This was very disappointing. Usually our maumelle location gives me no problems but this time was different. There was nothing right about this sandwich..I posted the picture along with my review.That and my daughters drink had no whipped cream when I ordered extra. Im not sure what you call this but i wont be back for a long time.

I was very surprised by this location, the staff was great... the building design is super cute!! I had a issue with my kids and they had no issue fixing it.

Nothing different from any other Starbucks locations. Friendly staff. Good breakfast selection.

Ive been going here once a week at least for over a year now, but these past 2 months or so they mess up my order every time except maybe twice. The manager has tried to be polite but Im also embarrassed to ask for another to be made correctly, nor do I have the time which is why I preorder anyways. I would like to also point out I dont come during rush either.

I was not impressed. They were out of the first three items I picked off the menu. Finally had to get a custom drink. I probably would have left but I was meeting someone there for business. The drink I ended up with was good but not what I wanted. Also thought it was odd that they were using part of the sitting area for storage.

I love your passion fruit lemonade it is rather fun good and you work theres a really sweet

They keep the drive through moving. Food is good. People are super friendly.

I could write a whole paragraph of why this my ALL TIME FAVORITE Starbucks i have been to. The customer service is undefeated! No matter what time I go and who is there, i always feel welcomed even in drive through! Next my order is right every time! There are a few times where they might be out of something but they offer something else for it. I love the crew, the atmosphere and of course the coffee!

This is the best Starbucks I have ever been to!! The employees are SO nice. I have never had a bad experience here, the customer service is seriously phenomenal. I won’t go to any other Starbucks.

This place is on fire! They were kicking out coffees and food left and right, super busy yet that didnt phase this team at all! All workers were super pleasant and helpful. Amazing customer service ♡

Always super friendly and nice! Everyone wears masks and they clean the tables and countertops often. Love coming in to work on things. Tables are kinda small but considering they are trying to make it where you can social distance, it’s not bad. Coffee is always good and have never had a wrong order.

There was a sweet lady who just made my day. It’s refreshing to go to a place like this and be treated as nicely as I was today. Will defiantly be coming back!

The beverages are great, the food is decent. The drive-thru needs major work. I drove through here a few weeks ago and they were so busy that you get blocked in from leaving the drive-thru due to the cars turning in. This starbucks needs a better location, but the service is fantastic!

The baristas are absolutely amazing! I love coffee and during the pandemic going to Starbucks made life feel normal again. You can tell that the staff are genuinely kind and cares to see patrons coming through the drive thru. It’s the small things that give me a pick-me-up, and they absolutely do that for me!

Starbucks in Maumelle is by far the friendliest place in Arkansas all the staff is unbeatable they make you feel like you are at home and the coffee is better than any other Starbucks or coffee shop I have ever been too if I could I would give them 10 stars

This location is always on top of mobile orders! Other orders still go pretty fast too.I highly recommend mobile ordering in the morning. The drive thru line is often backed up all the way around the building, blocking all the parking spaces and backing up onto the main road. Order ahead, park next door, walk in, and your order will be done way ahead of everyone else!Ive also sat in to use some wifi and work on my laptop. The internet was decent and everyone was friendly!

It is a positive atmosphere and a nice place to relax and drink coffee. It at times can be very busy and full of people the only complaint I could have of This place is the parking lot being too small but that is all!!!

I stop there almost every weekday morning for a cup of coffee. Great as always and the staff is very friendly even though its at 6:15 am.

They do a pretty good job 99% of the time. Only one time did they not have what I really wanted to order and they still had the alternatives.

The staff here are exceptionally kind! They always have a smile on their face, and will greet you as soon as you walk in the door. The service is fast, and they are great at their craft. Drinks are always spot on.

Great place to study, Free Wifi, Calm atmosphere, plenty of space for group sessions. Outdoor space for nice days, drive through is quick. Good location, right in the middle of Maumelles commercial area.
