I adore this little shop-I have been shopping here since the store opened in 2012 and consigning the same amount of time from my high-end designer handbags and shoes to my furs. Karen and staff are so much fun to visit and work with and are always very professional and knowledgeable. Charming atmosphere tucked away in a quaint downtown setting. So glad I met these lovely women.

I came to this store three months ago and. I brought my Chanel bag. It sold rapidly, like within a couple weeks. I was paid exactly on time with not a single issue. I absolutely will be bringing more things here to sell. Karen the owner is also caring, kind and generous. She loves what she does and she’s genuine about it all. Highly recommend this store!

None of the stores I have visited give you the personalized attention and care that Karen give you. This store is amazing. I recently treated myself for a mink jacket and a vintage Gucci. Her treasures are all in amazing shape, authentic, and ready to be loved by their new owners. I feel truly lucky to have found this treasured store. Karen is one of the most classy women that I have met throughout the years. Her panache and exquisite style show through the merchandise the consigns. I brought in two Chanel bags and six Louis Vuitton bags! From the very beginning of the consignment process Katoure was very thorough. From signing contracts, to explaining the layaway processes, etc. The boutique then continued to stay in constant communication when there was interest or any questions on my high-end bags. I brought them to consign with the intention that someone else could enjoy the bags; so I was quite flexible with anything the boutique needed to do for their customers to purchase my items. I was thrilled with the outcome!!! I made money to buy more designer goodies for myself and it was a true pleasure stepping into this quaint boutique. I brought in my LV bag a month ago and it sold immediately and I was paid right on time. The business is well maintained and Karen and her staff are marvelous people. I wanted to write this review because, I love fashion but, refuse to pay the ridiculous original prices. As soon as you enter Katoure you get a warm sense that you are family. You are free to browse all the many wonderful treasures Karen the owner has hand selected for her clients. For the winter month there are many beautiful furs and boots to choose from. Designer sunglasses and trendy hats for those days you want to feel a bit incognito. Handbags in every color line the shelves. It is a pleasure to shop with Karen and her prices are so affordable. This was a dream of hers to open this boutique and because of this she goes above and beyond to make you, her client happy. I have always left the boutique with a laugh and big hug. She puts everything she has in to this quaint little shop and it definitely shows.

Just made my first purchase and was very impressed.I asked many questions and requested photos of several bags. I received everything I asked for quickly. All my questions were answered promptly.I will definitely be returning to this fantastic shop.

Love this store one of my favorite places to go! I have consigned here for years, I have made a ton of money on my Louis V, Gucci Chanels and so many other designers and they literally have given me more money back then I ever anticipated. A must go to shop and def consign and make lots of money. They are truly amazing people and glad I found this gem of a store years ago!

This store is a Hidden Gem. Customer service is amazing. The owner is super friendly. The pricing is very fair. I would recommend this store to anyone who is looking to consign or purchase any luxury goods.

Too bad I can’t give zero stars.People will beware don’t bring your stuff here unless you don’t wanna ever see your money it’ll probably take you a year to get it anyway and when you do it’s going to be peanuts when you do don’t waste your time people .I brought my stuff in there to sell I can’t tell you how long ago probably before the summer and I still haven’t gotten fully paid always a run around with some story I was some excuse. My biggest regret is ever bring in my stuff there I should’ve just sold it on eBay And i prob would have got a good price ..everything was in perfect condition practically brand new . oh well you live and you learn I guess. Its a darn shame

Well I’m not around this area and found out it was open. So knowing me I would have loved to go here because new things are great!! Unfortunately they want to say hey for a Monday we are open then once I got there it was closed!! I just want to say thank you for wasting time, gas, and my hopes of finding new and nice things 😡🤬

My mother was getting rid of all of her designer hand bags. Things like Gucci, Louis Vuitton, and Prada. I brought in about 10 items and I have to say I’ve never been more thrilled. My things sold within weeks and I was paid a month later. The owner and her staff are pleasant and always professional. My mother was happy her items sold so quickly. I have been to many stores and I am incredibly fussy, picky, somewhat snobby and definitely a tough character. Karen has always bent over backwards to meet my every need and unreasonable demands. I have made thousands of dollars at the shop as well as purchased amazing items in the store, typically one-of-a-kind. A Store with not just wonderful things but run by a Sweet Down to Earth owner. And if you are looking for something special and she doesnt have it. Tell her she will find it for you and get it in the store! Unique in so many ways!

Didnt end up buying here because they dont have mens clothing, but I was pointed to a place that does. I consider this very high level customer service and would recommend to anyone. The store definitely has a nice selection, just none I can use.

Cant say enough about this great boutique - my sister saw a Louis Vuitton handbag she wanted for her birthday, I called, Karen and her staff held it for me and had it wrapped for her birthday and ready to go when I arrived there - the store is great and prices are incredibly affordable for high end handbags vs going to the retail store. I would definitely suggest Katoure to anyone buying something for themselves or even as a gift. Very professional, super friendly and definitely worth the trip! Five stars plus!!!!!

I would prefer to give this business zero stars. I have this woman Karen the owner of this shop a large amount of very valuable Dior items that I have collected over the years. First she puts all my things in her window without dust bags to fade in the sun after I spent so much time taking care of them. Then when I ask for them back she comes up with a couple of stories why she couldnt prepare them for me finally my boyfriend goes and picks them up and half of my items arent there she claims they are on hold for a customer couple months after that I ask for payment and she dropped the price claiming we discussed a price drop that never happened then its months later and I still havent received payment or have even been shown proof she sold my items. I work in the city I have no time to go to her boutique so I have been corresponding with her through email and she lies gives me excuses every time and still no money no items so proof of purchase!!!! Extremely unprofessional and disorganized I would never recommend anyone to buy or work with this woman and her business

I recently moved to Indiana. I was living in New Jersey about 6 months ago and had a lot of designer bags I needed to get rid of. I brought my Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and Fendi bags in. They sold within a few weeks and I got paid at the end of the month. I was so grateful and ecstatic because I needed to get rid of my things since I was moving. I continue to purchase things from Karen’s store and she ALWAYS mails me my items through priority. It’s really a blessing, I recommend this place to everyone!!

KATOURE is such a darling store it reminds me of the shops in NYC. It is such a well kept boutique with impeccable designer items. I was a shopper at first and then decided to consign 4 of my Louis Vuitton bags as well as a few Guccis. I was pleasantly surprised at the quick turnaround and payment. I bought a beautiful Louis Vitton bag there last week. The prices and quality of their merchandise is great. It is worth the trip from anywhere in the New Jersey area.

Really disappointing experience and will never do business with this store again. The owner is pushy and over promises but most importantly, underdelivered. For those of you making a sight unseen Instagram purchase, especially when all sales are final, BEWARE.I saw a Gucci bag I liked on Instagram but was apprehensive buying online without being able to see the bag in person. I wasn’t sure if the crossbody would fit long enough on me and that was making me hesitant. I was told not to worry and that a brand new replacement leather strap would be provided at NO additional cost. I asked if a friend could stop in to look at the bag for me the next morning before I sent the money but ‘it was already dropped off to the shoemaker’. However, the next week when I messaged to check in, the owner had said ‘once she goes to the shoemaker, she’ll find out what the turnaround would be’...as if it hadn’t even been dropped off yet. I let this one slide.. figured maybe she was busy. She promised she’d have an update within a few days. A week passed by and I had to send another message looking for my bag. Was told it still wasn’t ready. This same run around happened for a total of over 3 weeks when I was originally told before submitting payment that it would only take a few days.When the bag finally arrived- THERE WAS NOT A NEW STRAP!! It was the original beat up strap and looked like not a thing was changed or altered.I reached out to the owner, pretty upset that what I was told I was waiting for, hadn’t even been done. She said she had the shoemaker lengthened an inch or two but what it looked like was she just moved the strap to the lowest hole.After expressing how unhappy I was - her response was ‘thanks for the feedback.’ She said I could ship the bag back to her and she’d add a new strap!!! I couldn’t believe it! She was offering a service she had already promised would be done!Instead of lying, having me wait weeks for something that wasn’t even being done, she should’ve been honest. I still can’t believe I didn’t get what I was told I was waiting for. My trust is completely gone. I would never feel comfortable sending back the bag. Probably would never see it again!!!The money, time and energy spent on this bag is all for nothing since I can’t even wear it!! Extremely disappointed.I can’t recommend anyone go to this place! You probably won’t get what you paid for!In response to your message back to my review, I think your whole entire statement shows how rude & unprofessional you are.1- my budget has nothing to do with it & I never asked for a discount. You promoted your price on Instagram. I never asked for any additional amount off of what you were selling the piece for.2- You did not perform the service which you told me many times you were doing. That is lying and misleading. In our messages on Instagram, you said you lengthened the strap by maybe an inch or two. On google you say 3 inches. Again, the bag sits so high up on my hip that’s how I know it was not lengthened, based off the photos you sent me prior to ‘making adjustments’.3- I never said anything disrespectful or inappropriate. Writing, ‘I’m really disappointed in your service this time around and I would like to know when my bag will be delivered’, is not inappropriate.Again, anyone looking to give their business here- BEWARE!

The shop is badly mismanaged. The owner is not on the premises. The record keeping is horrific. I had to call multiple times just to get the few dollars due me. I was repeatedly told the owner would call me back and she didnt. When I finally got my money, the sum differed from what I had been told on the phone.In addition, the sales desk is way in the back of the store, but there is valuable merchandise up front unsecured.

The owner lies all the time,changes prices,shows no proof of anything, always comes up with an excuse to pay you for items she claims she sold months prior. Plus most of her items are things you can buy on eBay for 200 bux or less. Nothing special. Overpriced

W O W! Selection, quality, prices. If youre into vintage couture, great spot - also, a top notch tailor across the street who will do alterations, sometimes same day!
