Today 8/29/21 6pm the manager refused to pass my coupons. When they gave it to me at that location. We been going to this location for years.The manager was very rude. And didn’t even tried, I will never never going back. Superior will be taking my business. And my mom likes to go everyday.Be more grateful to your customer. If your a manager your position is to help people. Not losing customers.If I can I will be more than happy to give 0.

Nice food store, great selection and the cashiers are generally pretty friendly!

The store is currently on strike. The workers only get paid less then minimum wage. And there raise is only 10 cents. Food 4 less is a big chain store. I dont understand whywould they treatable employees this way.

Its always been a good experience. But Theres just some cashiers I avoid paying with. some act weird. I pick the cashiers that I like.

Never again will go to this store again! I stopped by the store October 16,2020 at around 10:30 going to 11:00 am, the cashier was very hostile and upset because I was taking sometime to take out my cash . When the transaction was finished he leaves to stands in the exit double doors blocking the way. I didnt put any mind to it until I tried to exit. When I tried to exit he wouldnt let me out because he was fighting and cussing at an elderly man who was walking past the store. I had my 4 year old daughter and this behavior is unacceptable coming from a Food 4 Less employee. If I would had gone on my own I would had not gotten as upset but for my daughter to be exposed to such violence right in front of us or for her to have gotten hurt because of this employee and man arguing is not ok!. The man and employee were ready to fight right in front of us and many things could had gone wrong but I am so glad I was able to walk past it with my daughter to the car safely. I didnt try going back to the store to talk to the manager because I wanted to get out of there ASAP!

Great food and great prices. I love that they have more organic choices. However customer service was extremely disappointing.

The cashiers pick and choose whos expired IDs or DLs to accept. At leadt be consistent. Plus we are in the midst of a worldwide pandemic. DMVs are closed!! The fact that my ID expired means I am now underage??? Ridiculous. Adapt your regulations according to the circumstances people.

Store was crowded and people were not six feet apart. I did not feel safe, the store should let in a few people at a time.

Great customer service! Produce Manager very attentive, helpful to my needs. The store is very clean,organized that was so easy to select my items. I would recommend family and friends to come to food 4 less to shop. They will find what they need.

I personally think that the Samsung flat screen TVs are better.

I do most of my grocery shopping here. The produce and meat department are always fresh and clean. The cashiers are nice and friendly. The only issue is that it is a smaller store than others, so the variety of products is not large.

I have had a really poor experience with this Food4Less for the past 1½ years. Even way before COVID, their shelves are repeatedly very empty and some products arent even in stock at all. Ill come week after week to buy groceries, and repeatedly be unable to purchase products that Im after because they seem to never be in stock. I may be unlucky with the times of the week I go, but as well Im even finding issues with their bread products! I have repeatedly purchased Bread directly from their shelves and within 1 - 2 weeks later they are already getting severely moldy.

Yesterday my wife and kids went in to order a cake. She stood there between 10 and 15 minutes waiting for one of the 3 workers to assist her. They went in very excited and left kind of bummed. They had to leave to buy the cake somewhere else. Never going back there again . only spend money with businesses happy to help

This F4L is close to my work, and I always visit for the fresh and affordable fruit they have in stock during lunch. Theres often sales on water bottles and juice, which is very convenient.The floor is clean, and the bathrooms are well maintained. Along with a friendly staff, I keep pleasantly coming back.

I love this place because it has reasonable prices and you can find from candy to vegetables and fruits the service amazing

Everything is almost expiring at this store. Always check the date! The carts are horrible!! Plus worst costumer service in the deli department. The staff is rude and very unprofessional and want to treat you like there giving a hand out to one. The Food 4 Less in Bell Gardens is way better. Everything fresher and new carts.

The supervisor was very very rude. i will never be shopping at this food for less again. he talked to me very rudely and i seen him talking to another worker from wingstop very rudely. She asked him for change politely and he told her “good luck with that” and was talking to her very nasty. please look into this.

I tried to buy some beer with a valid, government issued ID but the cashier wouldnt accept it. He didnt even tell me why, he completely ignored me until my boyfriend, who is actually younger than me, offered to pay for it. It was extremely unprofessional on the cashiers part to act like I wasnt even there and just give me my ID back without even *looking* at me.

Its okay, it has the basics but thats the problem its just basic products ALWAYS. I have to go to other cities other markets to find something I need or want to try. It may be a product thats new or popular and I cannot find it at this Market ever.

Extremely rude cashier, Ricardo was his name. Always rolls his eyes when you ask him for ANTHING. Told a guy ahead of me that the store no longer allows customers to pay using quarters, that he needed to use the coin star. I avoid going into any register at all costs. I always enjoy shopping at this particular FOOD FOR LESS MARKET simply because everything is always displayed neatly and i can find what im there for without any hassles.... Now this being said.. The cashiers could at least give service with a smile and oay attention to customers instead of having conversations with eachother. I find it to be very rude and disrespectful to be ignored and given service without a smile or greeting.

Dont know whats going on with this place but lately theyre not turning the lights on at night. The area looks already bad as it is now without lightning it definitely gets my 2 stars.Dont leave your car open or unattended.

The parking lot is very dirty. Too too many vagrants. By the time you get to the door of the store, I was stop by at least 5 vegrants. Store also has alot of empty selves not stocked.

The staff is rude, bad customer service,the manager is never supervising this kind of people that forgot what were they hired for,the shoping carts are horrible and dirty,some items are about to expire you better check them recently i had to take back a spoiled item,the staff never greet you,never make eye contact with you..........the manager seems not to be aware of this or simply does not care about it.

Its clean but theres a lot of homeless people around. And I feel bad saying this but sometimes I come here theres this older homeless woman who smells like rotten fish and body odor that makes a lot of customers gag including me. But either way its clean inside and so are the restrooms.
