Came here for the first time about a month ago and my experience was amazing. I was welcomed with open arms, observed other customers battling each other on tabletops, and the owner answered my questions while battles were going on. This looks like a store up my alley and I will return.

Scheduled hours not always accurate but they do carry a fair number of warhammer products. Owner is friendly and willing to help you find what you need.

This needs all the stars because i just found out this place existed. For any war hammer fans in ohio this is the place to go. If your interested in the physical games or even just lore and books. The men here are very knowledgeable and know what their talking about. Basically theyre experienced id call them experts with how good he explained to me what i needed not too much not too little. If you see this bro i love your job and i hope i can have that much knowledge on warhammer in the future.

Store hours absolutely do not reflect when people are actually there. Being the only games workshop™ store within an hour drive, it can be disappointing. This isnt uncommon for any tabletop store, but you expect a bit more professionalism from a corporate sanctioned location.

Drove an hour to the shop for it to be....closed, when it states opens at 11am. Waited until 12pm still not open so I went and spent my money somewhere else. Was super excited to come to this shop and get my foot in the door with Warhammer but the door was locked. I get things come up but I guess unless youre a local youre just taking a chance. Make sure you call ahead!!

This is the closest Warhammer store to me, so I have to go here to get any pre-orders or exclusives (collector coins). It is over 50 miles away from my current residence, so it is quite a hike. The only day I can come here is on Sundays, and everytime I do the shop is closed. They have stated everywhere that they are open noon to four on Sundays (even on the stores voicemail). Last week when I came to collect an exclusive coin, the doors were closed until after 1:00PM. First time at this shop, and thought it might be a fluke.Came back today, the next Sunday, and it is still closed after Ive been sitting in the lot for literal hours (currently after 2:00PM)! This is VERY inconvenient for me since I have to drive all this way. After I get my pre-orders, Im doing my future business at the next closest Warhammer store... Which is out of state.Im sure it may be different to the weekdays, but dont advertise hours youre not gonna even be there for.UPDATE: I stayed until 3:00PM with not a sign of anyone inside the store ever. Gonna see if I can get a refund for my pre-orders and gonna just use Ebay from now on because this is horrible. This is the only store of any business Ive ever went to with this level of incompetency.

Bill is awesome. Takes time to help out customers and explains things in detail when questions are asked.

Google states 11am to 7pm Sunday. Drove almost 2 hours and not open. Just checked FB, and they close at 4.

Im a very novice mini painter (novice being very generous) and the guy there (sorry i forgot his name) was very helpful and knowledgeable. he listened to me, made suggestions, and gave me great advice. I was going to order from Amazon for paints, but on a whim I stopped in the store. Im glad I did. They now have a customer for life!

Please update your hours posting. Came here at 4:30 to find it closed when it should have been open until 7:00

Great customer service and selection. Brought in a figure to ask advice on how to get a color and the owner walked through which colors and brushes and everything.

Knowledgeable staff. Awesome products to pick and choose from.

Staff more than willing to help understand customer needs and wants and keeping them up to date on all relevant news in the hobby. Even other customers, which are players, are more than happy to introduce the hobby to new comers.

Just looking into starting up the hobby and stopped in the shop. Very knowledgeable and answered any question. They also have a display table for gameplay demos which is really nice for anyone new.

Great store, Bill is both knowledgeable in the product and skilled in the tools of its manufacture. If youre looking for tools, pieces, advice, a game, or even a place to work on it, the store is a great place to go to socialize, purchase, and learn from others.

I drove all the way out there which is an 30 min drive and they said that they were open but the werent. There was nobody there at all even though they should have been open.

Went in with a preconceived idea of the kind of people Id meet associated with the Warhammer community (a bad one) and was pleasantly surprised to find friendly, encouraging, and well mannered hobbyists. Bill, the main employee who runs the shop, is always in a good mood and excited to talk about your army or whatever youre currently working on. Im now a regular to the shop and like to brainstorm ideas with bill for cool tournaments, leagues, or painting contests. If you have a fun idea along those lines share it with Bill and I bet hed try his best to make it happen. Strongly recommend checking it out.

Very nice store, friendly and welcoming staff and the same can be said for the regulars who are usually working on models or playing a game on the stores impressive landscape tables. Worth the drive if you are in Northeast Ohio.

This place is awesome; every time my wife and I go there the staff is super friendly, eager to hello with whatever project youre working on. Weve only just begun to get into painting minis, and Games Workshop has anything we need to stock up on supplies, not to mention helpful advice and suggestions from the employees and any patrons that happen to be there that day!

Fantastically friendly service to a newcomer to a hobby that can appear intimidating. Bill took the time to patiently explain high points and important details during a high level overview and demo.

Walked in about a week ago to just to see what a GW store had to offer (just expected it to be an extension of the online store) was blown away by the customer service and expertise of the associate. Other shops have tips on how to paint but if you want legitimate advice from a trained expert, stop in to this place and ask for the man with the beard! ps. GW doest offer a purple glaze so he suggested making my own with Lahmian Medium and my choice of purple (chose xereus) it came out exactly as he said it would!! pps. they have tables in there too!!!

Great experience, helpful employees. Stopped in to grab some paints, took time to explain and answer my 8 yr olds questions.

Its a nice little store. I would recommend going there only if you dont have a game store that sell the gw line. But if its all you have make the best of it. Watch out for the locals they get annoying fast with there completely bull**** stories. I mean literally one of them tried to tell me he used to work for the NSA but has no education and cant get a better job becuase his work history is classified. Also he spoke 7 languages but you know cant... It sucks I really want to give this place a better review but the community is a very important part of the War games hobby and these are the kind of people that ruin it for me.

Glue smells very nice? friendly staff great atmosphere, glue is expensive but quality is unbeatable.

First visit to the closest Games Workshop to me, had to drive a bit to get there but it was well worth it, the staff was great and very helpful, got a game in and had fun. I’m looking forward to returning there and getting another game in.

Called in advance for hours considering I am over an hour away. Said they close at 7pm. Got there at 4:40pm door was locked lights were off. Google said 7pm as well. Idk when it was updated to 5pm. But I will not be making the drive again its 2021 we can just order things now anyways. And people wonder why we dont support local businesses anymore. ( Do better! )
