Kathleen was absolutely wonderful to work with. We started our search in January and was not ready to purchase at that time. She called us back last week with some great deals and we were still in the market so we took a look and came away with the bed we wanted and then some. Kathleen was amazing. She took the time to get to know us and understand what we were looking for. We happen sleep number owners for 13 years and we were looking to replace our current 5000 series bed. I had talked with someone in an online chat from sleep number and they quoted me a bed but not the right bed. My online chat with sleep number was not great. Let’s just say I was really happy that we went to the store and met with Kathleen. I am anxiously awaiting my new bed and pillows.If you want a sales person that gets to know you and is not pushy to buy the most expensive bed there is then this is the store to go to! Kathleen is the person to see!

Our sales associate Josh. Was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. There was absolutely no sales pressure and the entire experience was positive. We are returning customers, having purchased a bed 20 years ago. My wife and I had a great experience at Sleep Number in Fallen Timbers. We dealt with Jerrod and we were pleased with the outcome of our visit. Not often do you find a salesman that lets you make your own decisions without being pushy. We felt like we werent being hassled like we were at another mattress store. Excellent salesmanship! I cant get my Sleep Number Bed above a 40 because of my back problems. Im not so sure this was a good buy. What does it take to return it? My sleep problems have not improved since I purchased this $8,000.00 Bed .

We had a sleep number bed and loved it. We went to the store and waited 30 min until the store associate said, I will be a few more minutes. We left after 45 min. We bought a purple mattress instead.

Josh was very helpful we tried 4 different beds and he checked to see where all our pressure was in our backs and helped us find our number he was great I will send people to him in the future Emily -

The staff was fantastic. They spent a large amount of time explaining the product and all of the different features available. I just purchased our second Sleep Number bed. Our first is over 20 years old, and still going strong, but now it’s time to move up to one with moveable head and feet. In the store, I was never rushed or pressured, which is good, since I’m buying something that will last longer than any other major household purchase.
