I have been with AT & T since 2012. The customer Service was atrocious and Id had enough. I went to Verizon where I was greeted by Ron. Ron introduced me to Sarah and she helped me establish my new service. Sarah absolutely went the extra mile (no make that ten miles) to make sure that things operated seamlessly, that everything was explained thoroughly. Good customer service is tough to find, so its refreshing when the customer service exceeds your expectations.

First of all I work in customer service and I was very angry and upset over the way my husband and I was treated at the store on 10/19. We was talked to in a rude manner and wasn’t happy at leaving the store. We had a problem with my Husband new I phone 13 There was some apps that was able to open and we need a new phone in which we received but all his information was on the phone we turned in and we wanted them to clear all the information but that never happened was put in the box and we was told to leave the store it was after 7 pm and they had a long day and if we got Hostile then they will hostile. First I had a long day also and we was there before closing but only two workers and we was quiet and looking at things in the store and waiting our turn. Not happy with the treatment of us last night. I have been a long time Verizon customer and I don’t like the treatment last night.

DO NOT GO HERESave yourself the hassle and go to the Verizon store off central. This store told me they couldn’t upgrade my phone, probably have nothing in stock, told me to do it all online and turned me away. After a frustrating experience online I went to a different Verizon store which helped me immediately without any hassle. This store needs to train their employees properly as they clearly don’t know what they’re doing.

I dont even come into this store no more. Got a phone from this location a while back. Seemed like a nice place, but shortly after I was made to feel like a burden anytime I came in. Wanted to pay my bill one day and they wouldnt let me come pay it. So I said screw it and stopped going there. Will never return to that location again.

The worst place ever. Even though it is close by I will never return. The female I encountered first knew nothing about a screen protector or a broken screen. A guy came over with a ripped up box of some part and thought it MIGHT work. These people have no business pretending to know what theyre doing. Do yourself a favor and visit the Perrysburg Levis Commons location. The people are friendly, helpful and professional!

I have been coming to this store even when it was Cellular One with car install phones before hand held mobile phones. All my mobile phones have been purchased there. I was greeted outside the facility by the General Manager. I shared my billing issue after purchasing two new phones. Unfortunately my salesperson was not there and no effort to understand my needs were given, in fact the GM said he was booked, ignored to talk to me and addressed some other people instead hopefully for more sales. I guess some of the poor reviews are accurate. I am surprised and disappointed things have changed. Too bad.

You have get approved to enter the store still, everywhere is open but them. They dont set up your new phone, just hand you all the boxes. You have to figure it out on your own. Hated it.

I usually have horrible experiences with Verizon. You pay so much for so little, especially being alone on your bill. My experience with the insurance was AWFUL. Long story short I was told restoring my phone would fix my problem and it didn’t. Even after questioning his decision on the restore. I ended up back at the Maumee Oh location for the second time that day to find out I had to just get a new phone. So thankful for Micah as he, in his words “hooked me up”. He did just that!! His service was remarkable and he really helped me through my frustrations. Thank you again to him an the other female employee who helped.

I went to this location because the Perrysburg location was in the middle of a remodel. I was greeted outside because the store was full. I saw one customer inside. We were told it would be a 30 minute wait. The reason for my visit was to upgrade my mothers phone. I was told that if we wanted to purchase a Samsung phone we would have to order it online because of the chip shortage. I dont understand why the store is limited to 1 or 2 customers at a time. On indeed job search I saw that Verizon was in need of help. I know if we were allowed in the store to browse while we waited we would have purchased a new phone thus keeping people employed. Also the woman who greeted us is in need of customer service training. Im thinking we may switch to T mobile for my mothers phone.

As soon as we walked in, the chick with black hair who doesnt know how to do eyeliner stopped us and wouldnt let us talk to anyone else because we werent Verizon customers. She gave us a paper with the customer service number and told us to fix it ourselves. We said that we tried and she said to try again because she wasnt going to help us. We asked if we could make the call there so she could help us, but she said no, to leave and do it ourselves. We asked repeatedly for help, and she outright said no several times.I wanted to become a Verizon customer and was going to switch, but now I cant and wont.

This store is amazing! Everyone is friendly and kind. I have had multiple reps to help me over time and they were all great but Tom is my favorite. He takes the time to make sure I get what I need and let’s me know what I can do to lower my bill or add something to better suit my account. The store is very clean and I feel comfortable with shopping here knowing they are taking the proper steps to keep me safe. Highly recommend this store!

Do NOT let them swindle you on any of the “promotions” they have available. Went in in November 2020 to upgrade mine and my husbands iPhones. They told us if we turned in our old phones we would get Visa gift cards for $300 and some change. Normally they would just do the exchange in store but due to Covid we would need to send off our phones in prepaid boxes and upon receipt we would get the gift cards. A month later we had sent our phones and still no gift card so returned to the store to ask about it. The manager was super short with us and told us it can take up to 8 weeks so nothing she could do until that time (of course was never told about this waiting period originally). We came back again in February after still seeing no compensation for our phones that we had sent. The manager saw on our account that we had in fact sent the phones back and they were received in November so wasn’t sure what the issue was she insisted she was going to look into it and give us a call. Didn’t seem confident given all the issues we already had with this store so double confirmed they had a good phone number for us and asked when we could expect a call, she said I’m a few days. A week went by and no communication of course so my husband called corporate and after an hour of being on the phone finally was able to find out about the “promotion” the store had told us about was non existent and the one they meant to give us was a $20 credit on our bill over the next 18 months. Literally furious over the fact that we were not only lied to but essentially our phones were stolen. We dropped over $700 in store to upgrade our phones because we were assured half of that would be coming back to us in a gift card. Absolutely the worst customer service and extremely shady manager at this location. Would avoid at all costs!!!

This is the only Verizon in the area that has knowledgeable people. The Verizon at Levis Commons is not a true Verizon store, the employees are clueless! I was charged for a new phone and build for a new phone, even though I had insurance on the phone that stopped working suddenly. There was no apology, no response that I found adequate.Im still paying for a phone that I didnt order. Very disappointed in that store.

This store and their policy to not assist customers with the purchase of a phone was very disappointing. Owner or manager assisting people in parking lot, but only to turn them away and waste their time. I went to Verizon on Reynolds and Airport Highway where I received amazing service! I’ll never stop at this location on Conant street again! No excuse. Covid or flu or whatever. Close your store!

Worst customer service experience Ive ever had. Sent my son in the purchase screen protector for his new phone and his free wireless charger, as we were led to believe. It wasnt free. When I called and questioned it I was told to bring it back and Id get a refund. I drove 20 minutes and waited half an hour only to be told I could give the charger back, but I would not receive a refund. We have been Verizon customers for over 20 years and this is the worst experience Ive ever had in one of their stores. I will not be back

We were in there last night to make several updates to our phone plan. Cody was extremely helpful and patient with everything we needed to get done and we were very appreciative. The only reason I didnt give a 5 star review is because of the wait time. I think we waited for 20 to 30 minutes before we were able to talk to someone. Overall we were very pleased with Cody and the other staff in the Maumee store.

I have been with Verizon since they were 360° 27 years. Verizon has gotten so greedy that they resort to horrible sales tactics. Last week I switched carriers and am much happier. Their is no one in any of the stores that can make a decision so you have to call a 800 number. ...thats another problem. I will never do business with them again.

Did not have a good experience with this store. Cell phone plan monthly charge was incorrectly calculated for me by $40.00 a month due to an error on Verizons part. I caught the error and Verizon did nothing to make it right with me. Also, the charges assessed to me were not communicated to me at the time of sale which would have been nice to know. I received no concessions from Verizon management for these errors. Not a happy Verizon customer

Went to this location at the beginning of the year for a new phone...the salesperson was extremely rude, negatively commented on my old phone (made fun of it), and said she couldn’t do anything because the promo I was looking at was only online. Without even saying, “Have a nice day,” she quickly walked away from us because she didn’t want to waste her time with us. We were extremely unimpressed.Then, the promo wasn’t valid and we were shocked with the price of our bill! However, we ordered the phones on the website via chat and it saved us!! The support at verizon (not the store, but called their customer service), told them the situation with the promo, and it took a while, but they saw that there was a misunderstanding in the chat with the promo and HONORED IT! I’m so glad they did.We went to this store to get screen protectors for our phones and they put them on for us and were so friendly!I go there every month to pay the bill and I haven’t had a bad experience since that one in March. The staff even took the time to show me how to pay the bill on the kiosk if they’re super busy. If the kiosk is broken, they’re always there to help! Just because I had that one bad experience, it did not stop me from visiting this location or being a verizon customer! I love verizon and will continue to visit this location!UPDATE: just got the iphone 11 and the sales associate claimed he had no idea on how to put my screen protector on my iphone 11 because you didnt buy it from verizon when it clearly was on my online bill. Then, he said corporate didnt train him on how to apply the screen protector, so if he messed it up, i would have to buy another one, and it would be my fault. He put it on, but theres dust under the protector, which i guess has to be fine because I am not buying another protector. Then, he rushed me through how to transfer my content on my icloud and said for me to figure it out. I needed to start my trade-in process and he left us standing there for about 1.5 hours helping other customers. Finally, I got so annoyed that I asked another employee to please help us with the trade-in. She seemed a little irritated that she couldnt sell us anything and she helped us, but you could tell she didnt want to. She stated that the offer we thought we were getting online by buying the iphones and trading in our old ones was no longer existent, that we would be getting wayyyy less than we thought we were supposed to get for the trade-in value. She said I would have to call customer service for that because she doesnt do that. We spent almost 2.5 hours there and out of all of the employees there, they tried talking older customers into buying ipads and phones they really didnt want. Only one or two employees truly cared about the customers. Its a shame it was like that. The employee who had no idea how to put on my screen protector came up to us when we were leaving and said Oh my GOSH you guys are STILL HERE? What HAPPENED?! (I wanted to politely remind him he walked away from us to sell something to someone who just walked in, but I didnt and just left).I still give this store 5 stars because every time I have had to call verizons customer service, they have been absolutely phenomenal. I could never switch providers because the customer service is so helpful. They told me I was definitely qualified for the deal I thought I was getting on my iphone. The 5 stars is basically for corporate, not this store.

Service is alright here Ive had good experiences and bad. There seems to be a wait no matter what time of day. Ive waited up to a half hour just to get a Sim card changed. They also always try to sell me something I dont need. I know thats part of the job but I would like to just go in for what I need and get out. Prices on accessories are very expensive also. I only try to go here if Im upgrading my phone because I know I will spend a good chunk of the here.

I dont normally write online reviews but the people here pissed me off so bad I decided I would. I am a prepaid Verizon customer and I needed a new phone. I normally order my phones online but I stopped by here figuring it would be quicker and less hassle boy was I wrong. there were lots of workers there to help and I was immediately greeted at the door and asked how they could help me. I told the guy what I wanted but he didnt listen, all he wanted to do was sell me a contacted phone after 20 minutes of telling him I wasnt interested in a contract phone he finally went and got the prepaid phone I had asked for when I walked in. then he tells me that I was out of data, which I had received no such notice on my phone or account. he then tells me I had to buy bridge data for 10.00 in order to get my new phone started. so after buying the bridge data he tells me that I have to buy a whole months data because the bridge data wasnt enough. so I buy the whole months data and made sure that I wouldnt be billed again a few days later when my autopay normally processes. he assured me that he wouldnt. after an hour and 30 minutes I walked out of there with a new phone thinking I was good for another month. wrong! a few days later when my normal autopay date came up Verizon took another month worth out of my checking account. I then called Verizon and was told they cant give refunds but the good news is I wont have a bill due until the end of august we will see if that works out.! so if you have half a brain just do this stuff yourself and stay away from these idiots. it takes 5 minutes to set of a phone you bought online and I lost an hour and half and two months worth of phone bills!!!

Seriously, you would be better purchasing a phone off Amazon with no human interaction and have better customer service.Last summer I purchased my first smart phone. Mr. Beard Oil wasnt very talkative, didnt even respond verbally to my questions about the phone. Didnt even tell me there were upcoming classes on how to use your smart phone.Gave me a look of disgust when I asked him how to turn the phone on and off!!!If someone from Verizon is reading this, I make the decisions for the company. We have only 8 total in our company, the the take away here is you have all the goodwill from this experience working for you.....

Very dissatisfied. Purchased a new Google Pixel 2 about six weeks ago and Verizon installed a Zagg screen protector. Screen protector is now coming off at the corners and Verizon will do nothing. I was told I need to go to Zagg. If Verizon is going to sell it and install it you they should warranty it. I leave for Alaska tomorrow and will not return until September. I will deal with it then.

Every time I go to this Verizon store, I am frustrated, angry and upset. They treat me like Im an idiot. I ask questions and they avoid those questions. They lie and they bamboozl me every time. They push me into things that I dont want to do. Very very sad way to do business. If it werent for Verizons great reception, I would belong to someone else.
