The employee I assumed he’s the manager, he’s so helpful. I got what I wanted.Had no price except the bottom. I assumed that was the price. Straight to the cashier mention the price. Wasn’t it $8.99? Cashier said can you show me where you got it from May be in the wrong spot. I said they’re 3 I took 2 I’m sure they’re not in the wrong spot (We walked and see the price) So she said let me ask my manager (which the guy who helped me) yep the price is $11.49 (before even the cashier finished talking😁) the price is always above not the bottom (assuming all the customer supposed to know?!) the cashier said check all the price above it (which has no price above it)🤷🏻‍♀️If you tell me nicely I won’t argue but don’t have to use the nerve to say it in high tone and asked the customer to always focus on the top for the price, weird.Cashier was asking is that all for you?I was thinking of breathable nail polishshe said if there is gonna be on nail polish aisle.I said I guess next time if I come back

I love Ulta Beauty! The people are always helpful, customer service is on point and it’s clean and well lit. I do wish they would have more samples. Lately, no samples. This is unusual for they previously ALWAYS had “goodies” to try.

I shop this store often and always have had good service. Plenty of staff available to answer questions but not hovering. Lots of well stocked and organized shelves of products

Always get a good attention and great service, wish they have what I need and used to find in this store but its not always the stores fault for not having some brand/stuff all the time.

They had everything I needed. I was going to do an online order but it was cheaper to go to ulta. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I went the to Ulta to get my eyebrows done. The customer service from the general staff was poor; they seemed too busy doing their OWN thing to greet me and find out what I needed. Dawn, the woman who does my brows was on point. She wore all the protective gear and did a very nice job on my brows. If it werent for her I would NOT go back there. Theyre very expensive too. Its ALWAYS a disappointing experience - thank goodness for Dawn.

I made a small purchase however the staff was very welcoming and friendly. I no longer live in Cleveland but I would stop back in next time Im in town for the great customer service.

I scheduled an hair appointment to my have my hair colored and cut. The stylist was supposed to be an Elite stylist (they charge the top price for service). She bleached my hair and I was staying in the same color family even going a little darker. (Not necessary) Then she screwed the color up and due to the lateness of the hour and the store was closing I was asked to return the next morning. She was able to come close to what I wanted She was still unable to complete my service because she had another client. My cut was horrible. Very butch. Just not not style. Im use to having my hair cut wet not dry. Very disappointed with the service. Hard to believe that is she an Elite Stylist. Charging top dollar prices but not receiving top dollar service.

I dont go here very often but when I do its well worth it. Each time I am asked for help the staff has been very kind. The person that I spoke to today was a very knowledgeable young lady who helped me a great deal.

Alexa the cashier was very rude when I declined giving out my number for rewards. When she handed me my bag she just dropped it on the counter like I was disgusting or something. As beautiful as she was with perfect hair, makeup and nails, her attitude wreaked all the way out the door. Like its my choice as a customer to give out my personal info or sign up for a deal. These young women need to get it together and just accept and respect that. This has happened to me at ever Ulta I have visited. Then they threaten that I cant return my purchase without rewards......but I have an original receipt with the amount tendered.......confused. But I font plan on visiting this store. Shoulda went to the Walmart.

If they dont have it they will get it to you.

Awful experience, I spoke with a person on the phone about a particular item and was told it was in stock to purchase in store, after driving 25 miles to the Mayfield store to my surprise I found out they didnt have the item, to make matters worse they did even take the time to check with another store to see if it was available at a different location. Ive spend hundreds of dollars at Ulta but not sure theyll get another 4ed cent from me

I have been a platinum member for years. I dont understand why they would send me coupon for my birthday gift ( Tarte Mascara ), only to be told that they ran out. I specifically went there to get it, in addition to spending over $50 in products. I asked if they could substitute it with anything else, only to be told no..it is only while supplies last, the other gal at check out says! Not cool ULTA. I spend a small fortune here yearly, throw me a bone!

A very helpful employee provided information to allow me to pick products that were best for me. Definitely will be back!

This will be my first and last hair cut here. The staff was pleasant but they dont listen very well when you tell them what you want. Cut was not awful but definitely not what I asked for. My daughter and I be will not be returning to the salon again.

I have been shopping here since it first opened. It was my favorite store, hence, I have been a platinum member. Unfortunately, I will not be patronizing until they lift the mandatory mask wearing for customers. I took my buiseness to Target instead, where it is optional. I was thrilled Target carries Boots no. 7.

I fell August 3rd..right out in front of store, as I left after my hair appointment..no ONE CAME OUT AND CHECKED on me.i tripped over some speed bumps. I was laying there for at least 5 minutes......

My online order and pick-up experience wasnt very pleasant. I purchased a bottle of shampoo and arranged a pick-up. After receiving the product I happened to check if they gave me the right product. It was the right product but the pump was open and I could see the bottle was opened and leaked. When I asked for the replacement the sales associate replied as if that was just a normal and nothing to worry about. I get it but its not okay to give an opened shampoo (the pump was turned and popped up) and if thats the only product you have left, then make sure you notify your customer that there was a small leakage and if they are okay to bring that product home.

I love the selection! However, while the sales lady was somewhat knowledgeable about the product and promoting it, I wouldve liked her to know more about which product would work best for me. But I do understand she was not a MUA like one would get at Sephora or at the make up counter at a Dept store, so that may not be her strong point. Overall a good store though!

Fast and friendly service

Teresa styles my 6 year old daughters hair and it looks great every time! She has also done my hair in a crunch and Im never disappointed. Shes knowledgeable about hair care and gives helpful advice to maintain healthy hair in between appointments. Great customer service in the salon!

The sale on black Friday is what drew me into this store. I have makeup brushes that I have had for 15 plus years. I wanted to update and find new brushes. Instead of purchasing the brushes I purchased a makeup pallet with many natural colors. Going into the store was nice because they had many selections for all.

Like this location a lot. Been there multiple times and never had any issue with customer service. Been to salon several times, never had a problem either. Had my hair done yesterday by Denise, satisfied. Took my daughter in today with Denise again and she did a great job!

I love Ulta, but I will go back to shopping online. The store was a mess. Premium cosmetics and skincare not filled, in the correct place or clean. It looked like they just went through a mad rush (which is possible). For example, Urban Decay lipliners, not one in the correct slot behind its corresponding tester, some testers not sharpened or just smashed. Employees not offering help. The employee at checkout was great and went to find the one item that wasnt stocked. I probably would have spent more had someone actually spoke to me or tried to sell me additional products.

Violet was super helpful! I got what I needed and even though they didnt have one of my items she looked everywhere trying to find it for me!

I made an appointment to have my makeup done for a special event. I arrived 10 minutes early, and was told to have a seat, they’d be with me soon. The receptionist told me I could pick out the makeup while I waited... strange, since I’m not the expert and had no idea what would be good for me. Thankfully, a rep from a makeup brand saw me wandering and helped me pick out some products. I waited. And waited. And waited. 40 minutes after my appt time, after the staff had watched me stand there awkwardly for awhile, I asked if they’d be getting to me soon. The stylist I was scheduled with didn’t even look up to respond. The receptionist said she didn’t know. I couldn’t wait an indefinite time; I had an event to get to. Thankfully, the makeup rep that helped me find product saw me and offered to do my makeup. The manager offered a “sorry about that” when she saw me leave, and that was it. Very glad that makeup rep was there or I’d have been out of luck for my big event! Never, ever trusting them with an appointment again.

Ive had great experiences at other Ulta locations but this one is disappointing. I usually am looking for something specific and about 50% of the time the particular item Im looking for is not on the shelf; also they do not carry MAC. Very difficult to find an employee to help out, theyre either hiding in the back or socializing with each other.

Disappointed! Very rude and inattentive employees. Was standing there for over 15 min,( needed some assistance and guidance) while 2 girls were talking 3 steps away from me. First I didnt want to interrupt them, but realized they were discussing personal things, didnt even acknowledge me...Very unprofessional. Cashier wasnt nice either. No greeting, no smiling...Wont come back.

The customer service is awful. Even if you can find someone to ask for help they take about 15 minutes to actually help you and are completely disinterested the entire time.

Every time I go to Ulta Beauty I spend at least $100 on their products but the customer service I had recently was terrible! The manager and another woman were following me and my mother around the store the whole time we were there like we were going to steal. I will not be shopping at this location ever again.

I make frequent purchases on the Ulta app but on the rare occasion I’ve come into this location (which is minutes from my home & office) the service is the same - cold & dismissive. Particularly a younger brunette with heavy eye makeup. It seems she’s always at the register when I’m there but every encounter I’ve had even with other associates is the same. I use this place now just for my online returns.

Its a good thing that they dont advertise their salon. The first time, the service was horrible, including but not limited to the staff negativity, lack of responsibility/accountability, and refusal to honor the services booked online. The next time, several months later, was no better. The staff in the salon attempted to engage in juvenile banter with me, the customer. {sexual proclivities, alcohol abuse, favoritism, racism and handbook violations} In addition, the time spent in the salon was doubled, didnt get the color I wanted, she was rough with my head (I couldnt comb/brush/blow dry for a week/the rinse water burned my scalp/raked my thick, curly, wet head from the roots while blow drying with a wide toothed comb} and gave me a service I didnt request. I looked a mess, to the extent that total strangers laughed in my face, my mother pulled me to the side, and my significant other remarked, What the hell happened to you? I wont step foot in the parking lot!

A bit crowded with employees doing nothing. Grand opening and I understand they need to be fully staffed by mostly they were just laughing and talking loudly with each other and product pushing which Im not a fan of. There was a cute little lady with purple hair that I absolutely loved and then a slightly older woman named Trish who was helpful. I love the products and wanted to look more but it was basically standing room only and not because of customers. Wish they didnt hound you so much a s soon as you pick up a product. Im happy there is an ulta near by though instead of having to go to mason or kenwood

I personally love ulta but this one sucked. Obviously I was looking confused walking up and down the aisles and saw the reps just laughing away while I was trying to find something and got no help. Not to mention Im about to have a baby in 2 weeks. The guy at the resgister was nice but other then that BAD customer service. Would have probably bought a lot more if I would have gotten offered help.

I love ulta. I tell everyone about it. But this one is a mess !Im sorry I go to look at a product and it is like a child played in all of the testers out.Not really friendly when you have a question it takes someone to come to the department! I will rather travel to even their Mentor store which is 16 miles away from me or Strongsville location !!! this one is just downright dirty rude and honestly the products they look like theyve been opened and messed with Im sorry but ulta needs to step up their staff that the Mayfield store!

Carries the same brands that Walmart, CVS & Walgreens have, just bigger selection and not cluttered. High end cosmetics & perfumes. I love that they carry some of The Body Shop line there too.

Our appt was for noon but the stylist wasnt there yet. We waited over 15 minutes and she still wasnt there. Clearly this does not give a new customer the impression that they want the business. Very disappointing indeed.
