We’ve received good service every time we’ve went in. The women behind the counter where you get copies done has always been super nice to us and assisted us very well too. Overall, great service, I feel the pricing for copies are a little high, but it is what it is. If you’re in the need for items that they sell, then stop in and give them a visit.

It was a great visit. The problem is its closing down soon. While this means sales and discounts, it also means no more Staples.

Got in the store, was greeted and found what I was looking for and out the door. My style of shopping.

Waited in line for 20 minutes at the shipping counter before being acknowledged. Was then told that the UPS system was down globally and things were taking longer than expected, which is funny because the other 3 times Ive been to this Customer Service nightmare I was told the same thing. The two women behind the counter seemed to be more interested in punching the clock than doing their jobs (read: going as slow as physically possible). If you were to put a DMV inside of a hospital waiting room, they would provide quicker, friendlier, more convenient service than Staples, an overpriced brick and mortar that should have already gone the way of many other retail locations.Absolutely zero redeeming qualities to this wretched location. If I had to venture a guess, the employees here more than likely also enjoy things such as not using their turn signals and stealing lunches out of the employee fridges.Could things be taking longer than expected because you were on your seemingly personal cell phone for longer than I was typing this review? Could things be moving slower than usual because you dont know how to operate a tape gun or where your copy paper is?

Its difficult to find things here. Its difficult to find an employee to help find things here. And when you do find an employee to help, sometimes they cant find what you need.

I know when I go to this store I will be helped within a minute..if they dont have what Im looking for they tell me where I can get it and exactly what I need...

You can tell they are getting ready to close this store. Slim pickings.
