Preston Williams was incredibly helpful today! He spent 2 and a half hours with me having the patience of a saint. Preston helped set my new phone up and explained in detail how to use my phone. I’m pretty technologically illiterate and it’s been over 6 years since I got A phone upgrade so I had a lot of questions that were knowledgeably answered. Preston also helped me change my phone plan, update everything, and instal protection against those dreadful spam calls. I would highly recommend him to help you with any of your phone needs. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

Emergency phone replacement of old cracked phone dropped in water that no longer could charge. We dreaded the process of picking out a new phone. Store rep, Dean, was friendly & knowledgeable. We didnt need the latest model with all the bells & whistles. We were just looking for a basic phone for communication, picture taking, web searches, etc. He helped us find exactly what we needed at a very reasonable price. He then transferred all the old phone info to the new phone and took care of all the paperwork seamlessly. We have had cell phones for over 20 years and this was the best experience we ever had switching phones. It was a pleasure working with Dean.

And he helped my grandma and I with everything we needed. He took the time to teach us about our new plan and helped my grandma learn about her new phone, it was all very easy and fast! Walking into this Verizon retailer they took the extra time to help me through switching from prepaid to a plan. They made the experience as stress free as it could be and I would recommend them to anyone.

Have used this store several times over the last couple of years and have been impressed every time. They have always been able to help solve our technology issues and they have been able to help us upgrade to new devices when the other Verizon store in the area couldn’t.

I have never met someone so detailed on the information that I was after. He had an answer for all my questions for him! This is the best store in town by far!They always explain how everything is going to be charged to your account and giving the best rates possible!

We needed advice about apps on our phone and how to remove the ones that arent necessary. Staff was truly helpful. Removed a few and showed us how to do the rest on our own. Did pressure us but let us know what we could do short of purchasing a new phone. Enjoyable experience.

Micheal Hughes is one of the best workers I’ve met at Victra. He’s always going the extra mile. He also set me up with a liquid glass screen protector.

Ask yourself why AT&T 3 doors down has a line out the door while the district manager is sitting alone in her Verizon store. lol

Great customer service

Went to the store with a phone issue. Spent a lot of time discussing my options on how to fix the issue. I was informed that I had to purchase a new phone. I left upset went to the corporate store less than a mile down the road. They took the back off the phone blew the lint off the speaker and fixed the phone in less than five minutes cost me nothing.

I wouldnt go to this store. Theyll promise anything then the bill comes 30 days later.

Brad was the worker that helped me with my cell phone issue and I bought a new one and he set up my entire cellphone and got me a cheap but affective plan

Do your homework before you go in the store and know exactly what you want and dont let a slick salesman talk you into anything other than what you have already decided they will try to sell you the item that they make the most Commission on.
