We had a family member hospitalized at the last minute (day before Easter) and I wanted to send something to cheer him up. I called a few minutes before closing and the staff was very accommodating with what I was looking to send. They went out of their way to ensure my order was filled even though the truck was already loaded for the day. I was extremely satisfied with their willingness to help out in such short notice and the person I spoke with (so sorry but I cannot remember her name, just that she was the neighbor helping out) was very kind and very sweet!! Wonderful customer service. I had ordered flowers that had to be substituted for a different bouquet, to which I was a little disappointed with. When I called and spoke to Travis, he explained the process and how substitutions can happen. He then offered to send a hanging basket of flowers to the recipient as well to make up for the confusion. I thought that was especially nice considering the circumstances. I called the day before my sons prom, i spoke with Travis. He was amazing.He took my order, i then explained my sons outfit and he confirmed my style idea. he even added a little extra to pull the colors together. they had the flowers done on time even though they were extremely busy.i would recommend them to anyone!! They are an asset to our community.

I met with Travis in September to go over potential flowers for my wedding, and two months later he never contacted me with a quote. I called again and spoke with him, and he promised to follow up that day. Its been another two months and I havent heard a single word. Its very disappointing to be unable to support a local business and Im surprised at the way they treat customers. I would call again but at this point Im worried they would fall through on delivering for the wedding.

We ordered a graveside spray and matching vase of flowers for a funeral luncheon and graveside ceremony and they were absolutely AMAZING! Were not local, so we werent sure what to expect but the results exceeded our expectations in every way! I paid for a brightly colored surprize birthday bouquet of flowers featuring Gerber daisies, but my long distant friend instead got 3 yellow Gerbers and some white, yellow, and peach pastel filler flowers.When I called about the error, they said only solution was to have my friend return them for the bouquet I requested originally.Why should I have to ask my friend to do this extra work to correct an error on a present she received? I am disappointed. I guess I should have gone with a big box store instead.
