Mayfield did everything right. The flowers look very good but most importantly, they tracked me down so that they could deliver the flowers to my sister. She was in a large hospital complex and, when they called, they had no record of her being there. They eventually got it sorted out but they went the extra mile to make it happen

Tonight, at the funeral home, the deceaseds family thanked me for the beautiful prayer plant adorned with a few simple carnations that we sent. I live in Canada and unfortunately due to COVID this year I was not able to come to Cleveland to visit some very important people/ customers of mine. They mean a lot to me and thankfully I found this lovely florist. I checked the website. It all seemed perfect. I called to confirm they were in fact a local florist and not one of those international 3rd party websites that pretends to be local. The lady I spoke to was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I ordered exactly what I needed which was a beautiful Christmas floral arrangement with a hand painted ornament and a box of chocolates. My husband specifically asked for the flowers to be arranged in a way that could be put in a vase so that it could be viewed from all angles. It definitely wasn’t that way, and when I went to the florist to ask if they could arrange it in my vase, they wanted to charge me $10 more. And the girl said “no arrangement is going to be able to put right in vase.” Duh. But you could at least try to help my husband and make it so it doesn’t only look good from one angle. I get that you have to cut down flowers at home, but this is major rearranging. I wasn’t going to pay $10 more after he had already spent $40 for some mediocre flowers that would have taken a long time to cut down and arrange. I could pay $15 at Heinen’s for beautiful flowers if I want to make my own arrangements. Disappointing. I’m definitely going to tell my husband to go somewhere else that listens next time.

I ordered on line on a Sunday night and wanted the delivery to be on Monday. I immediately received confirmation of my order and then when it was delivered another confirmation was emailed to me. So although this rating could very well be a 5 star, I have to rate it 4, not having seen it myself.I like the efficient follow up with Mayfield Floral as well. I had questions about the order, and they answered my questions promptly via email.

What started out initially as a mix-up, ended with an over-delivery on the part of the owner. I wasnt fully satisfied with my first order, wrote to the shop and the owner quickly rectified the situation with a new arrangement that was far superior to what I had originally paid for. It is clear that customer satisfaction is very important to him, and his passion for the business is evident.

I went in for flowers to take home the same day for Sweetest day the next day. They had lots of rose colors available and they set up a wrapped dozen roses withing 10 minutes. They were very helpful and the price was reasonable. I will definitely be shopping there again.
