Great guys there always helpWhen I need them

We had a significant insurance claim with them after hitting a deer. The process took two months often without communicating with us for weeks.Afterwards the check engine light came on and the engine overheated while idling. We took it back and they said it was taken care of but the engine light came back on soon after.I replaced the fan myself and ultimately took it back to them. We were charged several hundred dollars and went days without the vehicle and they told me the problem was that I had not installed it correctly. However the light came back on soon after.We took it to another shop and they told us straight up that it was out of their expertise and recommended a shop that specialized in wiring. We did. They fixed it in a day and it was less than $200. A fuse had been replaced at some point (not by us) and someone had put the wrong fuse in. Also the wires to the fan were backwards (from the last time Integrity had it).I would rather they just have told me they couldn’t do it. Between my repairs and theirs this problem cost me close to $1000 and I could have had it done for $200 if they had the .....integrity.....to let me know they were unable to handle it.

Guy is a crook. I Took in the whole steering knuckle and had him press a bearing in. He didnt grease the bearing so it is already bad and he charged me $90 for a 20 min job. Will never be back and if you want your car fixed right i wouldnt take it here !

If your not knowledgeable about your vehicle, integrity helps you understand what the problem is, why its a problem, and what they will do to fix it. They are very personable and caring. They tell you how it is, no B***s***. If you are looking for a car garage that cares more about you than your wallet then integrity garage is what I recommend.

A few months ago I called integrity auto to see when I could come in to have a check engine light looked at and Luca said to bring it right in so when I arrived Luca looked my car over and realized that there was basically no oil in the car at all. Instead of him telling me to schedule an appointment for a later time he got me in immediately and took care of the oil problem along with a few others. He did not have to do that he could have just said sorry I am busy you will have to come back but instead he took really good care of the problems and treated me very kindly. I would recommend Integrity Auto to anyone.

I have had both of my cars there for some work. This is the only place that I will go now. Good and honest service, its refreshing. Just go in to have youre oil changed and wait in the seating area where you can hear them answering calls - they are really trying to help.

I called 6 places to get an estimate of the differential rebuild I needed. Integrity Auto was consistently more than twice the cost of going somewhere else. They insisted theyd done a differential rebuild like this before and that it would take 10 or more hours. They either didnt know what the job required or werent being honest. Either way, going somewhere else saved me over 500 bucks.

I had taken my car there because the guy talked ya up when they came to toe my car. Had a seized caliper and it was draining my gas and running my car harder. He had my car for 3-5 days drove it and said not thing is wrong with it I got bad gas..... well my caliper is now seized up and my rim is black and corroded on the inside. Highly don’t recommend this company what so ever and don’t believe their sweet talk!!!

No loaners, no rentals, weeks of waiting and towed to the dealership..the last three times..if that sounds useful fukkin enjoy.

I want to inspection my car and they write what was wrong with it, as I fixed the problems with the car, I went back to get it re-inspection and they then started to rip everything I welding off the car and had the side of the rocker panel hanging on floor as I drove off the brakes went out, and I almost hit a car. When I called back to them, They said it wasnt their fate and they were not to blame.I WILL NEVER GOING BACK AND NEVER LET MY FRIENDS GO HERE.I HAVE A CAR ACCDENTS WHERE A REPAIR SHOP FIX SOMETHING AND THEN I DROVE OFF AND FLIPPED THE CAR 9 TIMES AFTER A REPAIR SHOP SAID THEY FIX IT.

Ripped off my friend for the tune of 1200$ On his suv for catalytic converters and that wasn’t even the problem all along ! They tore off good working parts off a low mileage car . He Went to another shop and they were astonished of how bad this guy hosed his customers . Folks the truth is The business is ran by a New York actor not an actual mechanic ! They are out to prey on the public .Don’t even let this fool change your spark plug .

Terrible work had to take my car back 4 times and finally dealt with the running issue that is by the way worse then when i brought it to them and spent $765 for plugs wires and all the coils to them to tell me theres nothing they can do and id have to take it somewhere else the name integrity is a joke cause thats the one thing they lack!!!
