Bad service, peripheral location, bad food nothing was properly maintained

The lady running the place needs a client relation course, how to manage her relations with the clients. The rest of the staff is helpful and respectful. The room is clean and the utilities are ok. Kids loved the showers. Being the end of the season, the pool was dirty and there was not a lot of care for it.

Fantastic, great service and clean place.

2 nights we stayed there, and in the first day, after cleaning the room, the personnel cleaned up my wifes wallet of 300 Ron, after searching into our baggage.After informing the managers, they have treat us with indifference and almost say that they dont care.They started to discuss with us only after weve called the police and made a complain.Poor attitude, poor management, zero client service!

We did the stupid thing to take the note on the booking! There is a grade of 9. I paid 650 lei per night, hoping for a pleasant vacation. The hotel is a maximum of 3 stars, the room looks acceptable, but the curtains are white, as the sun rises, you can no longer sleep, the ramp at the entrance to the hotel is covered with a slippery tile, it is impassable, the bathroom sink was falling, staff with hostile attitude, breakfast is extremely poor, with poor quality products, is a tense atmosphere. The only plus is the cleanliness, the ladies who clean are the only ones who smile at you, the rest treat you like you owe them something.

Horrible!I do not recommend to anyone, a humiliating experience for a lot of money.- the most uneducated and hostile staff you can meet, there are no parking spaces, the pool is on the road with transparent panel, breakfast contains uncooked cream sausages, half raw omelette, tap water with leftover food in it, and all which can be cheaper and healthier. The curtains in the room are white, as the sun rises you can no longer sleep, we could not sleep more than 06:45. To be avoided from all points of view !!

Quiet area.Very spacious room, linen and towels changed daily and toiletries supplemented whenever necessary. There are 4 star conditions. Very good and varied breakfast. I had on request for the little one, the simple omelette every morning.The kindness of the entire staff, including the manager.

The hotel is located on the main street of Neptun resort, it is not a very big hotel with 3 floors.- the beach is at a maximum of 800 meters from the hotel- The pool was clean- breakfast was quite rich, but did not vary from day to day, which is understandable in the current context- the rooms are big, but we didnt like the bed which looked quite worn because the so-called leather was peeling- in the bathroom we did not like the massage shower that was quite worn and full of limestone; rust had also appeared in some places on the radiator. Also in the bathroom I think they have a general problem with the toilet tank supply tank because in all 3 rooms used it was the same situation- the cleaning was not done thoroughly, but with a little incentive it was solved- There were disinfectants everywhere, but at breakfast you served yourself, and the mask was not worn by all the staff.Overall, it was fine, and the price was right: 300 lei for the standard double room and 500 lei for the apartment.

Disappointing. This is not a 4 * hotel!The mattress had waves, in the bathroom almost all the water from the shower came out and you made a small flood and the accessories (for the bathroom because we are talking about it) were rusty! If you somehow wanted to look out the window, you could see the skeleton of a building. Zero view!This can not happen. At breakfast you could see without much effort that the vegetables were cut for several days and reused ... I do not recommend.

Ruined hotels everywhere, through the park near the mosquito lake like I have never met before, the mess at her home, the place looks pathetic. Olimp ... jale. Honestly, the Romanian coast is not a holiday destination at all. Nothing pleasant, everyone put on robbery, unjustifiably high prices, and misery everywhere you see with your own eyes.

We stayed at Shine for the second year in a row and will continue to return here, because it seems like the most beautiful place to feel at home when we are away from home.I have nothing to reproach: the rooms are large and tastefully arranged, the bathrooms are clean, all work, the cleanliness is flawless, the towels are changed every day, they are vacuumed daily, the sheets are changed every two or three days. Breakfast is very rich and varied to suit all tastes. The food at the restaurant is delicious and at decent prices, much lower than in the resort. The staff are friendly and helpful and the hosts are discreet and effective presence. Excellent! You can hear the pretty music of the terrace restaurant terrace from approx. 300-400m. The food is good but the menu is modest. The location is 95% quiet and there are not many hotels nearby. Generally there is a parking place. I recommend the apartments! Distance to the beach up to 500m.

A 4-star accommodation located at approx. 400m high, very clean, with spacious and chic rooms, which offers access to the outdoor pool (1.2-1.55 m) with jacuzzi and nice terrace. They are weaker on the restaurant side in the sense that they do not offer great variety and the orders take a long time but they have decent prices and the food is good. Overall, expensive for Neptune but with relevant conditions for 4 stars!
