, tools, and your gardening needs! You can even get a BB gun. Not Much you can’t get and good service too!

Most of the shelves are not filled. But they have plenty of stock in the backroom area. I had to go searching in the back room area, where the livestock feed is, to see if they had any of the product that I wanted (stacked high, up top). They didnt, but they had plenty of items that had empty holes everywhere.They have a great selection of products to choose from, but they are all online. The store itself, is hard to find in-stock products. The prices are great also...again, if they had the product.

Almost makes me want to drive 2 hours to go to Greenville just to use this particular store. Great folks in their super friendly found everything I needed thanks to their help because if I didnt have their help I would have found nothing at all. Not because the store is not well organized just because I have no clue where the stuff was... Appreciate their help got myself taken care of and I do want to say that my fishes sinus infection has been cured! Thanks guys!

I had to pick up some tools but was told the wrong size to get. I came in to Tractor Supply and they helped me correct the mistake that someone else made. They were extremely helpful and their prices were very, very reasonable!! I couldnt be happier with how well I was treated here!

Knowledgeable, friendly staff that isnt afraid to go out of their way to help you out. Easy to navigate the store because everything is well identified. Good selection, and well stocked. The only con to the Mauldin location is their parking lot. Other than that, everything is splendid. Great clearance selection from time to time as well.

Tractor Supply has a wide range of products and always has friendly people willing to answer your questions and help out. Kids love it when they have the chicks - peep peep. Theres always something there you didnt know you need (until you saw it) ;)

Tractor Supply in Mauldin is a good place to go if youre not exactly sure what you might need. The employees here most have the animals that you might be searching for something for or at least know what you need for that animal theyre very friendly and patient and its never really crowded. In Anderson the employees dont seem to know much about the animals needs that youre asking or even have time to show you where you could find it if you know what it is

Went in to get doggie diapers but was completely out of the size i needed. The clerk was very friendly and said a truck would be coming in either that day or the next. Clean store and it was easy to find items.

All in all a Good store. Like most TSCs inventory is off so always call ahead and insist that they actually make sure they have it before you make the trip to the store. Some of the employees are under trained.

Super friendly and helpful. I got my pups bordetella vaccine here for under 10 bucks to self administer. The cashier gave me tons of info on the travel vet that goes to the store once a month as well.

This store has been a literal life saver for us before on the farm. They carry a wide variety of medicines and other needfuls for animals, have an excellent fencing selection, and their feed is fresh and Ive never had critters turn their noses up at it.

Nice place for farm, yard supplies. Some cowboy clothing, fencing, BBQ supplies, chemicals, yard and porch furniture, chicken, horse, pig food and supplies, some flowers, fencing, etc. The employees could be more friendly and helpful. Not many say hello.

Older women said she couldnt check me out unless I gave all my personal information to add into the system. Said there was no way to finish the transaction. When I questioned it she said to move to the side and discuss it with the manager. I gave in and gave it to her. I asked a man coming out and he said hes never given his information. Felt intimidated!

We had a great experience with their team. We purchased a few larger items, one did not function properly (issue at manufacturing, not TS). They took it back without concern and quickly replaced it. One of their team members assisted with loading the material without our having to ask.

Mauldin located typically out of stock for most of the items when Ive shopped there. Website is not current. I went back to mauldin, sc.store and it just keeps getting worse. I spend ln average abkht $15,000. Annually at TSC but not at this location. Never can get help, always out of stock and always told there by themselves They cant go in back and check. Everytime I go there I Waste my time and leave empty handed. The sad part is its been that way for years. Corporate should either go in and clean house or shut it down and stop wasting everybodys time. When I go at any otber TSC I never have issues and always greeted or approached by a store rep offering to help. The mauldin store is a half hour away all other stores are 1 hour away and it is worth the hour drive to not be dissapointed.This Mauldin Store is a Waste of Time!

Good selection. Had a damaged item on shelf, i asked them when they would be getting more in. Some convoluted answer about the truck schedule. He said they could put it on will call for me. Gave them a bunch of info etc. 5 weeks later still no call. I got one at Walmart. Dissappointing.

Did online ordering. Two hours after ordering and nothing. Had to.finally go to store and they said they were busy.. and had.to.wait an additional 15 minutes to get my order. They were not busy when I was there .
