Southside storage is a clean, well run facility! Reserving a spot was a painless process. Karen the office manager was so helpful before and during our rental experience. We even got a welcome bag with treats

Stopped in on a Friday afternoon to rent a climate controlled space for some items I had purchased at an auction. Mary the manager welcomed us in and made the entire transaction smooth and seamless. She walked us to our unit, and provided us all the information we needed. Would highly recommend this location if you are looking for a storage location.

Very nice welcoming place . And clean !!!! The hours are the best part and the easiest way to vacate without even contact its amazing I definitely recommend this place !!!

We are relocating from Arizona to the NW Ohio/SE Michigan area. We called a number of Self Storage facilities and never were called back by any except Southside Storage in Maumee.I asked if the had any large units available and they happened to have two units available(Climate controlled) almost next to each other.Karen took our information and was incredibly helpful. A week latter Mary (the manager)called to make sure we wanted both of them. Yes we still needed both units.We called Mary today and paid for both units for several months. She was unbelievably helpful.They both are excellent at Customer service and it is appreciated!!! They also give a Military and Veteran discounts and as a retired/disabledUSAF NCO jumped at it. We are very pleased with the facility, the price, but most of all the wonderful Customer service!!! They ROCK!!!

My contact with the office staff was courteous and helpful. The storage unit was clean, easy to access and the price was right! I accessed the unit at different times during the day and felt safe. I recommend using Southside Storage facility. Chris
