Today was my first day here at Fitness 19 and I was completely satisfy with all the services found here! I have so many physical goals for myself, and I know I’ll be able to accomplish them here! I came in and Wendy helped me picked the best plan for me! Amazing customer service and and such a supportive environment! I’ll be working with a trainer, and since the moment I met her I knew I was going to be in the right hands! So exited to start my new journey here!! 100% recommended!!

The gym is a really nice place with all the right equipment to build muscles and lose weight. It’s also very clean and well reracked when you come in early in the mornings. The staff is really nice especially Jerardo since he’s knowledgeable about workouts and diets. Definitely check this gym out of you’re scouting a gym

I’ve been a member at Fitness 19 in maywood for a few months now and started taking Carolinas step class earlier this month in the mornings at 9-10 and at the night 8-9 are both good. She combines steps that don’t let you get bored or feel that youre doing the same thing, and her music really gets you pumped.

Its been really hard to find a good gym that has all the equipment necessary for a good workout. Good parking, great staff, amazing atmosphere. I recommend trying it out and see it for yourself. Small but sufficient. What is even better is that it is both indoor and outdoor.

This is a great gym! They have group fitness classes throughout the day and an outside set up, creating more space for the members! The hours are lengthy too considering the limited hours gyms have due to covid. The members and staff are overall very friendly people. I recommend to speak with Evelyn for membership deals!

Julio is very helpful and the gym is always maintained. All the equipment is up to date and is always clean. The gym has an outside workout area as well. Definitely recommend.

Amazing guy Julio he really informed me about the fees and showed me around the area and different options where i can work out as well as making me feel safe since this whole Covid issue has gotten me all anxious. they also provide disinfectant products to clean the area and personal trainers to help me out. My experience at fitness 19 was very welcoming, I was helped out by Tamara Rodriguez and I have to say that see knows her stuff. We went over the whole gym and the house rules. A gym that practices discipline environment its impossible to think that its not a place to grow. Thank you !

The Fitness in Maywood gym staff are friendly and really helpful. They greet you as you walk in creating a positive atmosphere. Wendy was really helpful with answering my questions. My first time working out at the gym was an excellent experience and allowed me to de-stress. Also, the gym area is clean and the equipment is put away.

I came in today with questions and concerns about getting a membership at this gym. I was greeted by Wendy, she made me feel really comfortable and answered all my questions that I had about the gym. She is really friendly and looks like she enjoys her job.

This is my first time coming to this gym and i can say the staff is incredible! Wendy showed my brother and me around. the machines are clean, they have music and TV so you don’t get bored exercising :)

Ive been to many Fitness 19 locations and I cant tell you enough how much I love this particular location. The gym is always clean even before Covid happened. Now its even more cleaner and smells good not gross. I love how well the employees are always so friendly and helpful whenever Im there. Everyone is practicing social distancing and doing their part. Its probably the only gym Id keep going to from now on

I’ve been a member at this gym for so many years now and Wendy is always super helpful. She greets me by my name and is always attentive if I need her help. The great thing about this gym is that they are open inside and outside. Everything is 6 feet apart or more and there’s sanitary stations everywhere inside and outside the gym for our safety. I love how clean my gym is and the staff is great and super friendly. I recommend this gym for sure and ask for Wendy when you come in!!

This locations has what everyone needs to workout in a time like this (pandemic). They have both an inside and outside gym. All the equipment is 6 feet apart which meets the guidelines for the gym requirements. Also, the equipment is well aligned inside and outside, which gives everyone enough space to have a great workout. They gym is re-racked and they know how to sanitize to keep a really clean gym. I’ve been training at this gym for about 3 months and have no complaints about anything with this gym. This specific location has great front desk people who attend to you with whatever you need help with. I’ve been training personally with a trainer there. It’s been a great experience at this particular gym.

The first time I came to this gym I had a bad experience but I wanted to give it a second chance and met Wendy who was really nice and helped me sign up for I can achieve my fitness goals. She answered all my questions and guided me to made the best choice.

Before Fitness 19, no gym could get me to stay motivated and consistent. But with such an encouraging and educating team they were able to help me change that. My personal trainer taught me so much about a proper fitness journey which gave me the results I had been waiting for since high school. At this gym, I felt motivated also because the workers made be feel at home by remembering who I was, and showing concern for my fitness goals. It also has both an inside and outside gym which stood out to me. Not to mention everything remains clean regardless of what hour I stop by.

Great gym and affordable! There are a variety of machines and equipment available. Equipment is nicely stacked up and is often being clean by employees. There are sanitizers and wipes available at every station. They have a outdoors and indoors open. The gym also has a day care with friendly service, toys, and tv for the little ones. Every customer is greeted with friendly service and feel welcome.

Love how it’s a pretty small gym but has all the equipment you need! Staff member Julio was very friendly made me feel comfortable asking questions and helped out very much!

I’ve been to many gyms and have worked out at different places but this gym has been the best thus far. It has turned into my second home thanks to the staff there. They are always welcoming, friendly, and willing to accommodate to any needs that I may have. Not to mention the trainers there are no joke,they will work you to the core and be patient with you to get you where you want to go 💪🏽

I had a billing issue and trouble reaching a manager to speak to. I met with the manager Wendy today and she went above and beyond to not only listen to the situation but also apologize and explain everything to us. I appreciate Wendy being kind and friendly while still trying to resolve the issue at hand. I will definitely continue my membership here because of her and the other friendly staff members!

Ive been going to fitness 19 for some time already. I leave my kids at kids club while I workout and the employee Mayra there is very good with kids would definitely recommend.

This place is very inviting, the employees have taken very good care of the place by making sure fresh napkins and disinfectant are available at all times. I also like the way it is set up with social distancing In an outdoor gym who could ask for anything better. Its very impressive and it makes you feel welcomed and at home when the staff greets you by name. Chris, Merari and Isabela are present during my work out session And from making sure your temperature is on point and to reassuring that the masks are worn properly, They are running a tight ship. To be honest, I have not seen any of the employees disinfect, much less clean the machines, bad on their part since we are still in a Pandemic due to Covid19. Those interested in entering this gym know that it does not have showers where you can wash. I should have them instead of the hydromassage I think

One of the best gym experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve Only been going for 6 months and have lost 50lb with all the equipment which is also always clean. The employee named Myra in particular is always so greeting, nice, and helpful.

I have been going to this gym for some while now and I have never had any trouble. This is a great gym, they keep their equipment clean at all times. The employees are always respectful and always with great energy greeting the customers. I also like how the set up is great for social distancing because they are part from each other. There is nothing better than a clean outdoor gym with great customer service. As well, as the trainers in there are amazing they, I have meet with Marisol and I love how she explained in detail the training I had to do as well as giving me an in body where it included my percentage and pounds of fat and muscle. I also like how they talk to you about ur goals and show motivation in working hard.

Amazing place to work out, may not be super big place however there is always a machine available. The new outdoor set up is clean and safe and enjoyable. Managers and staff are super helpful. Better than any 24 hour gym or other gyms Ive been too.

I came to sign up last week with a staff by the name of Cris and I was highly satisfied with the customer service. All of the staff were friendly. Cris made the process of signing up very easy and thorough. The gym which is outside is also very clean and neat. They are definitely following the right precautions into keeping the workout space safe and sanitized at this time.

I’ve been a member here at fitness 19 for over a year now and I like it so much and more so now that they are still open even though most things are closed. They have a great set up outside and everything is Six feet apart. I came in and Wendy was super helpful and had great energy and was super understanding of my health concerns. She was very thorough and that helped me because I definitely feel more safe now!

I been a member here for years so happy they are opened inside AND OUTSIDE. Everything is six feet apart and you dont need reservations. If you have any questions or need help or guide ask wendy she is always very helpful.

I asked questions on how the gym maintains social distancing and comply with CDC guidelines but cant seem to give me an answer. I do see that they have extended the gym to have an outdoor location. They need better customer service other than that the gym is okay and cheap.

So happy my go to spot is open. Even more happy seeing that they have there staff constantly cleaning

Just signed up at this gym with a new trainer name Gabriel and I honestly can’t wait. Wendy as well guided me through every question I had and as well purchased a few supplements. The gym is open outdoors and indoors which is perfect!

This gym is so convenient and affordable to say the least. what i really like about this gym tho is how much they show effort in keeping distance from member to member and machine to machine. the equipment is more than six feet apart and they have cleaning machines inside and outside! yes, you heard that right, they are OPENED INDOORS AND OUTDOORS!! all of the staff is super friendly plus they have kids club!! the gym’s atmosphere is pretty chill unless it’s after 4pm on a monday afternoon bc you better believe it’s gonna be busy but that’s when you workout outside!! they have trainers if you need help and supps and attire too. so yeah if you don’t have a gym i recommend this one for sure!!!!!!!!

Finally a gym thats open! Been searching for one for months! Finally able to get back into shape! Staff and members are very friendly and best of all a very clean environment! Plenty of weights and machines and enough space to workout with no waiting for the equipment! Seriously recommend this place if you havent been here already!

Thank you Fitness 19 for remaining open!!I was worried that will all the closings of businesses (barber shops, outdoor dining, and gyms included) that they would have definitely closed up but fortunately I was wrong.Their equipment always looks sanitized (both machines and weights) and the staff is always friendly. This gym is operating outdoors, everyone is still required to wear a mask, and people are respectful. Win win

Been going for a month and a half and am absolutely loving it. The employee myra has been a great support and made signing up extremely easy.

If you are actually interested in going to a gym and getting on a consistent, efficient routine, this gym is not for you. Not only do they have a bunch of random machines that target niche areas, but any meaningful machine, such as the cable machines, are taken up the entire time. People sit on a machine for an hour straight and never get off of it, and when they do, they dont wipe it down. Everyone on here saying the gym is clean and that staff clean it are lying through their teeth. Staff rarely cleans the machines and it is left up to the members, who also rarely clean the machines. There is not a single barbell other than those at the squat racks and benches, so good luck doing any deadlifts or other barbell related exercises other than bench press and squats. The inside of the gym is extremely hot, people take their mask off constantly and they never clean their areas. With the amount of people, its just a COVID super spreader waiting to happen. On top of that, My account was charged THREE times in one month. Once for the actual membership, once because my account was unable to be found, and once because a late fee because they did not accurately input my banking information when signing up in-person. Do not come to this gym for any reason other than to walk around and watch other people sit on a machine for an hour.

Id love to recommend this gym to everyone. This is the most important place to get fit physically and mentally. Here, they had a professional coach. Well, very good for a first-timer.

To management. I need to cancel my membership, I had a call with front desk 3 days ago and they provided emails to do so but no response on your end. Phones are not picking up either. I cant come in person due to a medical condition.

This planet fitness is way better than the one in riverside! Much more machines to use! And also feels good to be back in the gym!

Good gym just signed up again after my gym closed down great price and keeps COVID-19 protocol .Gym is outside which is better during this pandemic!! Wendy helped me signed up and I even got a trainer. She’s very good at communicating and helped me around.

People should learn how to clean there machine after they done ...I would of give it a 4star it was not crowded only 6 people not crowded for a Sunday afternoon I give it a 2 cause the 2 stair machines were not working and they dont at least 1 treadmill out side hopefully they get those 2 stair machine working and a treadmill outside or Ill need to cancel my membership. This gym is great! They are open outdoors and have a great selection of equipment outside. They keep everything clean and sanitized. Great customer service when signing up and everyone greets you when entering land leaving! I highly recommend you stop by and check them out!

I am very glad that my local gym is open and running throughout this pandemic. Im so excited to get out of the out of the house and be able to get back to my routine and use squat racks/stair masters! Gym looks extra clean and added lots of cleaning equipment in every corner! This gym is great, I love working out here because they are following Precautions for COVId19. Everyone is wearing masks and keeping distance. Staff is always going around cleaning equipment and making sure everyone is wearing their mask properly.

This outdoor gym is amazing. During this hard times of covid 19, this place follows all CDC guidelines. With all staff and members wearing masks and disinfecting equipment constantly. It has all the equipment you need to reach your goals or to use it as a healthy habit.

I like Fitness 19 but it’s been a hassle to cancel my membership. First time I tried I was told I could only do it by phone but couldn’t find a direct number to do so, then I called and was told they could do it in person and came back again to only be able to cancel in person M-F with manager present.

I like working out here you use your mask 24/7 I feel safe working out here

They have an outdoor tent gym!! That’s perfect for the COVID situation right now! It’s not really a big space but for it being open, they have everything I need for the meantime, and even after gyms open this is where I think I’ll be staying at!
