Really terrible service. When originally setting up appointment everything was great. Consultation was good. Promises of services were really great. But when actually getting services set everything went down hill. ZERO communication between Cintas and Client and ZERO communication between the company and their drivers. We have been using services for 2 months now and STILL have not received everything that we paid for. We also have a business that we did not want to interrupt so we had a day that would work where they could come in and supply. Without informing us of any changes they switched our route to a different day that will now impact our business. Lots of promises from this company but ZERO follow through. No consistency with their drivers and no follow through. We are definitely cancelling our services and strongly recommend everyone find a different source for these materials so you dont have to go through the same poor customer service and lack of things you pay for like we did.
