Always a pleasant experience when we go in for our yearly eye exams, team members are very considerate and knowledgeable. Also, when I am shopping at Target and see the staff, they always acknowledge us. Keep up the great work!!!
Dawn was friendly, polite, and great at her job. This was my second time buying glasses from Target, and I doubt that I will ever go anywhere else. The selection of frames is perfect, the pricing is reasonable, and the staff is excellent.

The store manager, Stacy, has been at this location a long time. And for good reason: Shes professional, knows her business, cares about her customer and doesnt attempt to push a person into something they cant afford. She gives great advice in order to protect your glasses and will show how to make them last with prevention, if one doesnt buy into scratch resistance or other added amenities.
It was a great experience. Lots of great informational help. I never felt rushed, even though it was somewhat busy.
Have been coming back to target optical for my glasses for several years now. The staff is always friendly and receptive. Dawn was a big help as we searched for this years pair. I strongly suggest checking them out.

Couldnt have felt more rushed and pressured to make serious decisions regarding lense clarity during the eye exam. The doctor literally muttered Jesus Christ under his breath during the exam when I couldnt decide between two very similar options.The receptionists are terrific and deserve better as Ive overhead the beratement theyve received from Phil, the optometrist, in front of customers including me.
If I could give zero stars I would. I gave them my own frames to put lenses in and after two weeks I called asking for a status update, and they said that someone in the lab lost my Tom Ford frames. Never did they call me regarding this until I had to call asking for the status. How long were they going to let me wait for glasses that werent coming? I am livid-- they didnt offer reimbursement or anything. This surely seems like someone in the lab stole them and they are covering it up. I could not be more disappointed. This is horrible customer service and I could not be more let down by a company I had previously enjoyed being a customer of.
Im a long time customer of this Target Optical because of the excellent customer service from the opticians whether Im purchasing new glasses or simply getting an adjustment.
Dr. Cotrell explained every step of exam process as we went along. Very good experience and he and his staff are always helpful! Glasses are very reasonably priced and good quality.
The retail staff is so high strung and spastic that buying anything from them is a highly stressful experience.
Ive always been able to get appointments quickly, Dr. Cotrell runs on time, has always been friendly. And he squeezed my son in same day. Staff is also friendly. This is a way more pleasant experience than going to CCF and waiting 3 hours for an appointment.
Philip Cotrell is the meanest doctor I have ever encountered in my life. He yelled at my 5 year old (she was scared of the dilating drops) for cutting into his lunch hour and made her cry. When he overheard my sister consoling my daughter, he spun into a rage and ripped her prescription out of my hand and told us to go somewhere else. He refused to even explain her diagnosis. I literally had to plead with him for her prescription. What an absolute jerk. The most unprofessional human being Ive ever met. Take your money 5 minutes up the road to WalMart!

He doesnt know how to treat his patients; this is not the first time hes been treating my family and I in a rude and mean behavior; he just lost 4 patients. If you get to your appointment on time you might be waiting for him to see you, but if you are 10min late hes going to make you reschedule.
Dr. Philip J. Cotrell is one of the rudest doctors Ive ever been to.I had an appointment and walked out due to his rude and intimidating behavior.
