This Starbucks is so amazing. I love the fact that they actually welcome you and make you feel at home. Especially Gen & Henry. They have the best customer service and care about making your experience there a good one. Every time I go there Gen has a bubbly personality and never fails to make you smile. Definitely one of my favorite Starbucks to come to and read. I recommend everyone this Starbucks.

SLOWEST SERVICE EVER ! I waited 25 minutes in drive-thru - need to hire more people because I saw a lot of customers trying to buy .. meaning Starbucks doesn’t wants to spend money on their employees.. sad - never comeback to this Starbucks again ..!

This was by far worse latte I’ve had from any Starbucks.The cashier was polite and got my order right. Ordered a chestnut praline hot latte with cinnamon (because they ran out of the regular topping ) and breakfast sandwich. The sandwich was fine but the latte was NOT a latte, it was flat and tasted nothing like it’s supposed to. I’ve ordered this drink over a dozen times, I don’t know how this Starbucks couldn’t make a LATTE and also FORGOT to add cinnamon.

I waited about 20-25 minutes in the drive thru to get my order and when I finally got my order it was wrong. I didn’t like the customer service because it was no friendliness at the drive thur…. I will not come back here.

Got an iced coffee the cup was full of ice I paid 3.25 for less than half of a cup of coffee. They make people full and make money.

Amazing service and drinks done consecutively good. Respects social distancing and gets the job done quickly compared to other starbucks.

Their isnt words to describe how horrible this Starbucks is. Like literally they are the definition of bad. They never get the order right. Their slow i mean slow if you need to kill a few hours this is your place. Just go to another Starbucks, trust.....

Ask for Mangi Dragón, responded yes but we dont have the fruit for it,I politly asked is the primero reduce, she said no, same, I told her you should considering lowering price since no fruit available.Well only one custimer in front of me, and theytook at least 20 minutes, and I honked, felt tooLong of wait, they prolonged another 10/15Minutes, when I finally aproached Window no greeting only a grupos of employees with their hard laughs, I felt they retaliated due to what I said terrible service

This has to be my WORST STRAWBERRY REFRESHER and Ive had it many times. I understand every shop will be a bit different but I shouldve gone home and had water instead. ☹☹🤮

THE PLACE IS NICE AND VERY CLEAN.

While going through the drive thru, the workers always take their sweet time. In addition, the workers kept getting my order wrong, which kept the line. Not to mention they had a trainee in the cashier who looked frustrated and confused. I am very disappointed of the service of this starbucks, this is by far one of the worst starbucks I have been.

I always always ask for 6 pumps of sf vanilla and they only put 4, I always ask for easy ice and half of the cup turns out to be ice I have to come home and take it all out . So disappointed I mean it’s not like the coffee is free we are paying for it and it’s not cheap. Why can’t they just serve it the way we ask.

Most of the staff is friendly. Mostly my order is correct there are times they forget some ingredients or dont know how to make the drink. A great place to get coffee. Dont forget to tip though they do hustle and do get rude customers at times. 😊

I used to love this place but I’m really starting to get frustrated that I never get my drink made right and I spend a good amount of money on one drink and honestly I’m a loyal customer and it’s not right that I’ve even called to mention it and the manager doesn’t do anything about it you guys really gotta step it up and make our drinks right because we pay for it !!!

A place to take a break while going to work.

Everything is great as far as the service and products are concerned (5 stars). The only issue is that they do not turn off the drive-through signage once closed. Place a cone or find another way to tell the customer its closed. Google hours are off as well. Ill change my rating once these issues are addressed.

The girl baristas in the AM are so rude. You ask them to show your the cups and they tell you they are ugly so they don’t go grab them from the back and show them to you.I went in the afternoon again and Henry helped me and was awesome and showed me cups and was awesome giving customer service.

Fast and excellent service . Was kind and understanding to tell me the steps I needed to do to place an order in this pandemic. Highly recommend this place and brista.

I traveled all over the world. Generally speaking everywhere you go people hate on Starbucks. But the thing is anywhere you go in the world Starbucks to Starbucks. I lived in Cambodia for three years when they opened a legitimate Starbucks there. Guess what? It was exactly the same as in Los Angeles and New York and Dublin and everywhere else. Say what you will about chains or restaurants or anything else. Consistency is hard to do. Especially across the globe and across cultures. If youre in Cambodia and youre not quite sure what youre going to get in some local Cambodian coffee shop you can walk into a Starbucks and get the same thing you get back home. Thats pretty solid for any business

For some reason they are always out of everything! I needed a iced coffee before work and online it showed this location closing at 11:30p i pulled up at 11:02 and everyone was outside by a car smoking a cigarette....ummm closing earlier than scheduled? I rather drive to the bell location from now on. Opposite way to work but its reliable.

Went through the drive through late Friday afternoon. Lengthy wait - should have walked in. They forgot to out the Sweet and Low and sprinkle of powdered chocolate on it as I have always requested when I go there. So much for quality control for drive through orders and before one pulls out they need to check their beverage.

Workers are still inside and didn’t even help out. Had to drive off because they’re trying to hide.Which is not professional.Not coming to this location for sure.

This place is great! Its new they just opened it about a month ago.The lines are short even the drive through.I love that no one knows this place is here, because they just built it and Google hasnt updated the 360 tour of the location.It still looks like an empty lot on Google maps.The staff is great very friendly and always happy to help.

I ordered the coffee and then waited a few minutes. Then got the coffee.I then forgot to drink it for a couple hours and it got to a temperature where it wasnt hot enough to be good, and wasnt cold enough to be good. So I only took a couple sips and left it in my car by accident for a couple days. I then remembered and left it in my car because I lack the self discipline to clean. When I finally took the time to throw it out, there was half of the amount of coffee that I remembered was in there. What happened to it? I dont know.5 stars.

Drive Thru employees are terrible. They have an attitude even when they mess up your order. Probably understaffed and horribly trained. I recommend ordering ahead if they dont disable the mobile app. Go to the Bell location if possible.

Always a serene experience to get some studying/mindful things done. Staff is always friendly and courteous. They actually had a bike rack so they earned that extra fifth star. 🚴🚲

For those who sometimes still use cash. WARNING!We came to this Starbucks yesterday and placed an order of 3 drinks and 3 desserts in the drive thru. When we approached the window the person there interrupted our question when she saw that we were going to pay with a $100 dollar bill. She said she didn’t have change for us because they just cleaned her drawer and that we were going to have to pay with a card. My husband told her we don’t have it on us now, and we only had cash. She then said that she didn’t know what to tell us, I then asked her if maybe the cashier inside had change and she said I would have to walk in to check. So I parked and walked inside where I asked Claudia if she had changed for me to pay the drinks that were ordered in the drive thru. She said she didn’t have change either but she was going to check in the back. While I was waiting someone else approached me and told me that the other girl had already told me they didn’t have change. I informed her that she told me she didn’t have change at her drawer and she told me I would have to get out and ask in the front. Then this girl said “ yeah okay well you have make a purchase to break the $100. I told her I was making a purchase of 3 drinks and 3 desserts. Then she walked away and said she was going to check( mind you Claudia was already checking). Look, I understand if it was one drink to break the bill, or maybe even a purchase under $10 dollars..... but our total was $21.85. Because I didn’t have smaller bills or my card, I was forced to cancel my order even though it was already made. I have family and friends that work for Starbucks, and I confirmed with them if this was legit. They confirmed that this staff was rude and lazy.Jonathan, I am really disappointed with your staff. I will no longer be going to this Starbucks any more.

Was so excited to have a Starbucks open closer to home. I have to say, each and every time my husband has gone to get me something, I have to send him back to either get the correct coffee or have them fix it. I dont know what it is, but I rather drive a little farther to get the correct coffee. Sad to say 😏

Just happened, 5/23/19 around 6:45 pm. The big girl at the drive through was trying to be funny with a super high and sarcastically happy voice and I couldnt understand her. There were other works in the background laughing at her very annoying behavior. How am I supposed to know they are not messing around with my order? Thats the first time Ive been disappointed at this location the years Ive been visiting.

Horrific drive through experience Friday 7:00-7:28 pm and still stuck waiting in line. They need to change their system or I won’t be coming back here. They should pay me for waiting so long :(
