Love their products love their business style and all their classes....

As a small business owner customer service and communication is everything! This company does not have that at all . When placing the order they are quick to take your payment ! And I mean quick responses within minutes . But after they get your money via Venmo or zelle ( no PayPal my theory and other customers I have talked to that has issues with this company think its because they know if they dont delivery you can get your money back and submit a claim and through Venmo and zelle you cant ) they ignore you and give you the run around . They promise you the Product in two weeks and when two weeks comes they message you the day before that it wont be ready . I can understand delays but to message a customer the day before is not right . When you have questions they read your messages and dont respond but are very active on Instagram (customers can see when your active and when you read their messages) . You know they saw your message because they read seen they post all day long on their stories so they are active and it tells you how many minutes ago they were active they just ignore you. It had been over a month and I still didnt have my item . I was only updated because I would ask multiple times and contact them via text messages, Instagram over and over again . They wont return your call . They text back saying someone will call you but never do . I was still being ignored given the run around and my money was at a loss . Again they had told Me the item was delayed . The day before delivery. The stress they have caused me shouldnt be done to any customer. If you order from them offer PAYPAL AND PAYPAL ONLY) So when they fail to delivery there promised product you can get your money back . I brought up about all the yelp reviews ( I wish I would have read them sooner) they called those customers liars that they got there money back but it takes days to process . Venmo and zelle do not take days its instant. That should have been a red flag when they told me that and I gave them the benefit of the doubt . Dont be foolish ! These people ( yelp reviews) and my self are not liars . We are stressed out customers . Lied to customers, ignored customers and feel scammed . Our money was taken and no product received just excuse after excuse . They also block you on Instagram when you call them out . I was never disrespectful to this company and nothing but patient. Buyers beware .

Did a workshop there with a group of ladies from my church and it was a really fun experience, Sandra, I think is the owner and her family were very patient, kind, helpful and very accomodating! Would defitnitly recomend checking them out!

The owner is a fraud, she will take your money and not deliver. She is unresponsive once you have sent her money. Buyer beware, if you send her money via Zelle or Venmo, you have no buyer protection.

TOTAL SCAM!!! We paid our down payment and then they blocked us on Instagram. They wouldn’t provide the product. Couldn’t even pick it up. SCAM!!!
