Awesome very nice friendly people here and quick unloading. Take 290 to 25th avenue north take to st charles rd make a right and go about half a mile itll be on your left. There is a 36 ton weight limit on 25th avenue but it has heavy truck traffic and I dont believe they enforce it.

They were able to get me unloaded in a very reasonable amount of time.... Guys in the warehouse are nice...

Unloaded there. Nice folks. I was treated well and unloaded in a reasonable amount of time. Also nice asphalt lot to roll up tarps. Good place.

Friendly staff. Easy access to Will Call, relatively quick service.

Called for 2 days and left voicemail messages several times to schedule a delivery appointment for THEIR inbound lumber shipment. Our voicemails went unanswered, so I called ever 10 minutes until I got someone to answer. Now because they never responded to voicemails on day one, I have to keep their cheap freight on my truck for an additional day. DO NOT TAKE/LOAD THEIR FREIGHT UNLESS YOU HAVE A DELIVERY APPOINTMENT THAT FITS INTO YOUR SCHEDULE.

Customer service is lacking for sure... I was looking to open a new account for my hardwood flooring business and purchase high grade plywood and was treated like I was a child... I guess Im going to take my business elsewhere.

Drove an hour to get laminate samples for a 500, 000 sq. Ft office building layout and they refuse to serve me because they are closing in 20 minutes? Employee is too lazy to get samples from the will call desk.
