I brought my car in today to replace the window tint for passenger side window. It is first come first serve, I got here early and was third in line. I was out in less than an hour. They did a great job, a very fair price and the owner Frank was awesome

Been going there for years all my cars Tahoe Camry Jeep and now Sentra u want it done right go to Ogden auto glass replace windows and tints

A few weeks ago we had a big storm and during the storm my back window got damaged. I usually go to the same place to get my windows fix but this time I decided to try a local business. Went in there and dropped off my car came back a few hours late to picked it up. They was a few issues like a few big chunks of glass under the front seats even though when the window shattered it didnt fly everywhere since my tint kept it together. Also glass inside the trunk jams and on top of my rear bumper, the trim around the window wasnt installed the same and every time I turn i would hear glass move around inside the rear deck lid. I dint have time to leave my car there and get it fixed right so I was just gonna do it my self. A week later while going into work my back window had morning condensation so I used my defrost as I always had to get rid of it, I arrived at work and parked while I waited to punched in and out of nowhere the back window just popped for no reason. I havent used the defrost button for a week so I wouldnt mess with a new window while it cured from the sealant or glue they used. So I called ogden when they open to talk to them and the owner answer and right away he try blaming the defrost is broken and it stayed on so it cause the window to shattered. I try to explain to him if I didnt have a issue with my defrost with my oem window I shouldnt have a issue with the new window neither but he kept blaming the defrost is bad and I need to take it to the dealership 1st to get fix and all this time we talk he had a bad attitude while on the phone. So I told him ok let me test the defrost and ill call him back so I did and all the times I tested it the defrost would turn off right on the 5 minute mark. So I called and talk to him after I explained whats going on to his daughter that answered the phone and I tell him nothing is wrong with the defroster and he ok that he was gonna try to call his supplier again and try to get it warranty, that he talk to them about it and dint want to warranty the window but he will try again but if he was able to I would need to pay for installation so I gave him my number and its been a week already and no result. I should of know better when they told me CASH ONLY because if I payed with credit I could as least try to get my money back . Either the window was bad or they using cheap window. I would of been happy to receive partial payment back but he wasnt gonna help me at all. And I could of been driving with my 3 kids in the back when this happened is the worst part. I went to the window shop I always go to get a new window because i needed it fix asap and talk to a few of workers there and they said it couldnt be the defrost going bad because if it did the defroster grids would be damaged but they wasnt and blame it on a cheap window installed. Dont waste your money on a company that doesnt stand behind there products or work.

Seems that this place is a hit or miss. I got my windshield replaced which they seem to have done the job but they broke my car key and had me waiting there for 4 hours when I was told 2 hours!

After having my windows tinted and a remote starter installed within 72 hours, the owner offered to install my review mirror on the passenger side that was missing for me at the front desk free of charge if I purchased the part. After a month, I contacted them today and scheduled an appointment. The receptionist Laura recalled the conversation and spoke with him to confirm and gave me a time. I returned with the part and on time for the appointment. After waiting an hour, I was informed I was being charged $25 for labor; which is affordable but it’s the principle. I hadn’t asked him for anything, he offered. After he decided to charge me, the receptionist returned with a sudden case of amnesia as well. I was truly disappointed. When I asked to speak to the owner, I was told he was getting ready to pull my car out, I told her I’d just pay for it; he didn’t even have the decency to speak with me directly. When I left, he was entering the building and couldn’t look me in the face either. Truly disappointed today.

Had 3 car done by them - place looks like work in progress but work quality and prices are unbelievably good! my day job is a vendor for bunch of dealerships so i seen how few other competitors handle their business and many tinting places dont come as close in efficiency and end up looking this well done! Trying a new tint shop in the area. Definitely will come back with other vehicles. Had 5% done all around and they did the rear window correctly. Some shops Ive seen just cut around the third eye they removed it and properly installed tint! Comes with 2 year warranty. Good customer service in a low key spot. Had my vehicle back today within a couple hours. Keep up the good work!

I must admit I was really skeptical about this place but I tried it because of their ratings. So I went in on a busy Saturday, the waiting was ehh. I had dropped it off in the morning and came back a good 3 hours later and it still wasnt ready. Only reason I didnt mind was because Francisco did an outstanding job! They came out perfect, good prices and a 2 year warranty. Cant beat it!

Very friendly customer service staff and great quality work. I was able to get my front windshield replaced and my windows all of my windows tinted for around $300. Lower than any competitors and all done while waiting within a couple hours with no appointment.

Took 2 cars there on the same day, got quoted a different price as to what was agreed upon when I asked through FB but it wasnt a deal breaker, just annoying. The tint held up great! Looks fantastic with no bubbles or discoloration after about a year. My only complaint, other than the miscommunication between owner and front desk, is the streaks left on the dash and razor blades left on the carpet of my truck. Thats not good guys! I wouldve left a lower review if it wasnt for the tint itself.

I rated this place a one star do to fact that if they were to break a piece in your car they would lie to your face instead of own up to it. They were working on my husband car back window and in the process, they had broken a piece in the back and told me they didnt. I didnt noticed they were lying until I looked in my gallery and saw a picture I had on my phone that I took of my son a day prior and it was perfectly fine.Also there is tape within the window and tint frame, the window had scratches. It was a quick and sloppy job. Never go here to get your tints if you want dishonest people working on your car. Take pictures before as your back up so if any damages done you will know and be able to confront them.

I would definitely NOT recommend this service. I took my uncles car in to get the front glass replaced and when I received the car I didnt immediately check the car as I was focused on the glass. However, on my way home I noticed what appears to be grease finger prints on the visor and on the cloth by the glass. When I got home I noticed 3 scratches on the roof by the front glass, one was dented as if something fell on the roof. When I brought it back explaining that the rain sensor didnt work as well as the other issues, they denied any of it stating that the damage was already there. They took NO responsibility for the damage on the vehicle which is a Mercedes CLS550. If you have a car that you value, be very very careful IF you decide to use this shop!

Growing up and living in Maywood, Ive used their services many times! Too many to count. My car was broken into at least once a month living there and I would always call and Mr. Frank would always come out to my house with a smile and fix it in a few. I currently had a problem with one my windows on my truck and decided to stop by and they took care of it in no time. I would definitely recommend this place for any type of auto glass work.

This is my 3rd car they have done!! Reasonably price and excellent work!!

Had some tints done else where & the tint was cut short they even use black market to try & hide it & had all types of bubbles in the tint from half cleaning the windows for $160 . I took it to Ogden, & they did me a deal & did a super great job & also did my other car for the price of $140, Super clean smooth tint ! I am now a fan for life !
