Wonderful place to go if you are in need of hearing aids. It is very comfortable and relaxed environment. I have been with Dr. Hoenig for a couple years now and she has really helped with any issues that I have had with my hearing aids. She is very knowledgeable, but not pushy at all. I also took my grandma to her to get hers there and she was very happy with her. I definitely recommend this place!!

I was just starting a new a new job when my hearing aid decided to stop working. My audiologist moved and I was transferred to Zounds. I wasnt thrilled at first because I loved the one I had before, but when my hearing aid was acting up, I had no choice but to check them out. I am glad I did! Glenn made sure that I would have a working hearing aid or a loaner if it needed to be sent in. He followed through on his promise. Great customer service, friendly staff and convient locations.
