Great deals for under $5. I love the new self serve register

The lady at the register was very patient and nice. I had to wait on my daughter to get my phone in order to pay for my items, and she was super nice about it. This location also seems to have more stuff in inventory than Mentor does.

As usual 5 Below was GREAT! Well stocked with great items - snacks, books, makeup, clothes, craft supplies, electronics exercise equipment, gift items and so much more. Great little shopping spot for all ages. Affordable prices too!

Wow what a cool store, they have something pretty much for everybody. I purchased a phone accessory and it less than five bucks. Lots of real cool USB products

God do I love this place! I go here not often, but it is my go to to get fun stuff! The store is well organized! You will never know what you will buy!

The standout of this store is the staff. Always thanking you for coming and/or saying hello for entering. Definitely something the manager has going, and theyre doing it well.

Totally remodeled with lots of fresh new merchandise. But...the poster section needs organization. Sold out of most popular ones, Avengers Endgame, Sam & Dean from Supernatural, and Captain Marvel. Should mark as sold out, and put the ones that are in stock in the right sections. Otherwise store was great!

Best inexpensive store in the area I love dollartree but five and below has everythingg and its still a decent price with good quality!

Great place to get back to school items!

Its a 5 Below. If you need a cheap replacement phone charger or any other cheap Chinese junk this is the place for you. If you like candy though they have a vast selection. I feel that this store was designed for teenagers. A true positive is that the staff members were attentive and friendly.

Just wish they didnt have ALL self check outs. Sad the personal touch is gone as well as cashiers jobs.

It was a pleasure shopping here. The cashier was very nice. Usually they seem cranky, but today was a good day.

Ive been to this particular location several times over the years. I think that recently their prices although still their claim to fame being five and below have gone up. I just went in for a few small items but I looked around because they reconfigured the store. I had also thought with the reconfiguration in mind that they would have taken some better covid-19 measures. They have not change the layout in my opinion to accommodate social distancing as you shop throughout the store. They do have markings on the floor at the checkout and the employees do wear masks. I leave it to you to check it out for yourself.

This store is ran so poorly. The staff seem friendly, but they are not enforcing social distancing or a max limit of people in the store at a time. It’s such a small store and I couldn’t even see what they had really because it was too crowded and it made me incredibly uncomfortable.

Maaaannn...... i got some stuffffff!!! Their Five Above section is coming in for the win. I got a 32 inch 6 string guitar for $10, bought 2 for Christmas gifts for both my boys this year. I only went to the store to get a black panther action figure for my 6 year old because he wanted one for a while..... (still I promise, I’m not a shopaholic) I just like a good deal.

No customer service whatsoever. I know what code 19 going on that it has become more difficult its all self-checkout. Its lost some of its fun my last time there

Inexpensive. Fun to browse. Theyve recently CHANGED THEIR LAYOUT, and have definitely enlarged their product selection. Nice staff too... although I am not fond of the new self-checkout aisles here (or supermarkets etc. either), they do have traditional checkout too.

My complaint is how loud the music is. No reason to have it up so loud. I havent shopped ur store in a long time because when I did I came out with a terrific headache. Maybe the managers in all stores would consider turning down the volume some.

Best store EVER!!!

This is a very nice and newly remodeled store. The store is clean with a lot of nice merchandise. Very friendly atmosphere. The complete downside is the self serve terminals! These make this friendly atmosphere seem robotic. They lose a little of their customer service here. Two of the machines were not working properly you can only pay credit card at one and cash at the other. I see this being a true nightmare come the holiday season! Hopefully this is a short-lived experiment.

Nice dollar store where everything is exactly $5 or less. Neat and very organized. The cashier was very pleasant and professional. They have a nice variety of things but I go for electric gear. Phone cases and protectors etc. They also have some articles of clothing, snacks, drinks, arts and crafts related things as well.

The store has been changed around to help check out go smoother. There are stations for cash and stations for checks. The staff was friendly and directed the guest. Good place to take the kids and let them shop. Oh, just in case you didnt know, some of the items are more than $5.

They have a large variety of cutesy paraphernalia. Some items are overpriced. Employees are very nice and the store is very clean.

Its okay! It is like every other Five Below. I am.not the biggest fan of having no choice but to use the self checkout. It is great at times, but at other times it just makes it harder. The employees seem disconnected. Not super helpful. They are more likely to be gathered talking to themselves.

I like the new lay out of the store its much easier to get around . And they have several self check out. The woman working tonight at registers was very kind and helpful. I have never gotten threw a line so fast. And on the night before Easter.

I usually like 5 below but I dont like when someone calls around the same napkin returning to clean checkout areas back and forth.

Its changed a lot in this five below, which is good. I like the self checkout registers and theyve added some things. The layout has improved as well, making it easier to browse.

First time I was at the store I was impressed... After the first time, its almost always the same stuff. Socks are a good deal, funny saying tee shirts are cool, but many other items are cheaper other places. I still go back from. Time to time hoping that it will be cool, again but its lost the magic.

I love that everything is $5 or under. The quality of the products is great for the price. This is perfect place to buy a quick gift for a kid or someone that is a kid at heart!

Fabric masks are $3 for 1. Poorly made and not worth $3. Target has better pricing.

I admit Im a 5 below addict! This store has so many neat things. New things, nostalgic candy, little trinkets, home decor, they just have a good mix of everything

It scary to see this franchise transition to the self-service checkout. Machines are taking over. However, the location was clean, organized and the carbon life form left in charge was beyond pleasant.

Most things here are pretty good for the money, but some things are cheap, so be mindful. It is a fun place to get gifts and party favors, maybe a charging cable and whatnot.

I left one of my shopping bags at the store and they set aside until I was able to come back and get it the same day! Love them!

They redid the place and its so nice and organized! Everything is self checkout now and there are plenty of new lanes. I can get in and out in a heartbeat.

My daughter and I live Five Below. We find a variety of products we like. Its always clean and organized when we visit and parking is plentiful. The staff is always friendly too so we will always come back:)
