I ordered some pens for my husband from this company, the pens were beautiful just as I ordered. The prices were reasonable and there is not to much to say because I had no problems so I had no need to deal with customer service. The process was very simple, I placed my order, the order shipped out quickly, the product was great and I will be ordering from them again! I recommend this company to anyone who likes no hassle orders.

Ive only ever ordered online since I live so far away, but Im so overwhelmingly happy that their google ad was the one I happened to click two years ago. And so I looked them up on Google maps so I could give them an official local guide thumbs up!Every order has arrived earlier than I expected. Every correspondence is updated by the time I start wondering when the update will be. (Its almost always me who missed the email) Ive re-ordered print runs that Ive gotten rave reviews on. Ive received flawlessly identical items the second time around, and I continue to get rave reviews....Even the pens that are objectively cheaper quality. Nice quality and good printing overall, but limited in the choice of ink color and took over 7 weeks for delivery.

I am thrilled with the pens that I ordered and received as party favors for my son and daughter in laws rehearsal dinner! I order from this place back in November, still have yet to receive the order. I have called and talked to someone about this matter a couple of times and was assured that it will be shipped. One even saying that the cost of shipment would be waived. Needless to say I have not had any reimbursement. The past several times I have tried to call and see where the progression of my order is at I have not had anyone pick up the phone, just an automatic recording saying sorry we could not answer your call at this moment please leave a detailed message and we will return your call

Purchased via their website. Order was accurate and received in great shape and on time. Very satisfied with my purchasing experience.Only disappointment was that these pens do not write smoothly, while other pens of this design that Ive used are very smooth -- though I have no idea where those pens were sourced. Must be lower quality ink cartridges in these pens than I had experienced prior.

Their pens only write in one font. I tried to change the setting and broke my wrist.

I ordered 100 pens and am quite happy with my order. They look good, feel good and unlike many promotional pens, they actually work and very well. I highly recommend this company and plan to use them again.

The worst place ever. I placed the order beginning of December and the representative assured me I would get it by Christmas. The art work didn’t come until Dec 18, still they assured me I would get it by Dec 23, didn’t get it, called Dec 29th and asked to cancel my order since it wasn’t even processed. The representative said he will give me discount and I said no, and cancel, said he would call me back. No phone nothing. And now Jan 7, they send me the pens without even confirming. I haven’t even opened the boxes. Worst customer service. Don’t promise something you can not keep.

I ordered these pens for CNA week for our staff. They are very nicely made. Our staff loved them. I Will definitely purchase again.

My custom design on my pens came out great. The only issues I have are the following. I ordered an assortment of colored pens, but they only gave me 3 different colors when it showed that there were at least 6 to 7 different color assortments. The production of my pens was delayed. It took almost a month before the production department finally completed and order and got shipped out. Lastly the shipping took an extremely long time for the pens to get to me. It was almost a total of 2 months after I ordered them before I received them.

I only received 1/2 my order and since they dont bother to send you a proof to approve, the printing was wrong on them (I even requested a proof separately and what I was sent, wasnt how the pens came out). Unfortunately I had bigger issues with them. Poor communication. My order ship date for the rest has been pushed back three different times (only because im calling and emailing them! Not because they reached out to me to let me know.) with no explanation or credit given. Online it shows my entire order has already been shipped and delivered. Umm no?!? At this point I just want to cancel and find a different company to go through. Over a month wasted waiting for these pens.*UPDATE*. I’m removing my generous 2 stars because I finally received the rest of my order and I regret my entire purchase. The color of the pen isn’t what was online and the embossing does not show up on it at all. I have good eyesight and I would need a magnifying glass to read what’s on it. Conveniently the website is down so I can’t even request a refund. Huge disappointment and waste of a lot of money! If I could give them negative stars I would.

Seen the advertisement in my email and tried them . Was placing my order and realized the color on the pen was wrong which was my fault . I responded to them via email and explained I really need the color on the lettering changed . After reviewing the color was right . They were very quick to respond to my email and seen I finished my mistake and I reviewed the color of it all and it was perfect .The price is unreal. It was a fairly good experience. I didnt get a shipping email, or details on what the pens looked like before hand. Some of them dont write, but Im happy at .14 cents each. Id rate 4.5 stars, but couldnt figure out how.

The product is on point, the service was wonderful! I was told my pens were out of stock and it would take six weeks to get them, print them, and ship them. I was given the option to cancel but choose not to and I am happy I did. A few weeks later they were on my doorstep, printed perfectly and great quality for a great price! I have had nothing but compliments on them ever since and will soon be ordering more!

The ink pens doesn’t write well. The ink is faded and doesn’t stay constant. Better ink cartridge would do it better.

The price was reasonable. It would be nice to be able to view your order ( the picture) before paying for it. I was unable to see what it was gonna look like.When received the wording was incorrect and the picture didn’t stand out. I did call and they was gonna replace what I had left after I sent the unused ones back, unfortunately it took to long to get in touch with them and by that time the pens were already handed out.

I ordered 500 custom-wrap 4-color pens for our non-profit organization and they turned out beautiful! They also came at the best price of anyone I could find on the Internet. Their online form is not the best, and doesnt allow for any deviation from a standard stock order, but a phone call or two was worth making to sort it all out.
