I had scheduled service for my vehicle and wanted my vehicle picked up and returned to me at my place of employment. The driver arrived and picked up the vehicle and I had informed the service personnel that I finished work at 3:30 pm and I needed my vehicle back by the time I got off. Well, needless to say that didn’t happen. A service personnel called to inform me that service was finished on my vehicle at 2:43pm and that the driver was on his way. I called the service department to inform that I was off of work and I would be waiting outside and that they couldn’t call me on my cellphone but I would be waiting outside in visible site. I waited outside until 4:00pm and borrowed a phone from a coworker and called the service department to see when the driver would arrive. Personnel informed me that they didn’t see the driver’s location but that he was on the way. He also asked if I wanted an Uber to pick me up. I stated no, if the driver was already in route and arriving soon. Long story short, the driver did not arrive to my place of employment until 4:50pm. I was so disappointed and upset that I had to wait outside in the chilly weather since 3:30pm.

I was just reminded (via a happy birthday email) about dealing with this company.I contacted Scott Dickerhoff about a vehicle they had on the lot, I gave him all the need information for credit, and told him the terms to which I would purchase.Before driving two hours to get there I called Scott Dickerhoff to confirm the terms would be met, he confirmed.When we got there, he TOed me to his F&I guy who, told us they couldnt do the terms, but could do a completely different route.We left, purchased from a different deal, at the terms we where looking for.I would advise not dealing with this dealership, nor Scott Dickerhoff

I really had no intention upon going to this dealership to trade in my 2013 Luncoln MKX. Looking around at all the cars, I didnt see anything that just spoke to my soul. I saw my husband and son talking to a young man, being curious I walked over, he introduced missed, John Lattimore. He was very kind and professional, not pushy in any way. He asked me what was I looking for, I replied, just looking. As we walked closer to the 2021 Lincoln SUVs he kindly ask if I would test drive one just to see what I thought. I test drove the Corsair, and I did like it, but I still wasnt really ready to move up. Mr. Lattimore and my husband said something that won me over, aside that I Like the car...Live and dont just exist, you live once, enjoy. Mr. Lattimore has taken great care of me, any questions, or concerns about the car... he has no problem answering any calls. I also like thats Johns a Christian. Once again this dealership has proven to be the BEST!!! My car was giving me some issues, I had a full Saturday of errands to complete. I called the Lincoln roadside service couldnt hear the Rep on the phone clearly, due to the area I was in. I wasnt far from the dealership at that point. I arrived there about 2pm, by 2:11pm I was headed back on the road to finish my day. Nick Mayer Lincoln/Ford I love these guys!!! The customer service is simply AMAZING. This Dealer sells MKX’s online without telling the customer that the vehicle has been smoked in for years.I was amazed that the delivery people wanted to leave so fast that my wife did not even get a chance to open the door and smell the smoke, which she is allergic to by the way, before they drove off.Now I know why they wanted to leave so fast. They knew that we would have never accepted delivery of this vehicle knowing this important bit of information up front.My advice to you is to shop at another dealer you can trust.
Bought my 2019 Lincoln Nautilus from the place back in December. Great people! Manager Chad is a nice guy, great to work with. Will work out a deal with you no matter what the circumstance are. As with everyone, you might have to follow up on some promises but he got the job done.Our sales person, Serge, was super friendly and will definitely recommend to make an appointment with him before coming in. Most importantly these people dont like to waste time, the negotiations were quick and they made all the paperwork a breeze. I will say this is one of the best dealers around and trust me before my purchase I made sure to check out a few in a area.If you like nice people who will work with you to get the car you want and waste none of your time this is the place! Looking forward to getting my next lease with them in a near future!

Went in to look at a CPO MKZ. Sales staff was dishonest and came off as rude. The finance woman seemed so uppity and rude as well. I went to the Westlake location and bought a CPO MKZ there and the experience was wonderful. Highly recommend going to the Westlake location instead.

I would have given one star, but Tyrone was a pleasant salesperson. Tyrone was a good listener and very helpful and knowledgeable. Additionally, hes a Lincoln owner so it showed me that he really believed in the product.I went here to purchase a Lincoln MKC, AWD, agreed on a lease price for 15000 miles per year, and then, as Im signing the paperwork, Im informed that they worked up the lease using the wrong mileage allotment. The difference was $800, and the sales manager, Chad, expected me to take a $800 hit. I refused. To make matters worse, the incredible discount they were giving me ($38k), was higher than the price they were advertising the car for online ($37k). Very deceptive and dishonest. I do not recommend this dealership.

If our review holds any value in your decision to shop at Lincoln of Mayfield then i can say this. We have a Lincoln dealer in our our own back yard and yet we drove 40 miles passing two other Lincoln dealers to purchase from Lincoln of Mayfield. If, like most of us, price is most important then that alone should be enough to at least call them. What you will find is a company that cares more about you and your needs then their bottom line. And if that was not enough our sales rep Tammy was very courteous and kind. She is very knowledgeable on all of Lincolns tech-savvy options and was able to pass that knowledge on to my wife with out making her feel small.We will buy our next Lincoln fron Lincoln of Mayfield.
Today my wife and I were on our way to church when my 2013 Lincoln MKZ stopped on us. After getting it towed to Nick Mayer Lincoln, the GM Chad warmly greeted us outside and was very compassionate and empathetic to our situation. He planned to make pickup and drop-off arrangements for the following day at my place of business because the service department was closed. He ultimately was able to get me a loaner to continue our day uninterrupted. This was such a Blessing to my wife and I. We are truly grateful and appreciative for the service that Lincoln of Mayfield continues to provide.

Beware of what they talk you into, dont waste your money on some aftermarket warranty or youll be paying $1,300 to fix a problem that should have been covered under the $4,000 warranty they sold you.

Called today on a 2017 Lincoln MKZ stock# L3677A to check on availability and if the price was negotiable. We were close to agreeing on $500 off. I asked if they had dealer fees or doc fees which they did and they were $250 which you can’t get out of. Was told everybody has to pay it and it’s not negotiable. I countered with $800 off instead of $500 to make up for the dealer documentation fees. They agreed but added another fee after that, they added $1,095 for the car being certified. So a certified car fee. They are advertising a certified car but want you to pay for the certification. That’s a lot of red flags right before I even drive there. A lot of this dealer’s 5 star reviews have no comments left. Be cautious and call to ask about hidden fees lots of dealer don’t advertise!
Took my vehicle in for servicing. It felt more like I was being serviced. At 7:30 in the morning everyone was friendly and upbeat. Now I now I know, it is the same no matter when you come in. Certainly there is something to the Lincoln experience.
My wife recently sold her mothers Lincoln 2011 town car. Her mother recently passed away and it was left to my wife.the car had been purchased from new and been serviced by the dealer they only gave her 4000and are now selling it for over 10000 is that not stealing

Okay where to start...... Original price online was 10K for a scion tc ... good price but I would have to travel 800 miles to get the car. My salesman and I talked about the price and he got with his manager and knocked it down by $500.00 to 9500 sales price. Took over a week to get the paperwork finished. Once I received the paperwork there was an additional 390.00 misc charge as well as a $250.00 administration fee on the contract. After a phone call they did take the misc fee off the contract. However they did include the shipping fee in the sales price of the contract so it looked like I was paying for $10,300 which by the way cost me an additional $50.00 in my state tax. Several times I mentioned this to both Sam and the lady that does the paperwork and they absolutely refused to give me something from the dealership stating the actual sales price of the car for tax purposes. Should have known it was fishy then. Waiting two weeks for the delivery that they could not make happen I spent quite a bit to go and get the car myself. They sent me a refund for $700.00 and not the $800.00 on our verbally agreed upon delivery price. The salesman made damn certain not to put in writing the delivery price of the car I believe because he knew he F**ked up and put money in his pocket. BUYER BEWARE

I finally gave up for the day an came home once I got home I look in the mail for find a flyer from regional credit solutions at Nick Mayers I was reluctant to call because I have dealt with so many dealers since I filed for bankruptc . Everyone say that they can help get you all the way to the dealership only to tell you they cant help you need thousands of dollars down or a co signer Dan an Serge at Nick Mayers are really the best team around in my opinion the were very understanding ask me what I want all my must haves an got me into my new vehicle within 2 to 3 hours these guys are very honest and straight forward I must say that without them I would have went to bed sad. I thank you guys so much you will never now how much your hard work meant

Ever since this changed over from Marshall Ive had nothing but problems. The initial deal was a mess... paper work was a disaster. The girl in the service department always comes off confrontational. Instead of checking thoroughly she just jumps up and tries to tell you what you dont have and how your not gonna get it... messy!
Terrible experience with salesman, David Willingham. I will never deal with him again. 1. He was UNWILLING to help me after he lied about a warranty plan. 2. He didnt collect proper paperwork at the time of purchase. I had to email marriage certificates 3-4 months after the fact. 3. He didnt ensure my last two payments from a previous lease were paid off. Ford Motor Credit billed me for the last two payments. It wasnt until I spoke with a manager at the dealership that the payments were made.Overall, a terrible experience for a so-called luxury dealership.Ill always buy Fords/Lincoln because my family has over 100 years combined working experience at Ford Motor plants but I cant say Ill buy again from this dealership.

UPDATE - After my car was returned to me, I took it to a local auto repair shop. They were able to fix it within less than one day for $135.00. This is much less than the $800+ price that was quoted by the dealership. Not to mention, that they did not need more than a week to obtain the parts needed to fix my vehicle. I feel very confident in saying that I WILL NOT be doing business was with Nick Mayer in the future for either service or for purchasing a vehicle. And, while I had been contemplating purchasing a second vehicle from this dealership, I decided to work with Crestmont Cadillac instead on the purchase of a Dodge Durango (Nick Mayer also had one for sale). The service has been superb and I’d go back to Crestmont again.In summary, I received poor and slow service in addition to having an unrepaired car returned to me, at their choice, while still charging a diagnostic fee for what they were told in the beginning. WILL NOT be doing business with Nick Mayer in the future!I have a Lincoln MKX which needed service. In addition, I was considering purchasing a Ford Explorer as an additional vehicle from Nick Mayer Ford. I made an appointment to have the Lincoln serviced a Tuesday. At the time of the appointment, I informed them what was happening with the vehicle and what I believed to be the issue. I expected a call that afternoon as a follow up to the issue and along with an estimate. When I didnt hear from them by Thursday, I called and was informed that no one had looked at my car, but they should soon and would get back to me. I then called again on Friday, after no one had reached out to me. I was told again that they would call me back. I called again the following Tuesday, as no one had returned my call. I was then told that they were waiting on a parts estimate and would return my call. To my surprise, I did receive a return call within a few moments. At that point, I was told it would cost more than $800 to fix my car, but the employee on the phone could not explain why (what exactly was wrong with the car and a breakdown of the estimate). He informed me that a manager would have to give that information to me. After not hearing from the manager, I followed up again with the dealership, to be told that my car was not fixed and they could fill up some of the fluids so that the sound would go away, but could not get parts to fix my vehicle for another week, so they needed to return it to me. At this point, the car has been sitting at the dealership for 1 1/2 weeks. I was then informed that I would be charged a diagnostic fee because someone drove it to determine what I had already told them.During the process, I was also given excuses that really werent any of my business and Im still left with a car that hasnt been repaired. Will not be going back to Nick Mayer Lincoln or Ford. So, I have also decided not to purchase the Ford Explorer from this dealership at no fault of the salesperson. This is a Service Department issue.

I went to potentially buy a pre owned Lincoln mkz. So I tell Howard the sales guy which car I want to see. He tells me he needs to go to the gas station to put gas in it. Fine so I wait for him to come back. Then he shows me the car, which is a certified pre owned vehicle, full of scratches and blemishes, even small dents... No thank u... I requested to see a different car. Howard could not find the keys he left me in the parking lot waiting for him for about 15 minutes. I got back into the car I drove there in and left, never even saw the sales guy again. Horrible experience. U first had me wait 10-15 minutes to get gas then another 15 minutes to who knows how long to get the keys. Um, how about u act like u wanna sell cars. Put gas in them, have keys ready. Im taking my business to Ganley, which is out of my way but I already wasted enough time with nick mayer lincoln in Mayfield. Last time I had an experience I was 18 trying to buy a new camry and the sales person told me to come back with my Co signer and they would show me some cars, well I went across the street and bought a new accord instead. That was over 20 years ago...this is why i hate car shopping ...

Very disappointing. Terry Grandberry was awesome very patient. I drove 191 miles away to pick up my 2012 infiniti g37x. He let me test drive the car longer than average. Now on the other hand, finance rep Joshua Browning sold me an extended warranty and gap insurance. He assured me that everything was cover etc, etc. The issue I have I was never ever told about a deductible. I took the vehicle to my closest Infiniti dealership for some work nothing major seat memory, rear passenger window not working properly. I really couldve waited for this to be fixed, but being myself I just wanted it fixed now. Here it is BOOM 200 dollar deductible. Was never told about it didnt receive and paperwork on it which im still waiting on the paperwork to see what is actually covered. I was told several times that my deductible would be changed to 100 which it wasnt. I talked to several people over the last week about this, James Baker, Scott, and Anthony. Final person I talk to which was the GM Robert Burgett. I explained my situation to him, he didnt care about anything I said. He only said that he would verbally reprimand his associates which told me that my deductible was changed from 200 to 100 which never gotten done. After back and forth asking Robert to help me. He hung up. Not once did I talk over him no yelling just a intense conversation about whats right is right and whats wrong is wrong. If you purchase a vehicle from this place make sure you receive all documents especially if you purchase a extended warranty. I just received a copy which I signed. This paper did not leave with me the day I left the dealership. Oh well. Lesson learned
I hadnt considered Lincoln as a credible luxury brand against the established luxury SUVs from the German brands and Lexus, however, the Lincoln MKX cross-over is ready for prime time. I am impressed with its redesigned look, superior handling, robust acceleration, a plush interior and a phelora of advanced technology features. The MKX comes loaded with safety equipment, including pre-collision assist with pedestrian detection and a five-star rating from the NHTSA. You got to check at this luxury midsized SUV at Nick Mayer Lincoln in Mayfield.
After having my electrical system service last year and alternator Replaced, With a 2 year warranty. My alternator went out Again with a new charge of $324 plus tax. Totally unfair I would never recommend them or go there again for any service work or purchase.
