First time purchasing from Mattress Firm and I was very impressed. My elderly grandfather was in need of a new mattress due to health issues. PJ was very attentive and answered any and all questions we had. We were able to find exactly what he wanted and had his new bed setup same day. Highly recommend Mattress Firm in Maumelle and can’t say enough good things about PJ at this store.

It was a smooth process of selecting a twin mattress and adjustable base for my 97 year old mother. The salesperson was helpful with guiding us to a few appropriate choices without overwhelming us with decisions. We ended up with a bed in our expected price range. I hope that delivery and setup go just as well.

From initial conversation with sales representative to final closing paperwork, simply outstanding. Rated 4 stars only because we are not scheduled to receive our adjustable base units and mattress for a couple more weeks. Counting on smooth delivery at that time. If so, 5 stars!

After trying out samples in the categories in which we were interested, we decided a Tempur-Pedic was the way to go. This store is excellent, and you will not regret your visit.

Great experience today getting a new mattress. Bryenne was great and asked me how I liked to sleep: back, side or stomach. Since, I prefer to sleep on my side she directed me to the medium firmness. Not too soft or too firm just right. I went with a hybrid and I must admit I could have napped there. Quite cozy! I recommend doing your shopping at the Mattress firm in NLR/Maumelle! We spent a few thousand on a mattress 1.5 years ago and it has started being uncomfortable and there are clear indentions in it. I called the store and they just sent me to seally. When you buy they give you these huge sales pitches and act like they are going to stand behind the product and be the one to help you if you are not happy for any reason. That is not true. After 120 days apparently you become someone else’s problem.
