I got a fruit and the cucumber shots tray. The cucumbers were really good as well as the fruit. I called and placed the order the same day which was nice. The only bad thing was that it wasnt ready at the time I was told and I ended up waiting about 30 minutes after getting there. Other than that it was good.
You like candy? This is the place to visit! It has its name for a reason, they are some crazy snacks! Tajin, chamoy, chips, ice cream, candy for toppings, its crazy!They have aguas frescas as well, drinks. They are delicious!You have to come and see for yourself. Kids will love it and grown ups will too.
THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO REALLY WORK ON THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLSFlew into California for vacation and I’ve seen this place advertised on Instagram so I had to check it out. I arrived Nov 3rd around 3:50pm When I arrived there was empty but decorated with cool Halloween props. The location had a decent amount of toppings and everything tasted delicious. I got the Krazy Apple and some horchata ice cream. The cashier girl (I saw girl because a woman would never act that nasty) looked and acted like she rather be elsewhere and doesn’t care if the store doesn’t get any business. After every order and after taking care of all the customers she went into the back. The horchat ice cream was delicious I decided to get an horchata drink to go. Took her forever to come from the back and when she did she simply said “You want something else?” In the most rude and diminishing manner. Excuse me the customer for enjoying your products and paying for me.I’m giving two stars for the food. Everything was delicious but the experience was disgusting.FIRST AND LAST time I visit Krazy Cup. I’ll just make everything at home so I don’t trouble the paid cashiers.
This place is AMAZING! They have so many choices and everything is prepared right in front of you. we ordered several things off the menu and it was a little expensive but definitely worth it. I really liked the fruit dipped in chili powder. The place is a little small but when we went it was empty so we didnt wait long. Would definitely recommend this place.
Saw the reviews and decided to give it a try. We drobe about 10 miles and when we got there it was only one customer. We waited about 20 min and didnt even got our order taken or anything. We wil never come back and will not recommend this place.
I went today with my mom and aunt. It was completely empty, which Im not suprised. A girl with glasses came out to say hi, and then went back in. Didnt even ask us if we wanted anything. We waited around 5 minutes for her to come back out. When my mom asked about an item she just pointed to the picture. Looked like she was annoyed! Id say to go to La Michuacana instead! Also the floor was super sticky!!
Having been here before this experience was the worst. The cashier did not know how to handle customers who hadnt been there before. Would not explain what cups allow ice cream. There was someone who was given a cup of candy who kept asking if they can gave ice cream. Smh. If the employees was new there should have been support from another staff member. There was a rush for de catering so I think there was understaffed. Honestly do not want to come again. There drinks didnt taste good a. It was disappointing.
Maybe anything that I didnt try like Aguas frescas, esquites or other things but its my first time and bought churros sundae and trust me churros from Costco are thousands way better cause these churros I just bought are very frozen and hard to munch on. I dont ever would buy from this place. Sorry for my compliments but trust these werent good.

Excellent place to get a quick crazy snack at a reasonable price. Only problem there is it being a small store and it does get a lot of customers. But all the more reason to go because they can satisfy the craziest of snack craving
The chicle ice cream was extremely watered down.They didnt have the souvenir cup.False advisement the watermelon pop looked nothing like the ig posts. Chamoy was watery rather than thick.And after agreeing for the wait time for the churros they didnt drizzle i told them they took it back but honestly seems that they threw the nutella at it. Overall over rated place. May try another location. But hmmmm.
Very satisfying. Just like the video that you probably watched on Facebook.You walk in and order what cup you want then they call your name so you could customize it. You can put what ever you want. I wouldnt recommend putting too much hard little candy because when you try to enjoy the fruit you bite into one of those little candy and kills the mood.The cheesy cup tell them to put half of the cheese they normally put on. They put too much and the bottom of your chips get all soggy by the time you get down there.Very chill place wasnt too packed.
The nachos were very good. The lemon juice was very tasty. The costumer service was very friendly and professional.
I was so excited to come since i follow them on instagram and i live in SD so its a long drive and everyone posts how good they are! But i was so disappointed when i got my order. :( the worker was really rude and my watermelon & mango dipped in chamoy & tajin was warm and had barley any chamoy or tajin... i also got two drinks and they were warm as well and tasted like water :/ i threw them away since we were already driving back home. Waste of my money and time...

If you like icecream and mexican treats. This place is for you! It is seriously candy galore! There are a ton of options as far as what you can get. We got the Ultimate cup which was great because you get to pick 2 different icecreams (I highly suggest the pomegranate) and stuff the rest of the cup with anything your heart desires. There was a lot to choose from which made our decision much more difficult/enjoyable. You cannot miss out!

I went in on a Sunday and it was packed! Line was out the door and they finished the line even after closing time. We got the five topping ice cream cup which has your choice of two scoops of ice cream and five toppings. They have fruit and candy choices, which I love the fact that a lot of the candies were Mexican candies because they’re my faveeeee. We both got mucho mango and Lucas chamoy for our ice cream flavors I got some pineapple and the rest candy toppings. He got two fruit options and the rest candy toppings. They definitely were yummy!!

My first time there...loved it...but then i had a bad toothache afterwards
I used to love going here. Their prices are a bit overpriced, and the way they serve it is a bit inconvenient, but, you do have a variety of candy to choose from for your toppings.{ Not sure if it had anything to do with the Corona virus, but if you pick candy that comes wrapped, they keep it wrapped and put it into your ice cream like that (yuck) they didnt used to do this.} Wait time is usually long, during my last visit I waited almost an hour for my order. If you have a choice of going here and La Michoacana, I suggest going to La Michoacana. The only thing about this place is getting to put candy in your ice cream, but other than that, I would rather go to La Michoacana for my munchies. Better prices, better portions, and no having to wait almost an hour for your stuff!

I give Krazy cups a 4 because you can get a cup full of candy and sweets for a low price. I highly recommend you to come here.
I can say its an okay place. They have pretty interesting snacks. I think I read that they make their own ice cream which I also thought was interesting. I tried the mango flavor which was good. The only thing I suggest is take your snacks to go especially if you dont like small and tight spaces. There isnt too many places to sit and the place gets plenty of customers. Overall the snacks are great and that you can add different toppings just the space was not too good for me but that shouldnt stop you from going.

This was a very interesting place that is always full and keeps the line moving. If you had to eat your hot Cheetos with weird combinations or even with some candy this place is definitely for you! The staff was friendly and moved fast without pressuring you. Awesome service and they need to expand!

Hispanics have been eating this way for ever, but to make into a business is genius. Whom ever had the idea, hats off to you. Service is amazingly kind. Great opportunity to expand. Now that its such a success, hopefully they can move to a bigger spot.
The wait is insane. Friendly customer service yes but very very SLOW service the girl in front of me in line waited almost 15 minutes for 1 dam churro and we waited almost 40 minutes for 2 juices and 2 ice creams things that can be done in less than 5 minutes.
Churro sundae was good. The fruit pops not so much. Watermelon was old and soggy. And the mango was way too ripe. Esquite is good too.
Snacks are good, long wait for a shake we ordered. Overall nice spot.

Krazy cup is one of those hole in the wall type of joints there is hardly any seating there is hardly any staff but the flavor makes up for it. Not to mention the unique flavor names they offer you and the different cup sizes as well. The chamugada (drink on the left) had hardly any fruit but the ice made up for it. The fruit loops shake (drink on the right) was amazing. Loaded with lots of flavor. All in all I recommend this place only if youre in the area & its a maybe if youd be willing to commute to it

Drove 1 1/2 hrs away to try this place everyone’s talking about, get there and toddler had to use the restroom, well no restrooms for customers.. only for employees, which is ridiculous in my opinion! Had to take our food and look for a restroom elsewhere, needless to say we ate our food (nachos) cold. There was also not a lot of space for you to sit and actually enjoy your stuff. Overall use the restroom before you go there!

Me and a friend came here. We were the only ones in the store. We both ordered two scoops of ice cream. We waited 40 minutes for the ice cream while a staff of 4 laughed and joked about videos they were watching on their phones. Ice cream was good but that one experience told me everything i needed to know.
Idea was great, actual food tasted amazing. Owner slash employee going by the name deserea (sorry spelling) was rude and hostile after getting an order wrong, refused to give credit when fixing the order which was a few dollars cheaper. Also found and apple core complete with seeds in one of our apple Krazy Cups.
The food was quite delicious. Lots of flavors and toppings to choose from. Although line is very long at times and not enough staff behind the counter. But overall, pretty good.
1st time visiting, was a cool experience! Kind of like a Latin twist on cold stone or yogurt land...will definitely go back!
