Pharmacy is not organized except head girt is manager always has clean up there messes store never stocked

This is for their online store. I ordered something and I understand why it took so long to get here and am not complaining about that. When the package finally came they asked for a signature which I could not give because I’m quarantined. They didn’t leave the package or a note. I tried calling them and due to the virus haven’t been able to talk to anyone.

Stopped here at 9:04 to fill a prescription for my mother in law that had surgery today. I thought they were open until 10 but the pharmacy actually closed at 9. The pharmacist (his name is Gurjeet) was nice enough to stay over after they were already closed to fill the prescription. That was totally over and above! Thank you so much!

Absolutely the worst experience just now!! My daughter drops off her prescription and comes back out to the car to see if we are going to wait the 20 minutes for them to fill it, I tell her yes so she sits down outside the car on the curb and than a manager comes out accusing her of stealing. Not right away do they chase her this is delayed and the cashier claims that she set an alarm off and she told her to stop which my daughter said she heard a beep but never heard the cashier at all. The manager threatens us with we can have the cops come search your car and we are please do. I understand that people shoplift but no one was running we where sitting here. Than where being confronted in a threatening way!!

Simply put.... Rite Aid pharmacy & pharmacists are like Oceanside sunshine & sandy beaches whereas CVS is a tornadic aftermath. It really takes a lot to push me far enough to write a review such as this...Was a loyal CVS pharmacy customer for over 7 years. Mid 2018, CVS began spiraling down - hours for staff cut, a pharmacist worked open to close 11 days straight 3/2019, one of my last day they were over 500 prescriptions BEHIND & the last straw began past 4 months (Feb 1 - May 1) running out of my routine, scheduled medications. This past April, one day I unfortunately had to go to 5 different CVS (one a 24 hour, another within Target) pharmacies with no luck, not one had my medication in stock.I went to Ride Aid and had my medication within 30 minutes versus the numerous hours it took trying to locate a migraine med (while having a migraine) within a CVS. Im cautious these days when theres so many Eggshells around.Same migraine 10mg med;CVS $5.34RITE AID $2.59Sorry, off my rant. These days we need to look out for one another. Honestly, what gets me really is how much money is the difference.I have family whose experience has been equal to mine with changing to Rite Aid and have said nothing but positive comments regarding this Rite Aids pharmacists & pharmacy.Feel free to comment. Its just something Id felt inclined to share....Stay Blessed

This Rite Aids is Truly wonderful. Staff is always friendly and courteous. I love coming here. Even the pharmacists are always going above and beyond.

Asked the cashier a price if an item to verify..the cashier was very rude..when I asked her if she could check the screen...she got very abrasive. I will go elsewhere next time.Rite aid, it is called customer service..not customer chase off.

WORST PLACE I HAVE EVERY BEEN. JUST RECENTLY GOT A Divorce and as some of us know it’s not easy getting everything switch over to your birth last name. Not only that I just moved here. This pharmacy is the worst and I will be calling around to figure this out !! NOT ONE PERSON HAS GIVING ME A HARD TIME BIT YOU!!!!
