Went in to look at kitchen cabinets. Ended up talking to Melissa who was such a huge help!!! She had great advice and is very knowledgeable about her department. She helped us with design and put absolutely no pressure on us to purchase, which we really appreciate coming from a tight budget. Melissa is awesome to work with! Also worked a little with Chris Brightman for the end of the ordering process - hes great too! Overall we had a really stress-free experience with these two and will definitely go back to this Home Depot for their easy-going atmosphere! Great job guys!

Called to have them look up a product I bought and the person told me they couldnt look it up because I used my home depot card to pay for the product. I asked to talk to a supervisor and was denied and was told the supervisor would give me the same answer. Home Depot will not see any more of my business

We worked with Dan in the remodeling of our kitchen he is knowledgeable, creative and extremely talented in helping us evaluate various designs and counter tops etc. Other associates seemed knowledgeable and helpful. Our first choice shopping for many things!

Purchased a washing machine in April. It broke down in May. Went through manufacturers warranty, serviceman finally showed up last week in August. Had to order a new part it turned out to be the wrong part. I had enough so I called and spoke to the manager. He told me Home Depot isnt supposed to take them back, however if I brought it back he would personally see to it that my washer was replaced. The manager of Home Depot solved the problem in 10 minutes that GE couldnt solve in 5 months.

Was there this past Saturday asked for help getting 3/4 plywood waited for 15 minutes for someone to show up then decided to qiut wating and check out with my Halloween decorations when I tried to use my homedepot gift card from coin star I was told i could not by the cashier, when I asked to talk to her supervisor I was told by her no one was available. Went to Hermitage Home depot and had no problems obviously management needs to be replaced.

They dont follow CDC/Corporate covid guidlines. They dont have many items listed in stock on line. At todays fuel prices, it costs me too much to go to the location and chance exposure to covid-19.

Love this store. Has everything youd ever need and then some more at a reasonable price.

Have had mixed service. Ordered windows, told they would be in, in 10 weeks, 13 went by, 8+ phone calls, they never processed the order, kept the money. Finally got them installed, in the snow, had to hire another person to fix all the mistakes in the spring. I shop there because of the late and Sunday hours.

I got everything I was looking for except for sandpaper they are not getting all the sizes or grade in . They really dont know when they will have. 6in. 120,80,100,220,240,300,380 grade for hand sander. Over all the stock is getting better. Check out clerk in the self checkout is awesome yesterday was her last day. Now shes got a New job RN good for her

Ive hardly ever had any luck with helpful employees. Half the time they dont know the answer or where something is.And dont ever go by what they say they have in stock online. More then once weve gone with it stating they had the item in stock and the shelves were empty. When we asked, we were told it was probably just a mistake online.One time we went 3 times looking for a railing peice (it saying they had 4 in stock) the first 2 times we were told it was a mistake online and there werent any) the 3rd time, we went into the storage yard with them and there they were, sitting on a shelf. Nobody had even looked for them.

Was scheduled to get carpet installed between 10-11 am and its almost 2pm called the store and the stores installer and keep getting the runaround someone better make it right or your gonna lose alot of business

Well was just in home depot in meadville. Had to pick up a heavy sliding glass door for the neighbor, when i asked the associate for help they send out one smaller built person. I tell them we need more help cause the door is heavy so the kid goes to find some one else while not having any luck and by the time he comes back,some really nice customer comes out and helps instead. I pity the ppl who need help and prolly struggle cause the help at home depot is worthless. This is why i personally would rather shop the mom and pop stores not chain stores.

Called before arriving to make sure they had the dryer in stock I was wanting. When I arrived it was very close to closing time but the workers were very pleasant and got all the paper work, dryer and me completely done and out the door heading home with in 20 minutes. Thank you

Good except 4 I was wanting paint so I was looking to get some help on what to get ect. Its like pulling teeth. But I guess did get the help I needed. Then when it was ready instead of telling me it was done just set it over on stand & I had to guess it was done. Just alil weird. Mayb the person was new? But now I have sum work too do. Hopefully I can get it done quickly & do a great job. I guess theres always tom. If I dont get it all done today. Its supposed 2 be good paint 1 coat coverage. Behr Marquee 1 coat hide guaranteed lasting beauty & durability interior semi gloss enamel advanced stain-blocking paint & primer in one. Color plateau cant wait to see how it turns out. Got trim paint to.

Black friday afternoon. No products out of place. Friendly & helpful employees. There were no lines to check out. The customer service deck was training a new person. He was helpful as well. Never had any issues with this store. I prefer it to other home improvement type stores.Only question I have is with military discounts. Lowes had input our info into their system, then I give name & discount shows. Also, since its in their system, online orders also receive the discount. It would be great if Home Depot did the same. (military discounts for online orders)

Well they certainly are not enforcing masking so shopper beware. My mask protects you your mask protects me please help me stay healthy. The store itself is, well, mediorcor. Hard to find items, but workers seem more helpful then the last time I was here. First time I wasnt treated as an invisible person, probably because my husband and I shopped for different things.

Bought some kitchen cabinets from the Meadville PA store in August. The expected date on the receipt was 9/22, but the sales associate Dan said, realistically, its going to be a few weeks after that. So I called around the middle of October, sadly, no one at the store can find anything.....cant even find the order.....finally talk to Melissa, in the kitchen dept, she says they will be shipped on `10/22, and theyll be there Friday 10/23. Great, my son flies home to help me install them. we call on 10/23, they arent there. maybe just not received in yet. So we go on Saturday, Dan tries to find then, they arent there. Talk to Hannah in customer service. she calls the vendor, they tried to deliver them, but the store was closed (among the first of several lies, I since have been told the store is nearly 24x7 for deliveries. )......was told theyll be there on Friday 10/30.....10/30, no cabinets, truck didnt arrive (second of several lies)....ask to speak to the store manager,. they gave me Mike, who really had a very poor attitude about it.....nothing he can do. So Saturday I go to the store, talk to Dan, he cant believe it. I either want my cabinets or a refund. Melissa says better call Mike.....Mike comes, turns out hes not the store manager, (another lie)the store manager is Matt. I ask to speak to Matt. Mike told me hes not in( another baldface lie). I spent the better part of my career in retail, and Im not aware of any retail managers with the weekend off. Mike makes several excuses, including my complaint should be with the delivery company, not Home Depot....Im sorry, but the check I wrote in August was made out to Home Depot, not some delivery company. Mike tells me the cabinets are in some warehouse only 100 miles away. Are you telling me, a logistics company cant figure out how to get cabinets 100 miles in two weeks ?!?!?! I offered to drive and pick them up. Hell, get me a truck, Ill bring a whole load back.....I turned to leave and who is there but another young man, wearing a orange apron with the name of MATT and STORE MANAGER on it.....Mike lied right to my face !!!! How can I trust anything you say from now on. Matt wasnt very helpful either., very apologetic, but can offer no resolution.....look, its easy to solve...pick up the phone, call the delivery company, and tell them to send an extra truck this week. Id like to speak to someone at the district or area level, someone above Matt, it shouldnt take this long to get them the last 100 miles....

Employees of this store do not wear masks, per Pennsylvania mandate. Ive discussed this issue with the store manager who assured me that it was inappropriate and unacceptable for his employees to not wear masks. That he would take care of that and it would be a priority. Yet nope, the employees are wearing the masks all on their chins. This is unsafe and shows the level of concern the store has for its customers.

Its a chain, so what can I say. The days of a local person running a store in a community are gone. They have a good selection, but they are kind of pricey on some things. They could be more sustainable, and offer more products that have sustainability in mind. Staff is courteous.

If you order online for in-store pickup and your item is small enough, they may put it in the pickup locker thats just inside the entrance. Youll get an email or text telling you its in the locker. Its super convenient and you dont have to wait in line for anything, just enter a code and the door pops open with your stuff inside.Ive also ordered larger items that needed to be picked up in the store at the desk with the computers. This part was a little bit chaotic as there was one line for multiple registers but some of the registers were for returns only, some were for checkout, and one was for online order pickups. So it was just awkward and confusing because sometimes people behind me needed to get through or someone would get called to a register and then have to go back in line because they couldnt process their order at that register. Not a huge deal just kind of confusing.

Absolutely horrible service this evening! 1 star is to high of a rating! Waited over an hour for 4 different employees to go get the same exact Bistro set and none ever brought one! Bought a nicer one at Walmart for half the price and had very good assistance! Customers obviously dont matter at this store or maybe there employees just dont want to work!

Went in to purchase a washing machine. Picked one out, added the 5 yr protection plan, and new hoses. They only deliver Tuesday thru Thursday and you cannot specify a time. They call the night before and tell you when they will be there within a 4 hour block. Not acceptable. Ill go elsewhere.
