Just Vape is Not what it used to be.I went here for supplies about 4 years ago when it was brand new. It was pretty great at that time. Nowadays, the inventory and selection is lacking... this place used to be great. ..back before covid when they did free samples, the vape bar was really busy all the time. There is another place up the road which is going to put this store our of business. I truly hope to see this place improve and thrive.

I understand they have to make money but $32.39 out the door for my juice is crazy. $16 online $3.50 shipping. I would highly encourage people to check online prices before paying a mark up of $13 or more depending on the juice. Yikes!

I went to just vape as a non-local, inexperienced, naive cutie patootie. In the quick time I was there, I was helped by the owner to the best products that fit my needs. I smoke discreetly and for relaxation at the end of the day, and I avoid THC products as it would be uneithical with my line of work. They helped me find a CBD base that is my new guilty pleasure. The store was clean, new, organized. I will be making the 30+ minute drive as a regular just because of this EXQUISITE customer service. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

They are friendly, prices a little expensive but main issue is if your new to vaping you can get ripped off they will sell you bad products if they can

I walked in on a Saturday morning looking for a specific juice for a semi-emergency situation and was quickly greeted with good news. Not only did they have what I needed, the prices were extremely competitive with many Ive seen online, let alone brick and mortar. The impressive variety of juices and devices is beautifully presented and obviously cared for with pride. The selection is only outshone by the friendly employees who turned a would-be stressful Saturday into a productive weekend.

Guy in there was very helpful. I needed a replacement kit since mine was starting to get old and not holding a charge Ive had it for over a year now. James showed me a variety of kits that will fit my needs. He took the time explaining everything to me and how it works. Great Place! Very comfortable atmosphere with huge selection of devices as well as juices. The team there was extremely helpful and very nice. As someone who recently quit smoking and is using vaping as a means to help that process I was somewhat concerned about going in to a store. The folks at Just Vape were not pretentious rather they wanted to make sure I left with the right device and juice for me. Felt at home and will definitely be back.

EDIT: I changed the rating from one star to 5, because after posting my original review, the owner replied and we corresponded via email. We were able to resolve the issue and I really appreciate their willingness to work something out. I think its pretty rare these days.I am not from the area, so I used google maps to find a vape shop near my location and this popped up. It’s pretty much like every other vape shop I’ve been to. I asked for a vanilla flavored liquid and was sold something referred to as vanilla custard and went onto my next errand only to discover the liquid wasn’t strictly vanilla, but also had this nutty flavor? Went back about 15 minutes later and said I didn’t like it and it wasn’t just vanilla, so he sold me something else. At this point, I think some kind of compensation should have been offered, like a 10% discount because he sold me an incorrect product. I understand returns are probably not allowed on that kind of product, but something should have been done, in my opinion. So, $26.99 down the drain and then $23.75 for Charlie’s Chalk Dust Sweet Dream to fix the problem, which is just ok.

Had what I needed at a great price fast service

I went into this shop not knowing what to expect. I didnt know much about ecigs or vaping when I went in. The shop is clean and well organized. There is a bar where you can try the different flavors (for a small fee), so you know what your getting. They have a great selection of kits and a huge selection of flavors. Abe was very nice, helpful and very knowledgeable. He helped me pick out the kit that was right for me, and even set it up for me.
