Bought a patio sectional and 2 recliners, fire table and stand alone umbrella.Everything turned out great. Rick did a great job taking care of a couple issues after delivery. Service was just as advertised. There is no comparison to the quality of this furniture compared to wayfair etc. Will be back in future for sure. Thanks

I do not want to give them any stars because the salesman (Rick) was not honest with us. We purchased a 12 x 24 pool two weeks ago and left a deposit for 50% down. Rick walked us through the showroom and assured us that the pool was in stock. We were told that Stone Pools would contact us within 2 weeks to schedule an appointment to look at our yard and discuss installation options. We did not hear from the installer, so I called them with the number provided. Susan, at Stone Pools acknowledged that we were on their schedule but said that we were supposed to call them as soon as we purchased the pool! She informed me that Inside Out Has been telling customers to wait to call them in order to buy time because they do NOT have the pools in stock. She also said she would deny telling me this, if confronted and that it was unlikely we would have the pool installed this season. We were refunded our deposit in full so my interaction with this company is over. Take this as a cautionary tale. They only lie when their lips move, don’t be as gullible as I was.If they were really sorry about the situation, they would have delivered the pool I ordered and not invited me to a “warehouse tour”...laughable
We had a hot tub pump replaced 6/2020! Was quoted at the time cost would be $400 and we didn’t pay as thought it was covered by warranty. Did not receive a bill and then suddenly receive a call from John that we had an outstanding bill! The bill was $704.54! This was over a year later! I called John who got defensive with me on the phone. Stated they had decrease in staff and were catching up on billing. This wax over a year ago! When I questioned the price he said that is the cost of pump and Lon told my husband. That never happened! I now know that hot tub was out of warranty and that we are expected to pay but almost twice the amount?! Poor business management especially billing. Be careful using!

My boyfriend and I purchased a salt water hot tub in November and Bobby called and helped us get it set up. I’ve contacted him a few times since and he’s always quick to respond and help with any questions I have. We love our hot tub and how easy it is to take care of.
Big shoutout to the staff at InSideOutHome Recreation, Maumee location. We bought a set of steps for our PetMassage indoor dog hydrotherapy pool. They came in 2 boxes, in-pool steps and out-pool ladder. After I spent several hours assembling them I realized they were different sizes and didn’t fit together. I called Dave at the store, who immediately acknowledged their error. I liked that. I requested that they pick up what I’d put together and deliver their assembled floor model. The next day they brought the new steps and made the exchange. I’m very pleased with their customer service. They have my appreciation and have earned my continued business.
Purchased a hot tub (Grandee Hot Spring) from Inside out back in March. With COVID the delivery was out 4 months but our sales guy was upfront with the timing. Delivery team was great. Bobby walked me thru the salt water startup process over FaceTime (simple process). The Moto jet massagers are a life changer. Great experience overall and Bobby was a great! Definitely would recommend.

Let me begin by offering I never leave negative reviews, for I rarely have issues with local retailers, and if I do, I work out the situation directly. In this case, Ive tried.Insideouts lack of service on our need to replace a loveseat that was damaged as a result of a tree falling on our deck has been totally unacceptable..It began with my husband bringing in the receipt for the furniture we bought from the store 7 years ago, an investment of over $9000.00. Dave, a manager, told him that he would contact the manufacturer. After a week or two of no communication, we came back to the store and I inquired as to any progress since we had not heard from them. Dave told us he emailed them the week before but had no response. I asked for GenSuns phone number, and I received an immediate response from their office. Unfortunately, I could not order the piece directly, I had to go through Inside Out, as there are no other retailers who carry their lines.It has now been two weeks since any communication from the store.We are not ordering the loveseat due to this lack of service. We will figure out another solution to our problem.And, as a result, we will not only NOT buy any furniture from Inside Out in the future, we will offer our sorry tale to anyone considering purchasing from your store.

Went for pool supplies. We appeared to be the only customers there. They didnt have the filter cartridge we needed. The Owner? had been outside mowing and checked in back room for one, even though he was hot and sweaty. They didnt have it and said it wasnt worth it to order it, & I should just get it online. I understood, but cant help feeling like your nailing the lid down on your coffin when you operate a specialty shop and someone drives 25 miles to you and you dont at least offer to get them what they need. I already knew Amazon had what I needed.
Overpriced! We should have shopped around better, I guess. But being new to the pool owning industry, we took their word for it on pricing. Turns out, after we purchased our pool through them, we found out that we could have gotten the same exact package for $2000 less elsewhere. 😒 The first gentleman that we talked to was more into talking about himself and his personal life than helping us learn more about the pool buying process. On a positive note, when we went back in to put the deposit down on the pool, we dealt with Rick, who was just awesome!!! He was very thorough in explaining how the process worked and what exactly we had to do. There were a lot of things he explained that the previous employee never even mentioned to us. Wish we would have had him from the get go! Moral of the story, shop around before making your final decision and make sure you are working with someone that is truly there to help you through the process and not just worried about making themselves an extra buck!
Upside, we got a great pool!Downside, my mom got stung by 2 bees while walking out to the pool displays. They quickly sprayed the area afterwards.

Im giving 5 stars for the nice mannered sales man that helped us make the best choice. What I am honestly upset about currently is that... 1. We were told June 18th weeks ago by one of two secretaries for their construction company who survey your property. My husband has me make sure I have the day off where I am a General Manager for a restaurant. Then after waiting ALL DAY my husband calls and is Informed that their was a mistake and it was actually today. So... I have to leave work early on a busy Friday so my husband can go to his job and we want to be here for the surveyor. Welp, its 7 pm. My husband just checked and their office closed at 5pm. I am completely frustrated to no end that I have had a pallot of pool BS in my garage for almost a month, am told take the 18th of June or wait until the end of July, and then told the 19th and noone shows!!!! You may want to get some backup construction companies on board. Apparently this company is extremely overwhelmed and overworked at the moment. Covid or not, you launch a sale you should expect a big turnout. Prepare for it.
If you need pool water tested they are awesome. They will tell you exactly what you need without trying to sell you stuff you dont. Outstanding customer service.
The day we went in was Sunday the 14, Salesman was extremely rude and talk down like we didnt belong in his store. So my wife and left and purchased a pool from a different company that wanted to do business!
Too expensive, Price is not competitive too high! Hot tubes, Your store is fine if you make over a 150,000 Dollars a year. A lot of people that live in the maumee area Are older And/or are retired And dont make that kind of money, So for us youre out of the park! Your store needs to be in ottawa hills or Beverly hills,sorry Thats just ones opinion . No insult intended Have a nice day! Your products are fine, Its just too much for standard income people. Its not just your store it goes for a lot of stores in this area.
Corey, the salesman was very knowledgeable and informative without being pushy. I took quite a bit of time trying to decide which tub to purchase and he didnt rush me at all. After it was delivered I called 3 or 4 times with questions, and he or whoever answered the phone was very nice and helpful. I am very pleased with the help I got even after the tub was delivered. I am not the kind of person that normally responds to these reviews but I am impressed with my visit/purchase. THANKS COREY!
Purchase a hot tub in April of this year Im still waiting on it they have poor Communication Im not sure I would recommend this company to others
1. Our sales representative was very knowledgeable about the products his store sells.2. When my family went to Insideout, we thought our chances were minimal of finding what we wanted for the price we wanted to pay. We actually came away with something worth several times the amount that we had hoped to get.3. We expected delivery to be a couple of weeks after the purchase date but were pleasantly surprised to get the table that week.4. Delivery and setup were actually supervised by the store owner!

I purchased my pool 3 years ago and have returned to the Maumee location for all my pools purchases. That said I had the worse coustomer service ever this year! Has this location changed management? The sales people I have worked with for the past 3 years are gone! As usual I went to purchase my chemicals to open the pool, I gave them the list and my starter packs where left out, I live an hour away so not happy, then I send my sister to pick up the starter packs I open it and the pack has changed no big deal but here Im think I got the wrong thing, It would have been nice if I was informed of the change. Now I start up the pool and find out I have a hair line crack in the fixture of pump, so back I go, I tell the sale guy I have the big pump that holds 250lbs of sand he is arguing with me they have never sold a pump that big and it does not pull up under my name in the system. I have pictures and he is still arguing that they never sold this size of pump!! So finally I just ask for a manager and he is going to try to find the fixture!! I really miss the knowledgeable staff that worked at this location,!! I guess I got a little spoiled walking in the door only 2 x a year and they knew who I was and what pool I purchased. However if you are not familiar with your products dont argue with your coustomers!! Go get someone to assist you!! Very dissatisfied!!

Horrible service, first after changing plans to be home the day they said they were going to deliver they called 1 hour before hand and said their truck broke down so then we had to wait a extra week to have the pool delivered. Then we finally got the pool and started to install it they gave us the wrong size of legs and the liner was wrong as well, so we had to go back to the store on 2 different occasions to get the correct legs and liner. Then a day later we went to put the stairs together and it was missing the bolts so we had to go back a third time to get the bolts for the stairs. We ended up having to pay a extra 400 dollars to the installers for inside out pools mistakes and yet inside out did not give us any kind of credit or reimbursement for their faults.

On 6/12/18 my wife and i purchased some patio furniture for $12,650.00 was told by the salesman, Corey that everything was in stock and they would be calling us for delivery. 2 weeks went by with NO phone call for delivery, so i called them to find out that some of our items were on back order ( wasnt told that the day of the purchase ). 3 weeks after our purchase we did in deed receive some of our furniture, the fire pit was the wrong one and was told by our salesman that the fire pit that he sold us that was on the show floor was discontinued ( Never was told that the day of our purchase either ). now my wife has called them again just yesterday 07/12/18 and still no answers, and still our order has not been completed. They have NEVER reached out to us once, we have been the ones to contact them every time to find out details. I am not sure if anyone there really know what is going on in that store. I just hope no one else has any of these issues that we have had, happen to them, so be aware!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! We are going to purchase a Hot Tub, but not from these guys. All i have to say is if this is not how you really run your business here at Inside Out, then here is your opportunity to make this all right, and get this all taken care of!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I completely agree with Pecconna Bahrs review of InsideOut: The customer service here sucks. I will not recommend this store to anyone. I spend $5,000 on a hot tub and am shrugged off anytime I call with questions.
I want to thank the Insideout team, especially Dave and Don, for taking care of the problems I had with the hot tub I purchased five years ago. I purchased a Hot Springs hot tub that has had several mechanical problems (two heaters, lights, ozone injectors, control panels, leaks, crack in shell, etc.). In my opinion, the problems should have prompted a replacement by the manufacturer (Hot Spring). Insideout supported this claim as well but to no avail. Hot Spring would not replace my tub. Even though the manufacturer was MIA, the Insideout team CONTINUED to make the repairs to the tub at no charge even after the warranty expired. The customer service provided by Insideout throughout the five years has been EXCEPTIONAL. They came to my rescue even though the manufacturer wrote me off. Insideout has exceeded my expectations and I will continue to be a patron of this fine store. Thanks again to Dave and Don - I appreciate everything youve done to make this right!
