Super friendly and inviting.. the staff there will guide and teach you how to make Jamaican dishes and they have a lot of good ingredients and spices to make them.I got cassava cakes which are like thick Jamaican tortillas you fry, homemade coconut candy (delicious), and some coconut milk.Will come back for some ackee and salt fish and scotch peppers. They also have a variety of other frozen fish.

We came to check it out for the 1st time after speaking with brother Shomari and left with groceries and the BEST jerk chicken EVER!!!The jerk chicken reminds me of the old Maxines sit down restaurant on 87th St between Stoney Island and Cottage Grove.Hidden 💎We will definitely return.

This market has the essentials and thats good enough for me. I walked in with quizzical expectations and walked out with a beef patty and champagne kola, among a few other items. Ive been toasting hard dough bread since I left the market and will no doubt be back soon. Hopefully more ready food will be available but I like this spot and cannot wait to return.

People are friendly and they have a nice variety of spices to choose from. Homemade drinks that are flavorful and different for your taste buds. I like to try new things, so this was right up my alley. Nice place to get a Caribbean feel.

One of the best Specialty shops in the Chicagoland area. The Jerk Chicken and Salt fish dinners are so good. One of the only places to get real Jamaican cuisine and groceries. The associates who work here are extremely friendly and will help you with your purchase if you are in anyway confused. They love teaching everyone about the difference in Jamaican Cooking. Mike and Nick are amazing to work with and super knowledgeable. If you havent been here yet, make the trip. You will not be disappointed.

Love this place! They have a great selection of spices and sauces. Oh and the Jamaican ice creams are EVERYTHING! Plus love the meals served on Saturdays. If you plan to order, place an order ahead of time because everything is cooked fresh.

Just like being in Negril. They will soon be opening a restaurant, but in the mean time if your lucky enough sometimes they cook.

Had an event catered by this great gem and everything was absolutely delish. Jerk chicken/pork and curry goat was all crazy good and authentic, it was like being home (Jamaica). Spices and all the selections are just great, been going weekly to get me fix. Love to have these guys so close, respect!!!!
