Ive used Hanover Auto Repair for a couple (few?) years now. The thing that makes this shop great to me is theyve shown me they have my best interests in mind. Ultimately this has meant very fair prices and affordable repairs. It also has gained my loyalty. Im sure my time is coming when I have a big repair, but I will not be wondering about if it is necessary or not. That makes all the difference.I should add Ive never had a single complaint about quality of work or ability to diagnose my problems. Thanks guys

Was from out of town. Couldn’t get the parts in for a couple days for a major repair. Was able to find a minor workaround and temporarily fixed the problem so I could get home. Did it all for free. Would gladly go here again. Honest and friendly.

These folks are fantastic. I had a set of struts replaced and the service was high quality, prompt, fairly priced and very friendly. Like the other review that was written on Google, I was also greeted with a handshake and a smile. My charges were exactly what my over-the-phone estimate was, and my truck was ready when they said it would be. Add to it, they have a clean shop and nice waiting area. I could not be happier with the experience. When my vehicles need wrenching, this is where I will go.

I can’t say enough for the service I received. I went in because I had a slow leak in my tire. I was expecting to have to make an appt but was pleasantly surprised when a hand was extended for my keys. Car was taken into a bay and within 15 minutes I was shown a broken screw that had been in my tire. When I tried to pay it was refused. I can’t say how much this impressed me. They have earned a forever customer.

Been using John Tuck to work on all my cars for over 30 years. So glad he has a shop close by. Called for an appointment and they saw me on same day. Prices very reasonable and they explained what i needed done to car,no surprises. Have even stopped by with questions and John or Tommy have looked at my car with no charges. Business is very clean and everyone who works there very friendly. Would Recommend to anyone who needs a good honest mechanic.

In August, on one of the hottest days of the year, I lost my air conditioning.I spend my day in my car, and have some health issues, so this was more than a mild annoyance. I drove into Hanover Auto Repair, and was greeted by John and Tommy, the proprietors. Even though the vehicle was too hot too touch, they jumped right on it! I was out of there in just a couple of hours, cool as a cucumber!Hats off to Hanover Auto. This family-owned and operated business has kept the old school can-do attitude while maintaining modern day expertise.Thanks for all you do!
