I needed to exchange 2 items that didn’t work properly and get 2 different ones. Mind you ....I went back to the store ONE hour after purchasing. Original ones I purchased were $17+ a piece. The ones I needed to exchange for were &10+ apiece. Gary said he would just swap them out even up. When I said there was quite a bit of price difference and that I should have a refund he became rude and said it was close enough to just swap. I have spent a lot of money there over the years and will NEVER be back. SHAME ON YOU.

Unhelpful and sometimes even downright rude to non professionals who make the mistake of walking in. Not worth it., go to Hite or even HD instead.
