I went to the pharmacy and the Guy said in 1 hr my medicine will be ready, and they going to call me, so I wait 2 hrs (7pm they didnt call me, so I went to the store asking what happened, and they girls were so nice, but my medicine wasnt ready, so the lady said we call you or text you, supposedly my order going to be ready I never had a txt or call, they close at 10pm why they didnt said the true, i wasted all my afternoon waiting for the medicine . So tomorrow I want my prescription back I dont want wait another day .. thats sucks, im so mad 😡 .

I was here on Saturday, and there were long lines, not uncommon, however if the store manager would stop flirting with his cashiers maybe there wouldn’t be such long lines. I come here mostly Fridays for essentials like alcohol, and Lysol wipes since that’s their load day, and the store manager always has help me out. Now, I tend to mind my own business but when you see there’s a line and you’re busy laughing and flirting with your employee instead of helping the poor girl by herself at check stand then that’s a problem. To me it should be customer service first then you can do your thing, I really do enjoy this store and hope that they can do better next time.

I come here all the time and the staff is always amazingly friendly and helpful when it comes to finding what I need, they make me feel like I am more than just a customer, their warm welcomes and friendly personalities is what makes me feel genuinely appreciated just about being there

I was in the area visiting from south Orange County, and I was looking for some vegan friendly snacks and to my surprise, some of the staff members were very knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction. I definitely didn’t expect this type of service from a rite aid in this area but 10/10 I would definitely come back. I just wish I could have left a tip

My Mama works here...I read an article about a research had been taken with 5000 goats, and when a specific mother of those goats call her kids, the kids of that mother run to her. Theres a proverb used to say to those who are not so clever that they are goats. Indeed it believes that goats dont have enough intelligence or a little bit like me autistic. whatever Mama I will pray for you and one day you gonna grow up and have a wonderful life like Alice in wonderland as well as all of each singles and my little one of my little syster. Came to this store I’m a regular and I had forgotten about it too. I was looking for my receipt because I wanted to return a concealer that didn’t fit my shade and it had the name of the rude lady at check stand, Nathaly. Really must have been a bad day for her. I asked her a simple question and she rolled her eyes and had an attitude. If you are so miserable maybe don’t work in customer service babe.

Their eRx system has been broken for a long time. Their IT department is asleep or nonexistent. When I pointed that this was one of many reasons Rite Aid was bought out by Walgreens I was called rude for stating facts.

They open early and the staffs are very knowledgeable about the items.They give recommendations on which to medicine you should take according to your needs.Its price worth.

Definitely weird when you walk in that it has those metal cirlcle things. Super weird when I went to pay for my items that the cashier didn’t want to sell me the Talenti Gelato. She said it was bad and I asked “what you are selling expired food” she said no our refrigerators weren’t working and the ice cream went bad it’s melted and I cannot sell it to you that way.. they should have a sign I said. The refrigerator was totally working when I went to get the ice cream...such a weird situation. It could have been handled differently but she literally took my gelato and tossed it. Very rude. Will never come here again.

Store manager is a joke. She needs to be updated with the current coupon policy for RiteAid. If you plan to coupon there, BEWARE!All couponers know you CAN combine an adperk coupon with a manufacturers coupon. Would have rated higher, but my experience was unforgivable.People want to save money in these parts of town, and its a shame they wont here.Unless you call corporate...Nobody has time for that, on to the next.
