Did an excellent job of matching the paint chips I brought to the store. The store has a great selection of products needed to complete my DIY project.

As a first time shopper at Sherwin Williams I was very pleased with the excellent care of customer service, the amount of tools carried in the store- all of which I needed so I didn’t have to make an extra stop at Home Depot, prices and the paint I chose was beautiful! I also got a discount that I found online! I will definitely be a returning customer.

Always get really great service here! The employees are knowledgable and dont mind taking the time to explain the benefits of several different products to help you compare. I would much rather get my paint here than from Home Depot. I especially appreciated one of their employees, Tim, as he was very helpful with multiple questions. We are currently renovating our home, so we appreciate access to the convenient location and employees who are clearly well-trained.

I was very happy with my experience. I came in about 7 months pregnant to paint the babys room. The gentleman that helped me was super nice, knowledgeable about what paint was best for pregnant women and helped me get it out to my car, all with a smile.

If you arent exactly sure of what you need or want, I would encourage you to go see the experts!

Today I had terrible customer service. The lady was not very helpful when all I needed was for her to take my account # and tell me what sheen I had purchased before. She refused to look up my account by my account # with out giving her a purchase date. We buy a lot of paint to remember dates I could understand if she had looked up my account first and then asked for a purchase date and or location. She knew I did not need a date to get into the account information then to tell me they are out of stock of Satin super paint. I dont believe it for a minute so thankful I dont have to use this location much

Kevin was super helpful early on a Saturday morning when I hadn’t even had any coffee.

Lets face it, they have better paint than what you get at Home Depot or Lowes or whatever. Service was a little slow because there was only one guy working the counter, however. They had a 40%off sale so there were probably more people there than usual in the evening.

I always walk away smiling....the customer service is consistently on par!!!

The website says that this store is open today 10-6. It is not! At 11:40, door is locked behind the Sunday 10-6 sign and there is no answer on the telephone. Hello?
