This is one of the nicer michaels that I go to. Veryclean and was well staffed which is nice in these days where there is a shortage.

Even as a guy I have nothing bad to say about Michaels. For the last year or so the decorations Ive bought for my house have come from here and theres almost always sales on something unique. Definitely appreciate the discounted candles of various seasonal scents.

Another store for crafting. I love spending my time here. You find stuff for do it yourself for painting (t-shirts or paper), knitting, organizing stuff.

Just like most Michaels. You can find most crafts supplies. I am looking into making a miniature army foam holder. Way cheap to do it yourself. I would like if their website was better, kind of like microcenter. If you give them your number, they will provide you with coupons.

Total waste of time, dont rely on the app to inform you of the items that you need because if it says its in stock, after a 30 minute commute to this store it probably isnt, management staff brushes you off and tells their not so knowledgeable staff that they no longer sell the item although their website and app says that they do. Poor inventory, poor management which should have taken the time to inform me personally of the changes and made an attempt to help me find something that would have met my needs instead of wasting 1 hour of my time.I do not recommend, will not return. I would suggest hobby lobby for your needs if at all possible, Id even take the time to order off Amazon and wait a day or two.

I went in for some fabric glue and a few figures for a school project. I found everything quickly as the store was well labeled.

The wife went shopping here, no complaints from her so I guess all is well.

The most helpful staff you’ll ever find. Honesty isn’t always easy in business and before I spent the money on a wood burner the staff (avoiding names) actually told me Home Depot had a better selection. They price match to any competitor + 10%, they have a huge selection of merchandise, and while you shop for your items there’s a kids section too! Funko pops, science kits, all kinds of toys and build it items. This is the perfect DIY place.Pro Tip: There is ALWAYS a coupon for something crazy, 40% your most expensive items or something.Pro Tip: Your receipt will contain a crazy coupon too! Mine was 50% any item in the store.

Some staff has worked there a while and is very knowledgable. New younger staff seem like they lack knowledge and just want to rush through thing. Younger staff seem like they dont care.

Frequently out of stock, staff are knowledgeable and friendly short wait times, they offer a lot of good discounts. Large bead and jewelry finding selection.

Very nice Michaels store they have a huge selection of arts and crafts supplies. Their picture frames are excellent quality and I can tell you that there custom frames are just as nice. Staff is a little sparse its sometimes hard to find somebody to ask questions but I certainly would recommend this store.

Theres something for every level of crafter here. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the store is always clean. I like that they put out seasonal items early enough that you have time to finish crafts for decor or gifts!

I went in for acrylic paint. I found a wonderfully appointed store, clean and very eye appealing. I like clean organized stores it makes shopping easy and enjoyable. Nice selection of merchandise, but its hit or miss as to whether they will accept their own coupons for valid purchases. Customer service is less than ideal. I find that I am frequenting other craft stores more and more because of difficulties shopping at Michaels. Why offer coupons if you dont allow your customers to actually use them? Even on the rare occasion I have tried to return an item with a valid receipt, I have been told that the return wasnt allowed or it was extremely difficult to conduct. Not allowed to return something, with my receipt and within the allotted time?!?! That doesnt even make sense! Shopping online with them is almost impossible. I tried 3 different times to order something for pickup, and could never get the order to go through. Its easier just to go somewhere else.

Who has ever stepped into a craft store and not had your creative juices flowing? There is always a variety of everything. This store is generally well stocked. They offer fun classes if you are looking for a Saturday activity with the little ones while you browse. Their sales and promos are amazing. Anything you ever wanted to try your hand at, there is something here. The baking section is awesome. With all the tools supplied here, even an amateur like me can pull off something pretty amazing. The staff is knowledgable as well. Always helpful.

If you cant find it at Michaels it probably doesnt exist. Theres a good selection of everything from white craft/scrapbook paper to seasonal decor to crafty stuff for kids to a fairly big wedding section. The selection of baskets could be better, but its not too bad. Overall a fun place!

I love Michaels and could spend hours in there but on this particular day, I only had a few minutes to spare. Not only did I find exactly what I needed, I picked up a couple other items for projects Ill be working on later this year. Now if only I could remember my coupons when I go.

Ahh my favorite craft store! I hit up both locations yesterday. Mayfield store was amazing as always. They have moved some things but the staff that assisted me were great. My only issue with this store is the bathroom is never clean. The same employee sign off sheet has been hanging in there for several months. I almost snapped a photo of it last week when i was there.The Mentor store is okay, but its so tight in there and they dont always seem to have everything that the Mayfield store does, but hey their bathrooms are usually cleaner.

Although the items I went to purchase at 70% off were limited, I was still able to get what I needed. The store was maintained however the line was long and it was very cold outside so everytime someone walked in wed get a blast of cold air which made waited not so pleasant. The check out person was helpful in packing my glass items. All in all it was a good experience. Id just wished the registers werent so close to the door.

Its where I get most my materials for my floral wedding bouquets, baskets, centerpieces and wall decorations.

Very few choices for craft stores in this area. Prices here seem to be a little high due to a lack of competition, since Pat Cattans was closed.

A large and extensive stock of crafting supplies. Ive been to several and this one is the biggest in the area. Its amazing how they keep everything in order. Everyone there is always nice.

Crafts galore. The place I go when I dont care about maintaining restraint. They have EVERYTHING you can need to craft. Even better is that there are always sales. Sign up for the email list, and something you need will be 30% off. Go, and dont hold back.

Love this store, but.... the long lines for your purchase is ridiculous. I could say a whole lot more. BUT..would it change anything? All I will say is management matters. THAT IS ALL.
