I know it’s hard to find the perfect car for the perfect price, but to sell my sister a lemon with a known transmission issues and be anything but accommodating to remedy it is highly unethical and to be honest I feel she was taken advantage of by the way they exploited her financial vulnerabilities at Smileys...I wouldn’t recommend anyone patronize an establishment that doesn’t appreciate their clientele and has shady business practices..we can no longer let these places thrive off of our dollars..time for change..

Sold my cousin a lemon car. I wouldnt recommend anyone to purchase a car from them. There is a reason why their prices are cheap. You pay for what you get. My cousin was told that the car was absolutely fine, however, couple minutes after driving he realized that he was scammed. Selling a lemon car is a scam indeed.

So rude. I got told to have a nice day and got hung up on after inquiring about a vehicle. I received an email stating I was pre-approved and to call. The person that answered said they dont send those messages but proceeded to ask me who approved me and how much I wanted to put down. I told him I didnt know what company approved me but that I wasnt planning on putting anything down. Then he said he couldnt help me. I asked how much he was requiring for a down payment and he asked my credit score. I told him. Then he said that he doesnt deal with that stuff and the lenders do so I asked what difference did he asking me all that make. He hung up on me. I guess is you get pre-approved dont call them because theyre not very interested in moving their inventory.

They definitely get one star. These guys are rude and I would never give them my money. Called them and the guy who answered even cursed at me. Professionalism is non existent. And they do not value they’re customers. In fact they make you feel like your not good enough for their business. Anyone who behaves that way, should not have one....

I drove past and drove in the parking lot to take a look at particular vehicle but didn’t due to the fact that this place looks abandoned and looks like a place I don’t want to do business with

Great place to buy pre-owned cars or trucks. They have a great selection of clean cars at all price levels. Bought a pickup and paid less then kbb trade value. Seriously, I got a really good deal. Bob, was easy to work with, no pressure or hassle. So far truck runs like a champ, I saved money, and this dealer earned my business in the future. 5 stars.

I would easily buy another car here as I have not had any problems with my new car. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME submitting a credit application through their website! They will run your credit and not even bother to contact you. Then after trying to get in touch with a finance manager for 3 days, I was rudely told by Xavier that the finance manager would call me back. That never happened. They definitely lack basic customer service skills and professionalism. Glad I saw this before purchasing a car from them.

My husband and I had a specific car in mind when we came here- the car was immaculate, priced fairly and Mike and his brother Nick treated us like family. We live out of state (3 hours away) and had to return to pick up the vehicle after initially deciding to purchase it- Mike stayed after hours on a holiday weekend to accommodate our schedules to make sure we could get our new car. They truly put you first and are transparent from the first interaction- world class service that you can’t find anywhere else! Would absolutely make the trip again to buy another car!

Very good people and good cars for reasonable price

We bought a Mazda RX8 from Smiley last year. We loved the car. The owner assured us as well that they had done a compression test, which came back spotless, and that their in-house mechanics made sure the car was in tip-top shape.The moment we buy the car and drive it home, we notice a problem. The car is leaking coolant and the car is overheating like crazy. We discover almost as soon as we get home that some of the sensors (including the one to the radiator) had been unplugged. The leak ended up being in the radiator, and it was a sizable leak at that.We go to Smiley and tell them that this pretty major flaw was missed by their mechanics. We didnt want a full refund obviously, nor did we expect them to pay for a new radiator, we asked would they be willing to help since this was something that should not have been missed. They agree to help and give us an IOU for $300.Its been almost a year exactly now and we havent seen the money. We called biweekly. Either we had to leave a message or we were told they would look into it. When we go in to ask them if they can fulfill this, they place the blame on us. Its our fault we didnt ask about it sooner (which we did) or that we didnt talk to the right person (which we shouldnt have to).I would never buy a car from here again. I would never do business here again. I highly suggest you dont either.

The Smileys are great; very easygoing, hospitable and accommodating. No pressure or upselling, felt like i was shopping with family and friends.Also a great location for a test drive, you can get a good feel for highway, business and residential streets in a short period of time.

Will never buy a vehicle here again. The dealer put me through so much trouble when the car start having issues after I purchased it, his mechanic put bogus parts on my car and didn’t completely fix the issue.
