I started my day with a bit sad,because I had a flat tire on my way to work. Whenever there is something wrong with my car no matter it big or small, I will become so stressful. I did a bunchof Google search and tried to look for a good and legit auto repair shop. I decided to go with Maynard Motors.I went to Maynard Motors after my long day of training and I was so grateful to found this place. They made my day. I would like to say thank you so much. If I could give them 5+I would. They are so nice and professional.

Very helpful staff! The man working there at the time made my first time renting a UHaul truck very easy. He instructed me on how to book the truck and then retrieved it for me. I also was able to do a walk through of the truck with him and we inspected it for any damages that had been missed after the last person had used it. It was a great experience overall

At the suggestion of a local repair shop, I took my vehicle to Maynard Motors for MA inspection. Never had an issue, never failed. Car is 10 years old. Of course it was rejected. Why? Because the guy said one of the license plates was starting to fade and needs to be replaced. Failed the car under the SAFETY TEST for a slightly (and I mean.......SLIGHTLY) faded plate on the front of the car. What a joke. Sure you can get the plates replaced by mail, which will take 14-16 weeks while driving around with an out-of-date rejection sticker on the window. Or, I can blow off a half days work to go into an RMV site to get new plates (not the same plate # mind you, totally new plates). I will NEVER go to this place for anything again. Completely ignorant decision to fail the vehicle for this joke of a reason, with no consideration at all for the time that I now need to spend to get it resolved. Cant wait to go back for my passed inspection sticker and let them know exactly how I feel. If you want to get treated with a little consideration and decency, dont bring your vehicle here.

Fantastic Service. I too started with them after continual questions about the honesty of my Factory Dealer. Ive NEVER had any question about their ability or their honesty (and I was careful after the dealer service ).

Came in to get my car inspected and was in and out! Very friendly staff from the second you walk in.

Dont know much about the dealership side, but there service department is top notch, I get my cat inspected here still even though I dont live in the area anymore. They have fair prices and their mechanics are very knowledgeable and have always shot straight on what its going to take and how much its going to cost.

I have taken my car to Maynard Motors on several occasions in the past 3 years. The team is always friendly and does great work. They diagnose the problems and give options for the repair based on cost/longevity/etc.In my most recent trip, I went in for a wheel bearing. They called with an estimate of $620 (parts, labor, tax) which was reasonable. They called later to say it was ready and that they were able to find a better price on the parts and the bill was $500. They could have easily kept the old price and made extra profit, but they passed along the savings.Very honest folks at Maynard Motors. They have my business for the foreseeable future. They have never tried to sell me anything beyond what I went in for.

Even when theyre packed you get quick friendly service. Dont listen to the reviews of failed inspection stickers. There are cameras for that now. Its not like they have control over it. I failed for a plate last year.. quick stop to see my insurance agent.. went back with my receipt for a new plate, got a sticker right away.
