ALWAYS super fast and friendly service!! Everyone Ive dealt with in this store is just wonderful. Give those folks a raise!!

I took my phone in to have a back camera glass repaired. I scheduled an appointment online for August 1st. I go in as scheduled, and I was informed that the technician does not work on Sundays, and they did not have the part in stock, and I would have to come back Monday when they called me. Well, its been two weeks and I have never heard from them. What I found most disturbing is they upsold an elderly gentleman, who I would guess was in his 80s a life time battery replacement for the battery of his car fob. They charged $19.95 to replace the battery in a car remote, after watching that transaction, I personally will not go back. I have a feeling that battery in the key fob will last longer than that storefront will.

I would give this store less if I could, I walked in and it took way too long to be helped. They need more staff. Not only that but one older man with dark hair (the owner I assume) was berating his staff member in front of the others. What kind of boss does that? Try being a leader not a dictator and give your employees some respect.

This is a great place. People are on fire cool and they know what they are doing. Highly recommended by me.

First impressions are extremely important to me. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out, The customer service was extremely great. I was first time customer looking for a key fob replacement battery. Purchased two and will return for any future needs as far as batteries etc.

Friendly, helpful staff. I bought an item online to pick up in the store. The store didnt have the exact brand, so they called me to verify if a substitution was acceptable (it was), and they seamless changed the order so I could get the item I needed without having to create a new order. I appreciate the flexibility and that they made it easy for me.

Lee was excellent. He changed the battery in 19 degree weather and never once complained when he had trouble getting the battery out of the car. I would recommend him and the store in Mayfield Heights, OH fir afy need.

Well first off they had the product that I needed. Which other battery stores did not have at the time. The staff was knowledgeable about the product. Customer service was good on entering the store. Even observing other customers being helped by staff their knowledge was extremely helpful to the people that were there.

The ONLY reason for 2 stars is that the employees are top notch professionals. They knew all the answers to questions. Its not their fault the company tried to charge me 12 times the actual cost of a part. Yes, reread that- its true.

The service here has been inconsistent but usually good as far as being greeted. $11.99 for most watch battery replacements if they can do it. Parking here is tricky. Nice vibe overall.

I order a marine battery online while I was in the parking lot and within 15 minutes I was loading a new battery in my trunk. Fast service and when I went in I was greeted in a friendly and pleasant manner. Good job for the young lady that helped. If that is how she greets and talks to everyone then she deserves a big raise.

So, yesterday I was barely able to walk because I added foot pounding movements to my water workout and apparently hurt both ankles. Add to that the fact that when I used my ONE AND ONLY key fob, I had to push the button 7 times before my door unlocked! Scary. So, I had no choice but to leave work and go straight to Batteries Plus. I have been going to them for several years and they are a great business but I got to see what real customer service looks like yesterday. I called ahead to see if someone could assist me if I needed someone to come out to my SUV. The nice older gentleman said no problem. I almost cried because I was in a lot of pain. When I got there he came out and made sure I got a new battery for my key fob. This business has always been awesome in my mind because they have Batteries for just about anything you can think of but now I appreciate them even more!

Bought a battery in May for my sons power wheel and the battery started draining rapidly. I brought the battery back, they did some test and determined the battery was bad and replaced it with a new one. Great staff!

I got notice car battery is ready for pick up today got to the location young lady behind the counter said no one was there to install the battery do to a call off and she was the only person in the store ok is anyone coming in told another employee will show in the 11 clock a.m. time I went and waited in my car- a young man an employee came to my car after clocking in. I went back into the store now 2 associates there total of 3 employee-2 people in the store but I guess was waiting on the 3rd associate to show up to install my battery unacceptable my time is of value my money is green like anyone else monies and should have not been treated any different no apology no gestures made to make the situation better. Now my biggest concerns is how well the battery will perform upon installation -compensation is a consideration for the poor customer service- read the reviews good standings but my visit did not meet the ratings written if there are delays in completing the order(s) please notify the customer ahead of time to make our day go better thank you!

Went to the store to get my charging port replaced on my iPhone because it was charging intermittently. Turns out my port just needed to be cleaned. Batteries Plus Bulbs could have easily charged me for a charging port replacement. Honest businesses like Batteries Plus Bulbs need to be supported!

Absolutely LOVE this store. Ever since I moved to the area a few years ago and found this place they have been my go to. Any time I need either an odd battery or a light bulb, this is my first stop and they rarely disappoint. Everyone is always so friendly, its sort of refreshing to not go in and see the why are you here bothering me face you get at a lot of places. They also seem to take the time to know their customers and carry a sort of professional yet jovial attitude when helping you. You feel like they are actually happy youre there. Recently I broke my iPhone 5S and needed it fixed quickly as I was about to head out of town for vacation. I remembered seeing a sign the last time I was there that they fixed phones. I stopped in and showed them my device and told them my situation. The store manager got me all checked in and immediately started fixing my phone. About 20 minutes later he came out and said OK here you go, I couldnt believe how quickly it was done. My phone looked like brand new and worked great! I make sure I tell everyone I know to try this place first when they are looking for something they may sell.

Really like this store. Ive been shopping here for a few years and the staff is always really friendly and helpful. Their prices are good and they always seem to have what Im looking for, even weird bulbs. Cant imagine why anyone would go anywhere else!

My son’s IPhone 7 screen was cracked and I was told by Apple it couldn’t be repaired. I took the phone up to Battery Plus Bulbs and they were able to fix it with no problem and at a very reason price!!

The folk in the store checked the system to see if they had it, then went and pulled it off the shelf so it was waiting when I got there. I ran an electronics repair business myself, years ago so I have some experience. The staff at the Mayfield Hts, Ohio store is professional, courteous and did a great, flawless, battery replacement on my phone in only an hour as promised at a reasonable price.

,great store, alot of hard to find,/unusual light bulbs, items are a little pricey, 5.99 for a red 3 watt bulb, high quality, so worth it

Very good customer service. I have been in this store 2 times in the last week. Prompt, courteous and helpful.

Purchase was fine but policy relating to core return is bad. I had my wife return the core and she could not do it because they needed the same card that the purchase was made on. If you have the receipt, what difference does it make what card the credit goes to? Resulted in another unnecessary trip. Provide better common sense service.

Until yesterday my rating was a 5 STAR.....BUT...For many years I have gone to Batteries Plus at Mayfield Hts...Andreas, Mark and several other employees have left but new ones have come in and this is where I encountered a HUGE CHANGE....Just yesterday when I went in for a garage door opener battery, the clerk opened the case and inserted the new battery for a price of $5.99 and wanted to charge me to install the battery...WHAT? I have never been charged before!! That service should be included with a purchase of a battery...........Of course when the clerk saw my shock and my remark that in all the years I have been coming to their store, I NEVER ONCE was told there was an installation charge, he said he would give a courtesy install this time.I need to know if this was a mistake on the clerks part or has Batteries Plus changed their customer service policy? If they have I might as well buy my batteries at the Dollar Tree...all batteries are $1.00.....if I have to put them in myself..

Found the marine battery for my appropriate sump pump back up. Had tried the other automobile stores (AZ and O’R) and also the online sites of home improvement stores (L and HD). Got it for a good price and buying online and picking up at store saved me 10% - sweetened the deal.

Ordered and paid for a battery on line but they sent it to the wrong store for pickup, when I went to the store that I expected it to be at they said too bad so sad we a) cant and wont have it shipped to this store, b) cant and wont issue you a refund at this store, c) will sell you the battery you want at full price and you cant get your online discount even though it was our fault things were screwed up, and d) you will still need to go to the (wrong) store we sent it to to get your refund. And when I tried to cancel the transaction both on line and at the store I was told I couldnt and that I needed to go to the store it was sent to INCORRECTLY and further away to cancel the order. WHAT A SCREWED UP OUTFIT! Had to file a complaint with my credit card company to get my money back. GOT A BETTER DEAL AT TRACTOR SUPPLY WITH NO PROBLEM. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE SCREWBALLS!!!
