Followed around the store as if I was stealing. So put off by the experience that I ended up not making my purchase.

Nice people always a sale on hair

Told seller which bar stools I wanted. When I got there, bar stools were piled up on top of each other on one side of building. The ones I wanted were not there. This was inside a large nail salon. The smell was horrible. I described the stool. Had no idea. Showed pic. No there. Kept trying to push me to buy other stools. Kept telling her no. I only wanted the style in the pic. She ignored me and trying to sell others. Would not recommend anyone shopping there.

My mom and I went looking for a wig before she starts her chemo treatments, and we were treated with the upmost courtesy from the lady and gentleman that works there. The lady was very patient and kind and we did finally find a wig that my mom liked and was comfortable with. I am very grateful for the shopping experience especially at a difficult time for my mom.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Sunny is a great Christian lady who really puts a lot of effort into helping her customers find exactly what they need. My wife suffers from alopecia, and Sunny at VIP worked with her on multiple occasions to get a wig that looked how she wanted and didnt irritate her sensitive scalp. We have been to literally 7.3 million wig shops in our quest, and VIP is the greatest!

Don’t waste your money here just to be followed around the store. I liked the old owner better than who owns it now! The man will literally get up from where he’s at just to stand at the end of the aisle and watch you the entire time you’re shopping! It’s ridiculous! This store doesn’t even have a good selection on product or hair either! You’ll be better off going to Little Rock! Iwill not be spending anymore of my money at this establishment!

Love the lady who runs the store! She is always so very helpful and is always showing me pictures of her son and is kind to my daughter. She has a wonderful selection of everything I need and is always available, no matter how many people are in her store. Customer service is top notch! I live in North Little Rock and always shop here. Shopping anywhere else seems like Im cheating on here or settling for less or convenience lolPaying a visit tomorrow, if the Lords willing! :)

Limit of three wigs you can try on. Cancer patients need to be able to try on more than three wigs. Don’t waste your time at this place!!

I dont know how anyone could have given a bad review on this shop. The owner couldnt have been nicer or more accommodating. There is a large selection of wigs, hair pieces, and cosmetics. I would recommend this shop to anyone. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Very nice and helpful. Most problem I had was communication (hard time with english). Tried really hard to help me, and we found something that should work.

They just need a better selection of hair for people of color don’t get me wrong they have to great products but need a worker in the store who could help them understand America better no lie I love these people they are great and understanding

The owners are a hoot! They are very friendly and funny. They know their customers and can answer your questions about most of their products. The prices are higher for most items, but its probably because their rent is higher because of their location. I would strongly recommend this store to anyone.

Very good customer service.. clean environment.. always greeted at door with a smile..Employees are so kind and friendly make you feel at home..I recommend shopping here for anyone in maumelle and surrounding areas.Great selection of wigs..weaves..natural hair products..jewerly..sunglasses..clothing and nyx makeup.. and pretty hairbows for our little girls.. store hours are perfect 930am to 7pm...Monday-Saturday..

They have a limited selection. Id rather drive to little rock to Beauty gallery on university instead. This place isnt even worth the stop

Went in to look at wigs. Told the woman I was cutting my hair short because it was damaged and wanted my longer hair still. She then just walked back to the counter and just stared at us. When I asked about trying one on she said no you couldnt try on unless you were buying which I was. I pointed to the sign that said you could try them on and she told me and my mother to leave! Im a very respectful person and was not being rude. I dont know who everyone else had, but I will NOT be returning there at all for anything.

Its not only a wig store it has several items available from jewelry to purses to scarves Etc... Great little store

This is the only hair i have gone to in the 5.5 years. The store owner (Im assuming) followed me around the store. Then the first time I use cash in the store and paid for my items he follows me out and has the audacity to ask me if the money I gave him was real.I was extremely offended for him asking me that question because thats not something I would do especially in the profession that Im in.

This place is very high priced and the person who owns thos place follwed me around all most everywhere I went in the store.
