These guys are awesome! They have the best customer service. I had been searching for a connector piece to the cooling fan on my 02 Miata. Without the fan my car would run hot and I had no air conditioning. I called Ballenger Motorsports and spoke with Chris. I told him what I was searching for, he asked me to send him a photograph, so he could research it and get back to me. Within 10 days I had the part in my hands. I installed it and now both my cooling fan is working great and I have air conditioning. Thanks so much Chris for working with me on this. My car is so happy to be back on the road.

Was in a jam the other day (HUGE JAM, NOT GOOD). Called and spoke with Lorraine late in the day, about 3PM. We needed a few specific electrical connectors for a customers truck that we could not find anywhere. With that being said this company did offer the connectors I needed, But they had to be put together! I desperately needed them to be shipped overnight or else I would be in a terribly bad position. Lorraine took the time to make it happen & was such a pleasure to deal with! The next morning the parts arrived EARLY & we were able to get the customers truck repaired & back in service! I purchased from Japan. It is a part of nissan 350z. We were able to purchase only assy if it was genuine, and there were parts that were not sold in Japan but were also saved. I received it safely and would like to use it if I have the opportunity　(^o^)(^o^)＼(^o^)／
