Dr Shariff is amazing and worth going to. Not only is he very knowledgeable about treatments and research for many conditions but he also listens to the patient. The Dr also spends as much time as the patient needs to be able to have addressed while there and make sure that there is all questions you have answered.

I hate to say it, but I have had unpleasant experiences one after the other here. I keep trying to give it another shot and give them the benefit of the doubt, but I keep getting let down. It seems to me that this office is unprofessional and extremely disorganized. I came in a lot of pain and nothing was done to help me, as I had been prescribed medications by my primary care doc, and they just wanted to “see if that would help”. In addition the desk staff always seems to be in a bad mood and act unprofessionally. I came back for a follow up and the desk staff was still unpleasant. I had issues at a testing lab and a pharmacy trying to help me due to two invalid scripts on the ENT office end. I had a biopsy done almost two and a half weeks ago and have not heard back from them about results. I had to call several times and leave voicemails just to find out if they had results. I was then told the doctor would call me a couple days later and he did not call to give me results. I have been in pain for over 2 months at this point and still do not have answers, and very little has been done to even try to figure out the problem. I am extremely disappointed in this office and after my next scheduled appointment I will not be returning if they do not help me.

I had my second visit with Kaitlin Hanus, C.N.P. I can not say enough good about the entire staff at this practice. They are knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. I highly recommend, if you have a need of an ENT, that you contact them. I wish they had more than five stars. The staff all deserve five stars each.
